Ripon College Cuddesdon is a Church of England theological college in Cuddesdon, a village 5.5 miles (8.9 km) outside Oxford, England. The College trains men and women for ministry in the Church of England: stipendiary, non-stipendiary, local ordained and lay ministry, through a wide range of flexible full-time and part-time programmes.

The Oxford Centre for Ecclesiology and Practical Theology (OxCEPT) is a research centre based at Ripon College Cuddesdon.

Waterstock House Training Centre (WHTC) is situated in the village of Waterstock in Oxfordshire, England. It is a well used venue for local and national equestrian training events and clinics. It was once owned by Lars Sederholm and was a very well known training centre for horses and riders alike. Many of the royal family have ridden at WHTC and competitions are regularly held there.

Denton is a hamlet and former civil parish, now in the parish of Cuddesdon and Denton, in the South Oxfordshire district, in Oxfordshire, England. Denton's toponym is derived from the Old English den-tun meaning "valley farmstead". Denton is in a fold of the landscape, between the two hills on which Cuddesdon and Garsington stand. Denton is an ancient manor and had its own civil parish, but it was merged with neighbouring Cuddesdon in the 20th century. Denton was formerly a hamlet in the parish of Cuddesden, in 1866 Denton became a civil parish, on 1 April 1962 the parish was abolished and merged with Cuddesden to form "Cuddesdon and Denton". In 1961 the parish had a population of 112.

Chippinghurst Manor is a Grade II listed country house in Oxfordshire, England.The name of "Chippinghurst" manor means "the hill of Cibba" and appeared as "Cibbaherste" in the 1086 Domesday Book. The Saxon settlement there was part of the estate granted to Abingdon in 956, but by 1086 the hamlet and land, assessed as an area of three hides, had passed to William, Count of Évreux. There were two ploughs and one serf on the demesne; four villeins with two ploughs tended the rest of the manor. The current manor house dates from the late 16th Century. It was extended in 1937 by R. Fielding Dodd for James McDougall, of the flour firm, who acquired the property in 1931. The main house is built of coursed limestone rubble with ashlar stone quoins. It has a plain-tile roof with brick stacks. It is arranged in a U-shaped layout and has two storeys. The house was Grade II listed in 1963.The couple John Ambler (1924–2008), a British businessman, and the Swedish Princess Margaretha, Mrs. Ambler (born 1934) lived here. The property has also been owned by the banker Sir Victor Blank.The house is close to Cuddesdon and Denton (north), Garsington (northwest), and South Milton (east), in South Oxfordshire. The River Thame runs just to the east of the property. It is part of the hamlet of Chippinghurst.

Wheatley railway station was on the Wycombe Railway and served the village of Wheatley in Oxfordshire. It was opened in 1864 as part of an extension from Thame to Oxford. The steep road of Ladder Hill crossed the railway by a bridge, with the station on the east side of Ladder Hill. In January 1963 British Railways withdrew passenger services between Princes Risborough and Oxford, and closed all intermediate stations including Wheatley. The station and route were included in the 1963 Beeching Report, even though passenger services had already ended. Some goods services and diverted passenger trains continued along the line until the track was closed between Thame and Morris Cowley in 1968. Kelham Hall Drive and Kimber Close have been built on the site of Wheatley station. The former “Railway Hotel” public house in Wheatley had a bar decorated with many items of railway memorabilia, some of which related to the former railway through Wheatley station.

Wheatley is a village and civil parish in Oxfordshire, about 5 miles (8 km) east of Oxford. The parish includes the hamlet of Littleworth, which is immediately to the west of Wheatley village. The 2011 census recorded the parish population as 3,913.

Wheatley Windmill is an 18th-century tower mill at grid reference SP 589 053 between the hamlet of Littleworth and Wheatley in Oxfordshire, England. The windmill has an octagonal plan which narrows to form the circular rotating cap.

The Church of St Mary the Virgin is a parish church in Wheatley, Oxfordshire, in the Church of England Diocese of Oxford. The church was designed by George Edmund Street and built in 1855–57 in the Gothic Revival style. It is listed at Grade II*.A past vicar of the church was the Reverend Hubert Brasier, father of former British Prime Minister Theresa May, who was married at the church.The churchyard contains three Commonwealth war graves, of a Wiltshire Regiment soldier of World War I, and a Royal Navy sailor and Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry soldier of World War II.
