Fish in the lake include bream, whiting, tailor, flathead, luderick and jewfish. Lake Conjola is located on the southern side of Green Island, a renowned surf break. There are four caravan parks with cabins, caravan areas, tent areas, and waterfronts. On New Year's Eve in 2019 the town was affected by fire during the 2019–20 Australian bushfire season. Eight-nine homes were lost in nearby Conjola Park.

Narrawallee is predominantly a residential suburb, bordered by a tidal inlet to the north and Matron Porter Drive. The name "Narrawallee" is taken from the creek which flows eastwards from Milton and its estuary on the Tasman Sea and is itself a corruption of the Aboriginal words Nurrawerree or Narra Warra.

It lies about 15 km north of Ulladulla and 215 km south of Sydney. At the 2016 census, it had a population of 340.It was badly affected by a bushfire on 31 December 2019, when 89 homes were lost.

Mollymook Beach is a suburb in the City of Shoalhaven, New South Wales, Australia. It is located about four km north of Ulladalla on the northern end of Mollymook beach on the shore of the Tasman Sea. At the 2016 census, it had a population of 2,447. It is a mostly residential area incorporating Bannister Headland and is located north of Mollymook, with the eastern part of the border formed by Blackwater Creek. The southern part of the beach lies in Mollymook.
