Istanbul Airport

İstanbul Havalimanı (Istanbul Airport) is an underground rapid transit station on the M11 line of the Istanbul Metro. It is located in the Tayakadın neighbourhood of Arnavutköy district, at Istanbul Airport. The station is among the first five metro stations to be located outside of the city (urban area) of Istanbul. It was opened on 22 January 2023.

Kargo Terminali (Cargo Terminal) is an underground rapid transit station on the M11 line of the Istanbul Metro, and the current northern terminus of the line. It is located in the Tayakadın neighbourhood of Arnavutköy district, at Istanbul Airport. The station is among the first five metro stations to be located outside of the city (urban area) of Istanbul. It was opened on 22 January 2023.

Terminal 2 (Istanbul Airport) is a reserved underground rapid transit station on the M11 line of the Istanbul Metro. It is located in the İmrahor neighbourhood of Arnavutköy district, at Istanbul Airport. The station will open when Istanbul Airport Terminal 2 is completed and opened.

Taşoluk is an underground station on the M11 line of the Istanbul Metro. It is located under Atatürk Street in the Mareşal Fevzi Çakmak neighbourhood of Arnavutköy district. It was opened on 19 March 2024.

Arnavutköy (meaning "Albanian village" in Turkish) is a town and rural district in Istanbul Province, Turkey. The district was newly formed in 2008 from the large rural part of Gaziosmanpaşa district and parts of other districts, including Çatalca. The mayor is Ahmet Haşim Baltacı of the AKP. It is located on the European side of Istanbul and borders the Black Sea. The name of a neighborhood in the district, Hadımköy, was often spelled "Hademkeui" in European sources. Istanbul Airport is in the district.

İhsaniye is an underground rapid transit station on the M11 line of the Istanbul Metro. It is located on the D.020 highway in the İhsaniye neighbourhood of Eyüp district, north of the town of İhsaniye. The station is among the first five metro stations to be located outside of the city (urban area) of Istanbul. It was opened on 22 January 2023.

Arnavutköy Hastane is an underground station on the M11 line of the Istanbul Metro. It is located under Eski Edirne Street at Arnavutköy City Park in the Anadolu neighbourhood of Arnavutköy district. It was opened on 19 March 2024, and serves as the western terminus of the line until the extension to Halkalı opens in early 2025.

Istanbul Waste Power Plant (Turkish: İBB Atık Yakma ve Enerji Ürestim Tesisi) is a waste-to-energy facility in the Eyüp district of Istanbul near the Odayeri landfill, Turkey, using waste incineration. Opened in 2021 it is owned by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (İBB) and operated by İstanbul Environmental Management Co. (İSTAÇ). It is Turkey's first power plant of this type.

Istanbul is a Turkish province divided into three electoral districts of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. It elects ninety-eight members of parliament (deputies) to represent the province of the same name for a five-year term by the D'Hondt method, a party-list proportional representation system. The first district is situated on the Anatolian side of İstanbul on the east of the Bosphorus. The second and third electoral district are both on the European side, with the third situated to the west of the second. The first and third districts, electing 35 MPs, are the largest electoral districts of Turkey in terms of members elected.

Şamlar is a village in Başakşehir district of İstanbul Province, Turkey. It is situated in the European portion of Turkey, so called Rumeli at 41°07′N 28°44′E to the east of the Sazlıdere Dam reservoir. It is about 15 kilometres (9.3 mi) northwest of Başakşehir. The population of Şamlar is 3448 as of 2010. The oldest building in the village is a mosque dated 1839. A part of village territory was confiscated during the construction of Sazlıdere Dam. For that part, the government started a new housing project which is now called Yenişamlar ("new Şamlar"). The main economic activities of the village are agriculture, cattle breeding, fishing and some light industries.

Kayabaşı is a district of Başakşehir in İstanbul. It was formerly known as Ayayorgi (from Greek: Άγιος Γεώργιος, "St. George") and Azatlı until the Greco-Turkish population exchange of 1923. Kayabaşı was a district of Bakırköy until 1987 then it was a quarter of Küçükçekmece where was a part of the Çatalca kaza until 1908. By the last change of administrative division of İstanbul in 2009 it is a quarter of Başakşehir.

Kayaşehir Merkez is an underground rapid transit station on the M3 line of the Istanbul Metro. It is located on Kayaşehir Boulevard in the Kayabaşı district of Başakşehir. The M3 portion of the station was opened on 8 April 2023 with the Onurkent-Kayaşehir Merkez expansion built by the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure.
