Woodstock Hall Tavern

Malvern, also known as Oaklands, is a historic home and farm located near Charlottesville, Albemarle County, Virginia. It was built between 1801 and 1820, and is a two-story, three-bay, gable-roofed, brick house in the Federal style. The interior features a side-passage plan on both floors.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1995.

The main house consists of a 2½-story, hall-parlor-plan frame dwelling with a two-story brick addition. A frame rear ell was added to the brick section about 1920. The interiors feature late Georgian and Greek Revival-style detailing. Also on the property is "The Cottage," one-story frame building with a stucco exterior, a metal-sheathed gable roof, and a Victorian front porch; a meathouse, and wellhouse.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.

The Anchorage is a historic home and farm complex located near Charlottesville, Albemarle County, Virginia. The original section of the house, built about 1825, consists of a two-story, brick hall and parlor plan dwelling with a raised basement and a slate roof. About 1850, a north facing brick wing was added and the house was remodeled to reflect the then popular Italianate and Gothic Revival styles. An existing porch was later made two-story, and, in the early 1900s, a small wood framed kitchen wing was added. Also on the property are a contributing barn and family cemetery.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.

It consists of a two-story, three-bay, gable-roofed frame center section dated to the 1850s; a two-story, multi-bay north extension added in the early 1900s; and a two-bay, two-story library wing added about 1907–1908. The interior features Greek Revival style details. Also on the property are a one-story frame kitchen building, a brick smokehouse, a large icehouse (now a garage), and a 1+1⁄2-story board-and-batten cottage.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.

The Blue Ridge Swim Club is a historic swimming club facility at 1275 Owensville Road in Ivy, Virginia. The property includes a swimming pool that was built in 1913, when the area was developed as part of the Blue Ridge Camp for boys. The concrete pool is 100 yards (91 m) long and 10 yards (9.1 m) wide, with a sloping floor ranging in depth from 30 inches (0.76 m) to 10 feet (3.0 m). The pool's water is supplied from Ivy Brook via a gravity feed system. The pool is one of the oldest outdoor recreational facilities in the state.The property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2015, primarily for the significance of its swimming pool.

Spring Hill is a historic home located at Ivy, Albemarle County, Virginia. The main house dates to about 1785, and is a two-story, brick dwelling expanded in the 1870s and 1930s. The oldest building on the property is the brick field slave quarters, built about 1765, and once served as the main house. Also on the property are a brick dairy and kitchen. The house is representative of the evolution and integration of academic and vernacular architectural styles covering over two centuries of Albemarle County settlement.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

D. S. Tavern, also known as the 1740 House, is a historic tavern located at Ivy, Albemarle County, Virginia. The building dates to the late 18th to early 19th century. It is a two-story, single pile, log and frame I-house, covered in beaded weatherboards. It sits on a brick and rubblestone foundation and has a gable roof pierced by two brick chimneys. It has an early-19th-century, one-story kitchen connected by a hyphen. From 1785 to about 1850, the tavern served the westward movement of settlers along the turnpike running from Richmond to the Valley. The tavern was owned by Chief Justice John Marshall, who maintained the property from 1810 to 1813. In the mid- to late 19th century, it was converted to a private residence.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
