The Bryan Tower is a skyscraper in Dallas, Texas. The building rises 512 ft (156 m). It contains 40 floors, and was completed in 1973. The Bryan Tower currently stands as the 19th-tallest building in the city. The architect who designed the building was Neuhaus & Taylor. The building is known for its distinctive gold-tinted windows and the steel beams that run up and down the building. In 1998, Randall D. Smith acquired the Bryan Tower, and his son Caleb Smith oversaw the renovation for his father's company Spire Realty, which he now runs.

The Harwood Center is an American skyscraper at 1999 Bryan Street in Dallas, Texas. The building rises 483 feet (147 m). It contains 36 floors, and was completed in 1982. Harwood Center currently stands as the 21st-tallest building in the city. The architectural firm who designed the building was WZMH Architects, the firm who designed the CN Tower in Toronto.

St. Paul station is a DART Light Rail station in Dallas, Texas. It is located on Bryan Street, between St. Paul and Harwood Streets, near the Arts District in Downtown Dallas. It opened on June 14, 1996, and is a station on the Red, Orange, Green and Blue lines, serving the Trammell Crow Center, the Dallas Museum of Art, the Nasher Sculpture Center, Patriot Tower and First Baptist Church. St. Paul station takes its name from its namesake street, which received its name in the 1930s, not out of religious interest, but as a protest against the Volstead Act, a national law that banned alcoholic beverages. The city fathers located a passage in the Bible, attributed to St. Paul, that said "drink a little wine, for your stomach's sake".

The building was originally planned as part of a three-building complex designed by I.M. Pei & Partners, but only one tower was constructed. One Dallas Center is now owned by Todd Interests and houses the headquarters of HKS Inc., Greyhound, and Apex Clearing Corporation. The first 15 floors of the high rise are renovated office space, while the top 15 floors are luxury apartment homes constructed and delivered in October 2014. One Dallas Center is professionally managed by Lincoln Property Company.

The building is well known for its sloping exterior glass walls, which slant inward from the building's top floor to ground level. 717 Harwood is owned by SKW Funding, a New York-based real estate investment firm.The building formerly housed the Dallas offices of KPMG, until their move in 2015 to the new KPMG Plaza tower.717 Harwood is home to the headquarters of HilltopSecurities which is a subsidiary of Hilltop Holdings Inc. Pacific Plaza Park is a 3.7-acre (1.5 ha) public park located in downtown Dallas, Texas, United States. The park is located between St. Paul Street and Harwood Street, north of Pacific Avenue in the City Center District, and opened to the public Oct. 14, 2019. The City of Dallas acquired the land with help from the Trust for Public Land.
