St. Peter und Paul, Eltville is the name of a Catholic church and parish in Eltville, Rheingau-Taunus-Kreis, Germany, dedicated to Saints Peter and Paul. The parish is part of the Diocese of Limburg. Several parishes were merged into St. Peter und Paul in 2015.

Eltville am Rhein (from Alta Villa, Latin for "high estate, high town", corrupted to Eldeville, Elfeld and later Eltville, German pronunciation: [ˈɛltvɪlə] ) is a town in the Rheingau-Taunus-Kreis in the Regierungsbezirk of Darmstadt in Hesse, Germany. It lies on the German Timber-Frame Road (Fachwerkstraße). Eltville is the biggest town in the Rheingau. It bears the nicknames Weinstadt, Sektstadt, Rosenstadt and since 2006 also Gutenbergstadt. Some of Germany's most famous vineyards (Steinberg, Rauenthaler Baiken, Erbacher Marcobrunn) are found within Eltville's municipal limits.

Heidesheim am Rhein is an Ortsbezirk (borough) of the town Ingelheim am Rhein in the Mainz-Bingen district in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. Before July 2019, it was a separate municipality belonging to the former Verbandsgemeinde (a kind of collective municipality) Heidesheim am Rhein, of which it was the administrative seat. Heidesheim was one of the biggest municipalities in Rhenish Hesse.

Gerechtigkeitsspirale (German: "spiral of justice") is a relief carving of a poem at the pilgrimage church of St. Valentin in Kiedrich, in Hesse, Germany. The text is carved in the form of a spiral on the front of one of the pews for the congregation, creating possibly the earliest known shape poem in the German language. The carving is one of several decorative designs on the pews in the church, and was created in 1510 by the master carpenter Erhart Falckener.

St. Valentin is the common name for the Catholic parish church and Basilica minor Basilica of SS Dionysius and Valentinus in Kiedrich in the Rheingau, in Hesse, Germany. It was built at the end of the 15th century in the Gothic style. Its organ is one of the oldest playable organs in Germany (built c. 1500). The church was a pilgrimage destination for people with epilepsy and therefore has notable carved wooden laity stalls, including one decorated with the "Gerechtigkeitsspirale" (Spiral of justice).

Budenheim is a municipality in the Mainz-Bingen district in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. Unlike other municipalities in Mainz-Bingen, it does not belong to any Verbandsgemeinde.

The Lennebergwald is a forest in the north of Rheinhessen in Rhineland-Palatinate in Germany. The approximately 700 ha sized stretches north-west of Mainz between the urban districts of Mombach, Gonsenheim, Finthen and the municipalities of Budenheim and Heidesheim am Rhein in the district of Mainz-Bingen. Most of the area belongs to Budenheim. Characteristic of the Lennebergwald is its dry and sandy soil, resulting in a high ground temperature during summer days. Due to this primarily pine and oak trees as well as dry and calcareous grassland are growing here like in the neighbouring Mainz Sand Dunes. The climate is temperate and semi-arid to semi-humid.Considering the aspect of ecology, the Lenneberg forest has a high importance as a recreation area for people performing general fitness training such as jogging, nordic walking, mountainbiking as well as for people strolling around the wooded area. Within the Lennebergwald some cultural heritage monuments of Budenheim, such as the old St.-Wendelinus-chapel, the Lennebergtower (a look-out in Gothic Revival architecture comprising a stair tower, 1878–1880 by Philipp Johann Berdellé), the new St.-Wendelinus-chapel (Gothic Revival limestone hall, 1862–1866) as well as the elevated water supply tanks of Budenheim (Art Nouveau rotunda, erected 1907, by architect Wilhelm Lenz) and Gonsenheim (Art Nouveau building, 1909, also by Wilhelm Lenz).
