Thomas Lamb House

Blackiston is an unincorporated community in Kent County, Delaware, United States. Blackiston is at the intersection of state routes 6 and 42, west of Clayton and northwest of Kenton.

Robert Hill House, also known as "Alley," was a historic home located at Kenton, Kent County, Delaware. The house dated to the last decade of the 18th century, and was a two-story, three-bay, side hall plan brick dwelling in the Federal style. It had a gable roof and the front facade features a simple entrance portico. The rear wing was extended in the late-19th century with the addition of a frame wing.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. The house was demolished between 2009 and 2011.

Thomas Lamb Farm, also known as "Brick House Farm", is a historic home located at Kenton, Kent County, Delaware. The house dates to the second quarter of the 18th-century, and is a two-story, three-bay, single pile brick dwelling. It has a hall-and-parlor plan. Attached is a 1+1⁄2-story, three-bay brick kitchen wing with a porch.

J. F. Betz House is a historic home located at Kenton, Kent County, Delaware. The house was built about 1875, and is a two-story, three-bay, double pile dwelling with Greek Revival / Gothic Revival / Queen Anne influences. It has a gable roof with cornice, pierced by a central cross gable. The property includes a contributing 19th century granary and barn.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

William Stevens House, also known as Peach Mansion, is a historic home located at Kenton, Kent County, Delaware. The house was erected about 1860, and is a three-story, five-bay, single pile frame dwelling in the Italianate style. It has a low hipped roof and a projecting box cornice with decorative brackets. The original house, built about 1811, forms the gable-roofed, three-bay, two-story, rear wing. Also on the property is a contributing 19th century springhouse.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. It was demolished in a controlled burn in February 2001.

It was originally built on the Penn plan, but later enlarged to six bays.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

Enoch Jones House, also known as "Boxwood," is a historic home located near Clayton, Kent County, Delaware. It dates to the mid-18th century, and consists of a two-story, three-bay, brick main house with a lower two-story frame west wing. The house is in the hall-and-parlor plan. It has a gable roof on both sections. The first documented reference to the house is a 1792 survey of Enoch Jones 717-acre estate.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

It has a gable roof and the front facade features an entrance portico replaced in the early 20th century. It has a rear wing added about 1840. The wing is in the Greek Revival style.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

W. D. Burrows House, also known as Hopewell, is a historic home and farm located at Kenton, Kent County, Delaware. The house was built about 1830, and is a two-story, five-bay, center hall plan brick dwelling. It has a full basement and gable roof. Also on the property are a contributing barn, a machine shed, chicken house and assorted storage sheds. They are dated to the late-19th and early-20th centuries.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
