Naihati Junction railway station

Naihati is a city and a municipality of North 24 Parganas district in the Indian state of West Bengal. It is situated in the northern part of Kolkata Metropolitan Area under the supervision of Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority. Naihati Municipality is one of the oldest in the whole country and was established in 1869. It is the birthplace of Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay, the author of India's national song Vande Mataram,.

Rishi Bankim Chandra Colleges are a group of three co-located general degree colleges located in Naihati, West Bengal, India, namely Rishi Bankim Chandra College for Women, operating in the morning shift, Rishi Bankim Chandra College, operating in the day shift, and Rishi Bankim Chandra Evening College, operating in the evening shift. They offer undergraduate courses in arts, commerce and sciences. The three colleges are affiliated to West Bengal State University.

Bankimanjali Stadium (commonly known as Naihati Stadium) is a football stadium located in a municipality of Naihati in North 24 Parganas district in the Indian state of West Bengal. Named after Bankim Chandra Chatterjee, the stadium is owned by Naihati Municipality and has a capacity of 25,000 spectators at present. The stadium has hosted games of Calcutta Football League, IFA Shield, I-League, and Durand Cup. The stadium is official ground of friendly club tournament Naihati Gold Cup. The turf of the stadium is regarded as one of the best in Kolkata.

Hooghly Madrasah is one of the oldest educational institute in West Bengal. It was established by a renowned philanthropist of Bengal, Haji Muhammad Mohsin.

St. John the Baptist Church of Chinsura (Armenian: Սուրբ Յովհաննէս Մկրտիչ Եկեղեցի), is located in Chinsura, India. The church was built in 1695–1697 and is dedicated to St. John the Baptist. It is the second oldest Christian church in Bengal, and the oldest Armenian church in India. The church is well preserved due to its proximity to Kolkata and the care committee of the Armenian Churches. The Armenian Church of Chinsura was started in 1699. A spire was added to the church in 1822, for which the Dutch resident of Bengal Daniel Anthony Overbeek laid the foundation stone.Each year on 13–14 January, the church celebrates the feast of John the Baptist, whose relics (bones of the left hand) are thought to be in the Armenian Church of Holy Nazareth, located 65 kilometers away, and delivered to the party in the Church Pilgrims. Armenians settled in Chinsura in 1645, after the Dutch, who formed their colony in 1625.On March 1, 2007, Catholicos of All Armenians Karekin II visited the church.

Hooghly Mohsin College, established in 1836, is one of the oldest colleges in Chinsurah, in the Hooghly district, West Bengal, India. It offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Arts, Commerce and Sciences. It is affiliated to University of Burdwan.

Bhatpara is a city and a municipality of North 24 Parganas district in the Indian state of West Bengal. It is a part of the area covered by Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority (KMDA).

Garifa is a connecting station of Sealdah main line and Howrah–Bardhaman main line through Sampreeti Bridge and Jubilee Bridge. Sampreeti Setu or Sampreeti Bridge is a railway bridge on Hooghly River. This bridge was inaugurated on 17 April 2016. It is situated between Garifa railway station and Hooghly Ghat railway station in the Naihati-Bandel branch line. This bridge has been built as an alternative to the Jubilee Bridge (India). The bridge is 415 meters long.
