J. F. Betz House

William Stevens House, also known as Peach Mansion, is a historic home located at Kenton, Kent County, Delaware. The house was erected about 1860, and is a three-story, five-bay, single pile frame dwelling in the Italianate style. It has a low hipped roof and a projecting box cornice with decorative brackets. The original house, built about 1811, forms the gable-roofed, three-bay, two-story, rear wing. Also on the property is a contributing 19th century springhouse.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. It was demolished in a controlled burn in February 2001.

It dates to the mid-18th century, and consists of a two-story, three-bay, brick main house with a lower two-story frame west wing. The house is in the hall-and-parlor plan. It has a gable roof on both sections. The first documented reference to the house is a 1792 survey of Enoch Jones 717-acre estate.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973.

The house dated to the last decade of the 18th century, and was a two-story, three-bay, side hall plan brick dwelling in the Federal style. It had a gable roof and the front facade features a simple entrance portico. The rear wing was extended in the late-19th century with the addition of a frame wing.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. The house was demolished between 2009 and 2011.

It as a low hip roof which extends about three feet from the building forming an overhang. It was built by the Delaware Railroad and remained in use as a passenger service into the 1950s. It later housed an antique shop.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.

Also on the property are a contributing barn, a machine shed, chicken house and assorted storage sheds. They are dated to the late-19th and early-20th centuries.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
