The Emirates Towers (Arabic: أبراج الإمارات) is a building complex in Dubai that contains the Emirates Office Tower and Jumeirah Emirates Towers Hotel, which are connected by a 9,000 m2 (96,875 sq ft) two-story retail complex known as "The Boulevard". The building is owned by Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The two towers, which rise to 354.6 m (1,163 ft) tall to the tip and 241.4 m (792 ft) high of occupied space, respectively, stand as the 51st tallest buildings in the world and 11th tallest in Dubai. The Emirates Towers complex is located on the Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is a symbol of the city of Dubai. The Emirates Office Tower was constructed by the construction wing of Al Ghurair Investment group and the Emirates Hotel Tower was built by Ssangyong and BESIX subsidiary Six Construct. The hotel has 400 rooms. A curiosity of the design is that the towers have a similar number of floors; the taller office tower actually contains 56 floors above ground, while the hotel tower contains 54 floors. This is because the individual floor heights of the office tower are greater than that of the hotel. The building also contains 17 elevators inside. The Emirates Towers complex is set in over 570,000 m2 (141 acres) of gardens, with lakes, waterfalls and public seating areas. There is parking space for up to 1,500 cars. Emirates Financial Towers is a 27 story twin-tower commercial development located in the Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai’s central financial district. The development, which was completed and handed over in June 2011, consists of office and retail units and the towers are connected on the 16th floor by a glass skybridge, designed as a food and beverage space.Emirates Financial Towers holds the Guinness World Record for the largest automated parking system in the world.The development was a joint venture between ENSHAA PSC and MAG Group.

It was set to open in 2021, but as of December of that year had yet to fully do so. The Government of the United Arab Emirates later opened the museum on 22 February 2022. The choice of the date was officially made because the 22nd of February 2022 is a palindrome date.The goal of this museum is to promote technological development and innovation, especially in the fields of robotics and artificial intelligence (AI).

The building is owned privately by Daro Saifuddin Yaquob, and functions as a 224-room hotel.The building design was inspired by Elizabeth Tower (more commonly known as Big Ben) in London. However, no clock face is present on Al Yaqoub Tower. It also bears a resemblance to The Tower, a building located directly north of it.

The Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) is a special economic zone in Dubai covering 110 ha (272 acres), established in 2004 as a financial hub for companies operating throughout the Middle East, Africa and South Asia (MEASA) markets. HHHR Tower, also known as the Blue Tower, is a supertall skyscraper on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The construction of the 72-floor, 317-metre (1,040 ft) building started in 2006 and was completed in 2010. Designed by architect Al Hashemi, the building is primarily residential, with some commercial uses.When completed in 2010, HHHR Tower was the second-tallest residential building in the world, surpassed only by Q1 in Australia, which stands 323 m (1,060 ft) tall. As of 2022, HHHR Tower is the 16th-tallest residential building in the world and the sixth-tallest residential building in Dubai. The tower comprises 454 residential apartments.The building was built by a joint venture between Al Ahmadiah Contracting and Trading Co., from the UAE and Hip Hing Construction Co. Ltd. from Hong Kong. Another hallmark project by this team is the Masdar City in Abu Dhabi.
