Westover Historic District

The Glebewood Village Historic District is a national historic district located at Arlington County, Virginia. It contains 105 contributing buildings in a residential neighborhood in northern Arlington. It was built between 1937 and 1938, and consists of seven individual blocks of Colonial Revival-style rowhouses. Each block consists of between 2 and 39 single rowhouse dwellings. Each rowhouse is two stories in height, two bays wide, of brick construction and capped with an asymmetrical side-gabled roof.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.

Westover is a neighborhood in Arlington, Virginia on the National Register of Historic Places centered on Washington Boulevard between North McKinley Road and North Longfellow Street. A true model of mid-century Urbanism, Westover remains a pedestrian friendly neighborhood which sees its residents walk to shops, work, and public transportation. The neighborhood is between the Ballston Station and the East Falls Church Stations, both part of the Washington DC Metro and is serviced by many Metro Buses.

High View Park (also known as "Halls Hill") is a neighborhood in Arlington, Virginia, United States. Its approximate borders are Lee Highway to the north, North George Mason Drive to the west, Slater Park to the east. The southern boundary is a wall, built in the 1930s to separate it from the white neighborhood of Woodlawn Park (now Waycroft-Woodlawn).

Dominion Hills Historic District is a national historic district located at Arlington County, Virginia. It contains 446 contributing buildings in a residential neighborhood in western Arlington. It was platted in 1942 and developed between 1945 and 1948. It was designed to attract working and middle-income residents and is composed exclusively of two-story Colonial Revival style dwellings.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2012.

The Bluemont Junction was part of the Washington and Old Dominion Railway that began operation in 1912. Located in Bluemont, Arlington, the wye junction served as a transfer point for passengers and freight from Alexandria and Georgetown to points west ending at Bluemont, the a popular resort in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Highland Park–Overlee Knolls, also known as Fostoria, is a national historic district located in Arlington County, Virginia. It is directly east of the Virginia Heights Historic District. It contains 681 contributing buildings, 3 contributing sites, and 1 contributing structure in a residential neighborhood in North Arlington. The first subdivision was platted in 1890 and known as Fostoria. The company, which was seen in advertisements as Fostoria Land and Improvement Company, was incorporated in November 1890. William E. Abbott served as president, with James M. Hoge as secretary, and Madison A. Ballinger acting as the real estate broker. Madison Adams Ballinger (born 1848) was active in Washington, D.C., society. His house was decorated in red, white and blue, in honor of the Daughters of the American Revolution of which his wife, Francis Marion "Minnie" Fazio (born 1849) was the President of the Continental Chapter. His daughter, Miriam Nina C. Ballinger (1876-1968) married Francois Wilhelm Hiddinga (born July 25, 1868) in 1905.Later subdivisions of Fostoria were platted including Over-Lee Knolls (1926), Section Two Over-Lee Knolls (1927), Richmond Hill Section Three (1946), Richmond Hill Section Four (1947) and Highland Park Village (1947). It primarily consists of single family dwellings in a number of popular architectural styles including Queen Anne, Italianate, Colonial Revival, Craftsman, Tudor Revival, and Modern-style. Also located in the district is Parkhurst Park (1939). The houses were built by multiple developers and speculative builders.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2011.

Upton's Hill is a geographic eminence located in western Arlington County, Virginia. Its summit rises to 410 feet (120 m) above sea level.

Reevesland (Reeves Farmhouse or Torreyson Farm) is the remnant of an estate that was once located in the present Boulevard Manor neighborhood of Arlington County, Virginia. The former estate, located at 400 N. Manchester Street in the western part of the county, now consists of 2.4 acres (1.0 ha) of land with a house and outbuildings that were originally part of a 160 acres (65 ha) dairy farm.

Upton Hill Regional Park is a regional park located in Arlington, Northern Virginia. The park contains a waterpark, batting cages and a miniature golf course. The batting cages include nine baseball and softball cages. It is owned and operated by the NOVA Parks agency of Northern Virginia. Upton's Hill played a locally important role during the Civil War, as the Union Army command used the site as its headquarters. A large masonry fort was constructed opposite the road, at the hill's topmost point. This fort was originally called Fort Upton but was later renamed Fort Ramsay. By the end of the war, the Union Army built a tall wooden observation tower atop Congressman Upton's home, affording it line-of-sight communications with the Washington Monument and other observation and signal stations in the region.

Bluemont is a suburban neighborhood in Arlington, Virginia. As of 2020, the population is 7,049 people.

Seven Corners is a commercial center and census-designated place (CDP) in Fairfax County, Virginia, United States. The population was 9,255 at the 2010 census. Seven Corners has a "Falls Church" mailing address but is not within Falls Church's city limits. The area got its name from the intersection of State Route 7 (Leesburg Pike and East Broad Street), U.S. Route 50 (Arlington Boulevard), State Route 613 (Sleepy Hollow Road), State Route 338 (Hillwood Avenue) and Wilson Boulevard (also part of State Route 613). The junction of these four roads once created seven corners.

Eden Center is a Vietnamese American strip mall located near the crossroads of Seven Corners in the City of Falls Church, Virginia. Eden Center is the largest Vietnamese commercial center on the East Coast, and the largest Asian-themed mall on the east coast of North America. The city's Economic Development commission considers it the city's top tourist destination. The center is home to more than 120 shops, restaurants and businesses catering extensively to the Asian American, especially the Vietnamese-American, population. Eden Center has created an anchor for Vietnamese culture serving the Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, and Pennsylvania areas, as shown by the large number of phở soup restaurants, bánh mì delicatessens, bakeries, markets, as well as Vietnamese-American cultural events that are regularly held at the Center.
