Commerce and Trade Park (Chinese: 經貿園區站; pinyin: Jīngmàoyuánqū) is a light rail station of the Circular Line of the Kaohsiung rapid transit system. It is located in Cianjhen District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

The China Steel Corporation Headquarters (traditional Chinese: 中鋼集團總部大樓; simplified Chinese: 中钢集团总部大楼; pinyin: Zhōnggāngjítuán Zǒngbù Dàlóu) is a 29-story, 135 metres (443 ft) skyscraper office building in Cianjhen District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. It houses the corporate headquarters of China Steel Corporation. As of February 2021, it is the 24th tallest building in Kaohsiung.

The Kaohsiung Branch Office of the American Institute in Taiwan (Chinese: 美國在台協會高雄分處; pinyin: Měiguó Zài Tái Xiéhuì Gāoxióng Fēnchù) represents U.S. interests in southern Taiwan. It is located within the China Steel Corporation Headquarters building. Mason Yu assumed the position of Branch Chief of the American Institute in Taiwan’s (AIT’s) Kaohsiung Branch Office in August 2020.

The Next 100, also known as Kuo Cheng 2020, (Chinese: 國城定潮; pinyin: Guó chéng dìng cháo) is a residential skyscraper located in Cianjhen District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The height of the building is 163 m (535 ft), with a floor area of 83,014 m2 (893,560 sq ft), and it comprises 41 floors above ground, as well as four basement levels. The construction of the building began in 2015 and it was completed in 2021.

Asia New Bay Area (Chinese: 亞洲新灣區) is an industrial, exhibition and cultural site located at Kaohsiung, Taiwan. It is a major construction of Kaohsiung City's industrial transformation, in order to promote the urban development of Kaohsiung Harbor and downtown Kaohsiung. The area of Asia New Bay Area is about 600 hectares (1,500 acres) and the total investment amount is about NT$ 130 billion, with funds coming from the Central and Kaohsiung City Government, along with investments from enterprises. Asia's New Bay Area expands Kaohsiung's international visibility, enabling Kaohsiung to become a Global City to further attract both domestic and foreign investors.

Dream Mall (Chinese: 夢時代購物中心; pinyin: Mèngshídài Gòuwù Zhòngxīn), located in Cianjhen District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, is the largest shopping mall in Taiwan and the 15th largest in East Asia (formerly the largest). It is built and operated by Tungcheng Development Corporation (Chinese: 統正開發股份有限公司), a subsidiary of Uni-President Enterprises Corporation, Taiwan's largest food conglomerate that also runs subsidiaries in many other industries. It was designed by international architecture firm RTKL, based in Baltimore, Maryland and opened on 12 May 2007, and contains restaurants, movie theater, gym, and entertainment facilities including a rooftop amusement park.

Shihjia is a station on the Red line of Kaohsiung MRT in Cianjhen District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The station is a three-level, underground station with an island platform and four exits. It is 188 meters long and is located at the intersection of Jhongshan 3rd Rd. and Mincyuan 2nd Rd.

The Kaohsiung Main Public Library (Chinese: 高雄市立圖書館; pinyin: Gāoxióng Shìlì Túshūguǎn) is the central library of Kaohsiung, Taiwan. It is the main library of the Kaohsiung Public Library System and opened in November 2014. The building is located in Xinguang Road, opposite to the Tuntex Sky Tower.

The Singuang Ferry Wharf (traditional Chinese: 新光碼頭; simplified Chinese: 新光码头; pinyin: Xīnguāng Mǎtóu) is a wharf in Lingya District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. It is the 22nd pier of Port of Kaohsiung.
