Tribeni is a locality in Bansberia Municipality of Hooghly district in the Indian state of West Bengal and is currently a part of the area covered by (KMDA). Sreegopal Banerjee College, also known as Bagati College, is one of the oldest colleges in Mogra, in the Hooghly district, West Bengal, India. It offers undergraduate courses in arts, commerce and sciences. It is affiliated to University of Burdwan. It was established in 1958. The geographical location of the college is latitude 22°59' North and longitude 88°22' East. Its height from sea level is 38 feet (11.58 metres).

The Second Ishwar Gupta Setu is an under-construction extradosed cable-stayed bridge spanning the Hooghly River, connecting Kalyani in Nadia district with Bansberia in Hooghly district. The bridge is being constructed to the design of Rail India Technical and Economic Services. It is part of Kalyani Expressway.The concept of building a bridge across the Hooghly River was conceived in 2016. The original plan was to build a bridge as an alternative to the old Ishwar Gupta Bridge, which would connect Delhi Road and State Highway 6 with Kalyani Expressway and National Highway 12. The pylons of the bridge will lean outward from the deck, and they will be constructed using concrete. The deck of the bridge consists of 7 spans.

Ishwar Gupta Setu (Bengali: ঈশ্বর গুপ্ত সেতু) is a 1,056.25 m (3,465.4 ft) long road bridge that crosses the Hooghly River in Bansberia, Hooghly and Kalyani, Nadia in West Bengal. Kalyani Expressway crosses the bridge connecting National Highway 12 with National Highway 19.

Mr. Rabindra Nath Tiwari is the headmaster of the school. Considering demand for establishing school surrounding Bansberia Ganges Jute Mill area local people had established two schools one in Hindi medium and another in partly Urdu & partly Telugu. Professor Narayan Ch Ghosh, Mathematician was associated with both the attempt as he was trade union leader there. Later Bansberia Ganges High School was established to cater students of noted schools.
