Al Garhoud Bridge

The Culture Village (aka Jaddaf Waterfront) is a multi-purpose development project located in Al Jaddaf, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, along the shoreline of the Dubai Creek on a 40,000,000-square-foot (3,700,000 m2) plot of land. When completed the village will include a harbour, cultural and exhibition centres, and dockside development. The centrepiece of this project is Palazzo Versace Dubai, the world's second after Palazzo Versace of Queensland, Australia.

D1 Tower is one of the main residential skyscrapers in Culture Village with a height of 284 metres (932 ft.). This 78 floor building has 526 units which include studio apartments, 1 bedroom apartments, 2 bedroom apartments, 3 bedroom apartments, 4 bedroom apartments, and 5 bedroom apartments, and 6 bedroom penthouses housed on high floors of the building. D1 Tower was developed by Enshaa who had purchased it from Emirates Sunland Group. The tower was developed in a joint project by Dubai Properties Group and Emirates Sunland Group. Holford Associates is the architectural firm that developed the framework for this building. D1 construction started in 2007 and it was ready for handover in 2015. D1 Tower at Jaddaf Waterfront has 231st position amongst the tallest buildings in the world. and Regionally, it ranks at 45th place amongst the tallest building in the Middle East. D1 Tower is adjacent to the Palazzo Versace Dubai.

Palazzo Versace Dubai is a hotel and resort completed in Culture Village on the foreshore of Dubai Creek in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club first opened in Dubai, UAE, in 1993, comprising an 18-hole par 71 championship golf course with a distinctively sail-shaped clubhouse. It was home to the first golf academy in the Middle East. The clubhouse comprises a number of function rooms as well as changing facilities and a number of restaurants. It is situated in the heart of the city, on the Deira side of Dubai Creek. The club hosted the Dubai Desert Classic in 1999 and 2000. The course record of 63 is held by Lee Westwood and Darren Clarke.The yacht club is based in a separate building. The development was designed by British architect Brian Johnson and intended to evoke an Arabian tent.The 180-room boutique Park Hyatt Hotel sits between the two buildings and the grounds of the Creek Golf & Yacht Club are also home to the 92 villas that comprise the Dubai Creek Club Residences. The Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club is also home to the city's only seaplane tour operator, Seawings.Dubai Creek Golf Club hosted the World Golf Awards in October 2020. The awards serve to celebrate and reward excellence in golf tourism. In 2005 Dubai Creek was named in Golf World’s Top 100 Golf Courses in the World.

Al Jadaf (aka Al Jaddaf, Arabic: الجداف) is a rapid transit station on the Green Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE. It serves as the penultimate station before the western terminus of the line.The station opened on 1 March 2014 as part of an extension to the Green Line. It is close to the Jaddaf Waterfront.

The Dubai Invitational is a professional golf tournament played on the European Tour. The tournament was revealed as part of the 2024 European Tour schedule announcement in August 2023. The tournament is a limited-field pro-am with 60 professionals playing alongside 60 amateurs in the first three rounds, with the final round taking place between the professionals only. The tournament will be played biannually.Tommy Fleetwood won the inaugural edition, birdieing the final hole to beat Thriston Lawrence and Rory McIlroy by one shot. The inaugural event also gained attraction due to American club professional Ken Weyand being given a sponsor's invite into the event. He only managed to make two birdies during the week, finishing at 53-over-par; 72 shots behind the winning score.

New Indian Model School, Dubai is an Indian School in UAE. It was established in 1980 and is located in Al Garhoud, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is also known as N.I.Model School or NIMS Dubai. The school was founded by Al-Haj (Dr.) M. K. Kamaluddin, to provide affordable, modern education to the Indian community. The school was inaugurated on 1 May 1980 by H.E. Rashid Abdulla Thaha, Deputy Minister of Education, in the presence of Hon. Late. C. H. Mohammed Koya, the then Chief Minister of Kerala and Mr. Muthu Venkataramanan, the Consul General of India. The school now caters for the educational needs of around seven thousand children

The Dubai Tennis Championships or Dubai Open (also known as the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships for sponsorship reasons) (formerly known for sponsorship reasons as the Barclays Dubai Tennis Championships and the Dubai Duty Free Men's and Women's Championships) is a professional tennis tournament owned and organized by Dubai Duty Free and held annually in Dubai, United Arab Emirates on outdoor hardcourts. The tournament takes place at the end of February and organizes a men's and women's event. The tournament takes place under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai. In 2001 the ATP upgraded the tournament from an ATP 250 level to a more prestigious ATP 500 level tournament. On the WTA Tour, it alternates yearly between a WTA 1000 level tournament and a WTA 500 level tournament. Prior to the 1990s there was an annual Dubai Tennis Championship played at the British Embassy. The Dubai Tennis Championships was the third tournament in pro tennis history to award equal prize money for both men and women, until 2021. The courts usually have a medium-fast speed considered to be similar in speed to the Shanghai and Swiss Indoor (Basel) courts.

The Dubai Duty Free Tennis Stadium is a tennis complex in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The complex is the host of the annual 500 series stop, the Dubai Tennis Championships. The Dubai Tennis Stadium has a capacity of 5,000 people.

Dubai Dolphinarium is the first fully air-conditioned indoor dolphinarium in the Middle East, providing habitat to dolphins and seals, allowing the public to watch and interact with them through live shows and photo sessions. It is located in the creek side park at Bur Dubai near the Children's City. Dubai Dolphinarium was opened on May 21, 2008 by Dubai Municipality, and is sponsored and supported by Dubai government to provide the general public with entertainment and also educate them regarding dolphins, seals and other marine organisms. It was also reflected that interacting with such friendly mammals like dolphins will motivate young generation to protect marine life and the environment.

The hotel lobby has an indoor rainforest, which, according to an Economist travel writer, had mixed results in injecting atmosphere.With more than 8,000 square meters, the hotel has one of the largest hotel convention centers in the city with the largest ballroom being able to host event with up to 2,500 people.

The 13 lane Business Bay Crossing (In Arabic: معبر الخليج التجاري; also known as the Ras Al Khor Bridge (جسر راس الخور)) is one of the most recent bridges across Dubai Creek and was opened to traffic in June 2007. Six lanes travel from Deira to Bur Dubai while seven go from Bur Dubai to Deira. The Business Bay Crossing is located some 1.5 km South of Al Garhoud Bridge near Dubai Festival City and provides a new road corridor to motorists travelling between Bur Dubai and Deira and to Sharjah, in addition to Emirates Road and Sheikh Zayed Road. The bridge cost 800 million dirhams and has a capacity of 26,000 vehicles per hour. The bridge is 1.6 kilometres (0.99 mi) long, and has a maritime channel with a width of 60 m (196.850 ft) and a height of 15 m (49.213 ft). The bridge was built by BESIX, a company which made some major bridges in Dubai.
