West London Film Studios ("WLFS") is a British film studio and television studio complex located in Hayes, Middlesex. The studios cater to small and large productions; for films, television shows, TV adverts and photo shoots.

Minet Country Park is a 36-hectare park on Springfield Road, Hayes in the London Borough of Hillingdon; it is situated between the A312 (Hayes by-pass) and the Uxbridge Road.

Hillingdon Cycle Circuit is a purpose-built road cycling circuit situated in Minet Country Park, Hayes in west London. The 0.93 mile long, 6 metre wide circuit is used for year-round racing, training and leisure riding.

The Paddington Canal or Paddington Arm of the Grand Union Canal is a 13+1⁄2-mile (22 km) canal to Paddington in central London, England. It runs from the west of the capital at Bull's Bridge in Hayes. Little Venice — its only junction — is with the Regent's Canal, London that runs to Limehouse Basin to the east. The arm and the two canals it links are fed by water by the Brent Reservoir. The Paddington Arm is part of a long pound that stretches for nearly thirty miles.

Bulls Bridge Power Station was a 280 MW open-cycle gas-turbine power station at Bull's Bridge, Hayes in west London. It was decommissioned in 1993 and later demolished.

The Orange Tree Theatre is a 180-seat theatre at 1 Clarence Street, Richmond in south-west London, which was built specifically as a theatre in the round. It is housed within a disused 1867 primary school, built in Victorian Gothic style. The theatre was founded in 1971 by its first artistic director, Sam Walters, and his actress wife Auriol Smith in a small room above the Orange Tree pub opposite the present building, which opened in 1991.Walters, the UK's longest-serving theatre director, retired from the Orange Tree Theatre in June 2014 and was succeeded as artistic director by Paul Miller, previously associate director at the Crucible Theatre in Sheffield. Tom Littler, previously artistic director at the Jermyn Street Theatre, took over from Miller in December 2022.The Orange Tree Theatre specialises in staging new plays and rediscovering classics. It has an education and participation programme that reaches over 10,000 people every year. Since 2014 the theatre has won ten Offies (Off West End Awards), five UK Theatre Awards and the Alfred Fagon Audience Award. It won the Empty Space Peter Brook Award in 2006 and 2015.

The Western International Market is a wholesale market in west London, England. One of the principal wholesale markets in the London region, it is located between Southall and Hayes, close to the M4 motorway and Heathrow Airport, and covers an area of 86 acres (350,000 m2). Owned and managed by Hounslow London Borough Council, the market opened in 1974 as a relocation of Brentford Market, which dated from 1306 and since 1893 had been based on a site near Kew Bridge. A fountain at the foot of the bridge, erected in 1877, now stands at the entrance to Western International Market and has Grade II listed status.The market acts as a conduit for fresh produce airlifted to Heathrow to reach the retail and catering trades.

Featherstone High School is a coeducational secondary school and sixth form with academy status, located in the Southall area of the London Borough of Ealing, England. The school converted to academy status in February 2012, and was previously a community school under the direct control of Ealing London Borough Council. The school continues to coordinate with Ealing London Borough Council for admissions. Featherstone High School offers GCSEs and BTECs as programmes of study for pupils, while sixth form students can choose to study from range of A Levels and additional BTECs.

Ayesha Siddiqa Girls School is an independent Islamic school in Southall, London Borough of Ealing, West London, England. It is located on the second and third floors of the Abu Bakr Mosque.

Southall Studios was a film studio located in Southall, Middlesex (now west London) which operated between 1924 and 1958. The studio was constructed on the site of a former aircraft hangar by the silent film director and producer G.B. Samuelson. The original buildings were destroyed in a fire in 1936, but the studio was rebuilt. Following the First World War, the studio was used for feature film production under the overall control of John Grierson. Later, it was used for television programmes such as Colonel March of Scotland Yard broadcast in 1955 and 1956. Tempean Films produced several films such as Kill Me Tomorrow at Southall during the 1950s, with the feature film The Crawling Eye, based on The Trollenberg Terror TV series, being the last film released credited with the Southall name.
