The Bay of St. Louis (St. Louis Bay; French: Baie Saint-Louis) is a shallow-water, partially enclosed estuary of the northeast Gulf of Mexico along the southwestern coast of Mississippi. The estuary receives freshwater input from one blackwater, or swamp-land, the Jourdan River on the west and the Wolf River on the east and some smaller streams (Bayou Portage); these are mixed in the bay with salt water from Mississippi Sound and the Mississippi Bight. The waters are comparatively well mixed, with an average salinity of less than 20.The Bay of St. Louis is classified as an "impaired" waterway by the United States Environmental Protection Agency due to high fecal coliform levels in the waters from urban development on the bay and surrounding waters.

The Alice Moseley Folk Art and Antique Museum is a museum in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. The museum is dedicated to increasing understanding of the folk artist and painter Alice Moseley. The museum was opened in the Blue House, the place of Moseley's last residence, by Moseley's son Tim shortly after her death. The museum moved to the historic Bay St. Louis Railroad Depot, across the street from the Blue House, and was re-opened in March 2013. Admission to the museum is free.

Bay St. Louis station is a closed Amtrak intercity train station in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, which served the Sunset Limited. The Bay St. Louis station consists of two small platforms with indoor/outdoor shelters near the former Louisville & Nashville Railroad Depot, which was built in 1929, but is closed to the public. Former Louisville & Nashville services which utilized their station included the Pan-American, Gulf Wind, and Humming Bird. Into the latter 1960s the Southern Railway's Crescent and Piedmont Limited also used this station. Amtrak service began with the Gulf Coast Limited, which operated between 1984 and 1985 and called at the station. The stop was reactivated on March 31, 1993 in service on the Sunset Limited. Damage to the rail line resulting from Hurricane Katrina in 2005 caused Amtrak to suspend service east of New Orleans, including at Bay St. Louis. In anticipation of restored service, Amtrak began construction of a new Americans With Disabilities Act-compliant platform in 2022.
