Feofaniya Clinical Hospital

The Cathedral of St. Pantaleon or St. Panteleimon is a large Eastern Orthodox cathedral in the Kyivan neighbourhood of Feofaniia. It shares similarities with the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Tallinn and is considered a high point in Russian Revival ecclesiastical architecture. It was built to a Russian Revival design by Yevgeny Yermakov between 1905 and 1912. The building is pentacupolar, with the massive black central dome and the four tent-like domes on the corners, as well as low galleries which run continuously around the building. The outer walls are covered with a mazy web of tracery. The cathedral was intended to serve as the main church of the Kyivan Monastery of St. Panteleimon, which originated as a branch, or skete, of St. Michael's Golden-Domed Monastery. It was closed for worship and thoroughly looted in the 1920s and damaged in World War II.The hollow shell of the church was returned to the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in 1990s and has been restored as the main church of a nunnery. The other church building of the convent conforms to the cathedral in style.

Feofaniia or Teofaniia (Ukrainian: Феофáнія, Теофáнія; also called Theophania) is a park located in the historical neighborhood on a tract near the southern outskirts of Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine. The neighborhood is located in the administrative Holosiiv Raion (district) amidst the neighborhoods of Holosiiv, Teremky, Pyrohiv and Khotiv. The park's total area is about 1.5 km2 (0.58 sq mi). The first Soviet computer, MESM, was built in Feofaniia. Feofaniia was first mentioned in 1471 as Lazorivshchyna (Лазорівщина), which at the time belonged to an owner named Khodiki. The name is said to derive from a monk named Lazar. In the 17th century, the area was referred to as Shakhravshchyna (Шахравщина).The modern name Feofaniia dates back to 1803 when Theophanes Shyianov-Cherniavskyi settled in the area, set aside for charity purposes. During the 1860s, Feofaniia belonged to the St. Michael's Golden-Domed Monastery in central Kyiv. Buildings built in the area were constructed in the Ukrainian Baroque style, however, they did not survive. In 1919, Feofaniia was converted to the Soviet state farm, and later transformed into the main observatory for the Institute of Botany of the Ukrainian Academy of Science. In 1972, Feofaniia was declared a park, and from 1992 — a government designated park, which belongs to the "Feofaniia" conservatory of the National Academy of Science of Ukraine. Reconstruction work began on the area in 2004, which, when finished (projected in 2008) will include new landscaping, water and canal features.Located near Feofaniia are the St. Panteleimon's Convent, the Nikolay Bogolyubov Institute of Theoretical Physics, and the Government Clinical Hospital "Feofaniia."

Vystavkovyi Tsentr (Ukrainian: Виставковий центр, , literally Exhibition Center) is a station on the Kyiv Metro's Obolonsko–Teremkivska Line, named after the exposition center that is located in the vicinity. Active construction began on this project in 2010 after the opening of the three new stations on the Obolonsko–Teremkivska Line from the former Lybidska terminus. The station is designed as shallow and has one underground vault, similarly to adjacent "Vasylkivska". The southwestern platform end is linked by a four-stripe escalator to the underground entrance hall, ending into an underpass under Vasylkivska street. Further plans exist to connect it with another one under Holosiivskyi avenue, so as to make one of the exits right beside the exhibition center. The opening was initially scheduled for 31 December 2011, as re-planned the station was opened on 27 December 2011.The official opening ceremony took place at 11:00 in the morning, the first train with passengers left for the new station at 13:10.

Ipodrom (Ukrainian: Іподром, ) is a station on the Kyiv Metro's Obolonsko–Teremkivska Line that opened on 25 October 2012. It is located towards the southern end of the line, located just after the Vystavkovyi Tsentr station, opened a year earlier in late 2011, and before the Teremky station which opened on 6 November 2013.Ipodrom is named after Kyiv's horse racetrack and equestrian park which is located a short distance from the station.

Pyrohiv (Ukrainian: Пирогі́в), also known as Pirogov (Russian: Пирого́в), originally a village south of Kyiv, now the National Museum of Folk Architecture and Folkways of Ukraine, is a 133.5 hectare open-air museum located at 1 Akademika Tronko Street, Kyiv, Ukraine. An architectural and landscape complex representing the major historical and ethnographic regions of Ukraine, it is dedicated to the preservation and study of regional Ukrainian folkways.

The National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine (Ukrainian: Національний університет біоресурсів і природокористування України) is a leading public university in the field of agriculture in Ukraine; it is located in Kyiv. Established in 1898, prior to 1992 the institution was named the Ukrainian Agricultural Academy (Ukrainian: Українська Сільськогосподарська Академія). In the years 1992–2008 it went by the name of National Agricultural University (Ukrainian: Національний Аграрний Університет).

Khotiv hillfort is a hillfort of early Iron Age (Scythian times, 6 century BC) in the village of Khotiv, Ukraine. The hillfort adjoins the southern part of Kyiv, namely Feofaniya Park. It occupies a rhombic plateau 1000x700 m wide, bordered by valleys of the streams. All the plateau area, 31 ha, was surrounded with earth rampart, while the slope of the hill was fortified by a scarp with a berm and a moat beneath. The rampart, scarp and berm are well preserved on the western and eastern edges, and remains of the moat are much less conspicuous now. It is supposed that the hillfort had 3 entrances: in the northern, eastern and southern part of the rampart.Khotiv hillfort has the status of an archaeological monument since 1965. In 2007, official borders of the monument were cut down, and in 2009, the excluded areas became the place of house building. The northern part of the hillfort was demolished by building of a palace of Ukrainian billionaire Yuri Kosiuk. Later, the works began in the southern and eastern parts of the hillfort, which are planned for building too.

Odesa Square (or Odeska Square; Ukrainian: Одеська площа, romanized: Odeska ploshcha) is one of the squares of Kyiv, Ukraine. It is located in the neighborhood Teremky in the Holosiiv Raion of Kyiv. It was named after big Ukrainian city port Odesa.The square emerged in 1970s with name New (Нова), and in 1976 has received current name.In fact Kyivan Odesa Square is a big crossroad and transport interchange spot on the way from Kyiv to Odesa, and via Kiltseva Road from south to west of the city, with a scarce public space.

Vasylkivska (Ukrainian: Васильківська, ) is station on Kyiv Metro's Obolonsko–Teremkivska Line. It is named after the street which leads to Vasylkiv, south-west to capital Kyiv. The station was opened on 15 December 2010.

Teremky (Ukrainian: Теремки, ) is a station on the Kyiv Metro's Obolonsko–Teremkivska Line opened on 6 November 2013. It is the southern end of the line, located just after the Ipodrom station. The station is named after the Teremky neighborhood of Kyiv. At the opening of the Ipodrom station on 25 October 2012 (then) Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov had stated that the Teremky station "would soon open". According to planning the station should have opened on 24 August 2013, Independence Day of Ukraine. But instead it was opened on 6 November 2013, on that day was celebrated Day of Kyiv's liberation from Nazi invaders.

Teremky (Ukrainian: Теремки) is a neighborhood located in the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine. It is located in the southern part of the city, in between the city's Holosiivskyi, Feofaniia, and Zhuliany neighborhoods.The National Expocenter of Ukraine and Kyiv's Ipodrom horse racetrack are located in the neighborhood. Teremky is served by a metro station of the Kyiv Metro's Obolonsko–Teremkivska line.
