Thomas Attix House is a historic home and farm complex located at Kenton, Kent County, Delaware. The house was built in about 1880, and is a two-story, three-bay, frame dwelling with a rear wing in a Gothic Revival / Queen Anne style. Contributing outbuildings include a brick milk house, sawn-plank bull pen, frame barn, cattle sheds, and machine shed. They date to the 19th and early-20th centuries.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.

Also on the property are a contributing barn with stable, a frame milk house, and a privy.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. The house was demolished between 1992 and 2002, and the milk house between 2002 and 2006.

It had a gable roof and the front facade features a simple entrance portico. The rear wing was extended in the late-19th century with the addition of a frame wing.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. The house was demolished between 2009 and 2011.

The house was erected about 1860, and is a three-story, five-bay, single pile frame dwelling in the Italianate style. It has a low hipped roof and a projecting box cornice with decorative brackets. The original house, built about 1811, forms the gable-roofed, three-bay, two-story, rear wing. Also on the property is a contributing 19th century springhouse.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983. It was demolished in a controlled burn in February 2001.
