Restaurant Monarh is a restaurant located in a former monastery in the Dutch city Tilburg. It received one Michelin star in the 2019 Michelin Guide and thus became the first such restaurant in Tilburg.

Dierenpark De Oliemeulen (Zoo The Oliemeulen) is a small zoo in Tilburg, Netherlands that describes itself as "the strangest zoo in the Netherlands".The zoo opened in an old farmhouse in 1987. It was initially just a reptile house, but was expanded in 1992 to include mammals such as monkeys and raccoons, and birds including parrots and birds of prey.

The StadsHeer is a building in the neighborhood Haestrechtkwartier in the Dutch city of Tilburg. The building is 101 metres (331 feet) tall and has 31 above ground floors. Therefore, it is the second tallest building in Tilburg after Westpoint Tower. The lower six floors are occupied by offices and the upper 25 floors by 85 rental apartment units.

Tilburg Universiteit (English: Tilburg University) is a railway station located in Tilburg, Netherlands. It is situated on the Breda–Eindhoven railway. Opened as Tilburg West in 1969, it was renamed after the nearby Tilburg University in 2010. The train services are operated by Nederlandse Spoorwegen.

Willem II Vrouwen was the women's football section of Willem II football club from Tilburg, the Netherlands. They were founder members of the Eredivisie Vrouwen in 2007. In February 2011 Willem II announced they were withdrawing support for their women's section, for financial reasons.

Koning Willem II Stadion (Dutch pronunciation: [ˌkoːnɪŋ ˌʋɪləm ˈtʋeː ˌstaːdijɔn]) is a multi-purpose stadium in Tilburg, Netherlands, and the home ground of Willem II Tilburg. It is currently used mostly for football matches. The stadium is able to hold 14,700 people, was built in 1995 and renovated in 2000 to add business lodges, a restaurant, conference rooms, business club and a supporters bar to the main building. The new stadium is built on the same spot as the old stadium, the Gemeentelijk Sportpark Tilburg, which had a smaller capacity and fewer facilities. This stadium was demolished in 1992. The current stadium opened in 1995. Tenants Willem II Tilburg have been tenants of the stadium since 1995. The original name was Willem II Stadion, but in 2009 the stadium was renamed Koning ("King") Willem II Stadion, honoring William II of the Netherlands.

Villa Mariënhof is a historic mansion with a garden located along the Bredaseweg in the Dutch city Tilburg. It was built between 1916 and 1918 as the residence of the family of a factory owner, and it was designed by Johan Wilhelm Hanrath. In 1986, it was inherited by Staatsbosbeheer, who first used Villa Mariënhof as an office and later rented it. The house itself, its teahouse, and the garden are rijksmonumenten.

Tilburg railway station is a railway station located in Tilburg in the province of North Brabant, Netherlands. The station was opened on 5 October 1863 and is located on the Breda–Eindhoven railway and Tilburg–Nijmegen railway. The train services are operated by Nederlandse Spoorwegen (NS). North of this train station used to be the large Tilburg Works, where large scale work were carried out on locomotives. Since 2013 these works are carried out northeast of the city in a new industrial area, called Loven-Noord, along the Tilburg–Nijmegen railway.

The Gerardus Majellakerk ("Gerard Majella Church"; also Sint-Gerardus Majellakerk or Trouwlaankerk) is a Roman Catholic church located in southern Tilburg along the Wassenaerlaan. It is dedicated to Gerard Majella, who became a saint in 1904, and has been part of the parish De Goede Herder ("The Good Shepherd") since its inception in 2012.Designed by Joseph Cuypers and his son Pierre Cuypers jr., the church was built at the center of a new neighborhood and was completed in 1923. Originally, it was the parish church of its namesake parish. The consecration took place ten years later. The Gerardus Majellakerk came under the leadership of Capuchin priests in the early 1960s, and it became a place of pilgrimage for Padre Pio in 1988.The brick-built Gerardus Majellakerk has a wooden roof covered with tiles. The church has a floor plan of a basilica with a large nave, flanked by side aisles, and a choir. Since a 1988 renovation, part of the nave is used as a meeting place and a chapel dedicated to Padre Pio. A clergy house, that was built simultaneously with the church, is located next to the church.

The Textile Museum is a museum dedicated to the art of textiles in the city of Tilburg in the Dutch province, North Brabant. The museum was opened in 1958 in a former villa related to the factory, and since 1985 has been based in the former factory of the firm C. Mommers & Co., once one of the largest employers in Tilburg. In 2008, the museum was re-opened after a complete renovation. Apart from the museum itself and its collection of fashion, textile design, fashion, visual arts and industrial heritage, there is a library, archive and the Textile Lab. The Textile Lab is a workshop that allows artists, designers and visitors to engage with the current practices in textile creation (for example, weaving, knitting, or embroidery) In 2017, the Textile Museum won the annual Museumprijs for Museum of the year in the category of Design and Fashion. It 2023, it received its best ever visitor numbers, of 77,602. The museum is governed as part of a larger foundation, the Stichting Mommerskwartier. The foundation also has responsibility for the Stadsmuseum Tilburg and the Regionaal Archief Tilburg

The Fontys School of Fine and Performing Arts (Dutch: Fontys Hogeschool voor de Kunsten - FHK) is a Dutch vocational university of the arts located in Tilburg, part of the Fontys Hogescholen. The School originated from the merging of various educational institutions that had existed in different capacity before being united under the Fontys group. Among the precursors of the School was the Brabants Conservatorium, one of the nine conservatoires in the Netherlands. The earliest predecessors of the School were originally part of the RK Leergangen, a Catholic education institution that settled in Tilburg in 1918 after being originally established in 1912. The various art institutes that form the school came under the Stichting Hoger Onderwijs Zuid-Nederland in 1991, which in 1996 rebranded as Fontys Hogescholen. Since 2005, they have all been located in the same venue in a building known as Kunstkluster ('Art cluster'). Fontys offers various bachelor and master degree programmes in English and in Dutch, across different fields in music, visual arts, dance, theatre and performing arts.

Tilburg (Dutch: [ˈtɪlbʏr(ə)x]) is a city and municipality in the Netherlands, in the southern province of North Brabant. With a population of 222,601 (1 July 2021), it is the second-largest city or municipality in North Brabant after Eindhoven and the seventh-largest in the Netherlands as a whole. Tilburg University is located in Tilburg, as are Avans University of Applied Sciences and Fontys University of Applied Sciences. Tilburg is known for its ten-day-long funfair, held in July each year. The Monday during the funfair is called "Roze Maandag" (Pink Monday) and is primarily LGBT-oriented. There are three railway stations within the municipality: Tilburg, Tilburg Universiteit and Tilburg Reeshof. The 75-hectare (185-acre) "Spoorzone" area around Tilburg Central station, once a Dutch Railways train maintenance yard, has been purchased by the city and is being transformed into an urban zone.
