The Bao-Cheng Enterprise Tower (Chinese: 寶成企業大樓; pinyin: Bǎo chéng qǐyè dàlóu) is a skyscraper office building located in Cianjhen District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Construction of the building began in 1988 and it was completed in 1991, making it one of the earliest skyscrapers in Kaohsiung. The building was designed by Taiwanese architect Yong-Hong Hwang (Chinese: 黃永洪) and has a total floor area of 96,100 m2 (1,034,000 sq ft), with a height of 135 m (443 ft) that comprise 37 floors above ground, as well as five basement levels. It houses the corporate headquarters of Pou Chen Corporation.

The Next 100, also known as Kuo Cheng 2020, (Chinese: 國城定潮; pinyin: Guó chéng dìng cháo) is a residential skyscraper located in Cianjhen District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The height of the building is 163 m (535 ft), with a floor area of 83,014 m2 (893,560 sq ft), and it comprises 41 floors above ground, as well as four basement levels. The construction of the building began in 2015 and it was completed in 2021.

The China Steel Corporation Headquarters (traditional Chinese: 中鋼集團總部大樓; simplified Chinese: 中钢集团总部大楼; pinyin: Zhōnggāngjítuán Zǒngbù Dàlóu) is a 29-story, 135 metres (443 ft) skyscraper office building in Cianjhen District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. It houses the corporate headquarters of China Steel Corporation. As of February 2021, it is the 24th tallest building in Kaohsiung.

The Kaohsiung Branch Office of the American Institute in Taiwan (Chinese: 美國在台協會高雄分處; pinyin: Měiguó Zài Tái Xiéhuì Gāoxióng Fēnchù) represents U.S. interests in southern Taiwan. It is located within the China Steel Corporation Headquarters building. Mason Yu assumed the position of Branch Chief of the American Institute in Taiwan’s (AIT’s) Kaohsiung Branch Office in August 2020.

The Farglory THE ONE (Chinese: 遠雄THE ONE) is a skyscraper located in Cianjhen District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. It is the fourth tallest building in Taiwan and the second tallest in Kaohsiung. The height of building is 267.6 m, the floor area is 166,415.76m2, and it comprises 68 floors above ground, as well as 7 basement levels. It was completed at the end of 2019.

Software Technology Park (Chinese: 軟體園區站; pinyin: Ruǎntǐyuánqū) is a light rail station of the Circular Line of the Kaohsiung rapid transit system. It is located in Cianjhen District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

The Kaohsiung Main Public Library (Chinese: 高雄市立圖書館; pinyin: Gāoxióng Shìlì Túshūguǎn) is the central library of Kaohsiung, Taiwan. It is the main library of the Kaohsiung Public Library System and opened in November 2014. The building is located in Xinguang Road, opposite to the Tuntex Sky Tower.

Commerce and Trade Park (Chinese: 經貿園區站; pinyin: Jīngmàoyuánqū) is a light rail station of the Circular Line of the Kaohsiung rapid transit system. It is located in Cianjhen District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

The Cathay Central Plaza, formerly known as Wang-Xiang Central Plaza (Chinese: 國泰中央廣場), is a 30-story, 135 metres (443 ft) skyscraper office building completed in 2000 in Cianjhen District, Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Designed by Liu Associates, this building has a triangular footprint and is topped by a pyramid. It is owned by the Mountain Group, which also owns the Shr-Hwa Financial Center in Kaohsiung. As of February 2021, it is the 24th tallest building in Kaohsiung.

The Asia-Pacific Financial Plaza (Chinese: 宏總亞太財經廣場; pinyin: Hóng zǒng yàtài cáijīng guǎngchǎng) is a 169.8 metres (557 ft) tall skyscraper in Lingya District of Kaohsiung, Taiwan. It was completed in 1992 and was designed by Hoy Architects & Associates. It was the first building in Taiwan to reach a height of 150 m.

Sanduo Shopping District (Chinese: 三多商圈; pinyin: Sāndūo Shāngqūan is an affluent shopping, eating and entertainment district of Kaohsiung. Sanduo Shopping District began to rise in the late 1990s after Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Department Store and Pacific Sogo Department Store (today's Far East SOGO Department Store) opened branches in the area. Thus, it is often known as the "Manhattan of Kaohsiung".

The Asia Plaza (Chinese: 亞洲企業中心; pinyin: Yàzhōu qì yè zhōngxīn) is a vision supertall skyscraper that will rise 431 m (1,414 ft) in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. The building will comprise 103 floors above ground as well as 7 basement levels. It is a part of the Asia Plaza Tri-Tower Complex, that comprise three buildings: the 103-storey Asia Plaza, the 49-storey Far Eastern Ding Ding Hotel and the 18-storey Mega'21 Far Eastern Shopping Complex, of which only the shopping complex was completed in 2001.The building was proposed in 1997 and was originally scheduled to start construction in 2004 upon the completion of the Mega'21 Far Eastern Shopping Complex. It was planned to be completed in 2008. However, the development schedule has been delayed several times, and construction is currently scheduled to start in 2021 and be completed in 2024. After the building is complete, Asia Plaza will surpass 85 Sky Tower to become the tallest skyscraper in Kaohsiung City and the second tallest building in Taiwan.
