Ayala Center

Greenbelt is a shopping mall located at Ayala Center, Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines, near Glorietta. It is owned by Ayala Malls, a real-estate subsidiary of Ayala Land, which is an affiliate of Ayala Corporation. It opened in 1988 and is one of the Ayala Corporation's flagship projects. The mall offers a mix of high-end retail shops, restaurants, amenities, leisure and entertainment. Currently, the mall has five sections: two enclosed areas, two buildings with open-air shopping areas, and Greenbelt 5, which was opened in 2007.

The Ayala Museum is a museum in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is run privately by the Ayala Foundation and houses archaeological, ethnographic, historical, fine arts, numismatics, and ecclesiastical exhibits. Since its establishment in 1967, the museum has been committed to showcasing overseas collections and situating contemporary Philippine art in the global arena in a two-way highway of mutual cooperation and exchange with local and international associates. The museum was reopened on December 4, 2021, after a two-year renovation.

The 2007 Glorietta explosion occurred in the Glorietta 2 section of the Glorietta shopping complex at Ayala Center in Makati, Metropolitan Manila, in the Philippines, on October 19, 2007, at around 1:25 PM PST. Initial reports indicated that the explosion originated from an LPG tank explosion in a restaurant in the mall. However, authorities were unable to confirm the true nature or source of the explosion. The blast killed eleven people and injured more than a hundred.

The budget for Phase 1 of the project is ₱20 billion and this phase includes the construction of hotels, offices, and residential development which includes Holiday Inn & Suites Makati.The hotel has 6 room types: Deluxe, Premier, Executive Club, Corner Suite, Executive Suite, and the Makati Suite. In 2016, the hotel converted its smoking floor into non-smoking which makes all its guest rooms 100% smoke-free.

It is the first of three buildings being constructed as part of The Residences at Greenbelt (TRAG) complex, and is the basis of the now being constructed The Residences at Greenbelt - Manila Tower. It is expected to be one of the tallest skyscraper in the Philippines with a height of 170.75 metres from the ground to its architectural top.The building has 48 floors above ground, which includes a 4-level podium with commercial establishments, and 3 basement levels for parking. It is considered to be one of the most prestigious residential building in the Philippines.

L. V. Locsin Building is an 19-storey office building at 6752 Ayala Avenue. Named after its designer, National Artist for Architecture Leandro Locsin, and completed in 1985, it is notable for its Brutalist architectural style and the architect's signature of floating volumes. With an estimated height of 74.8 m (245 ft), the building is the first in the Philippines to have no corner columns, evident in the corners of the building where the main emergency staircase is located, highly visible at night with the lights switched on.

The Shang Grand Tower, also known as simply the Shang Tower, is a high-end residential condominium skyscraper located in Makati, Philippines. It was developed by Shang Properties, Inc. The 46-storey building was opened in 2006 and rises to 180 metres (630 feet) from the ground to its architectural top. It is currently the 10th-tallest complete building in Makati, and is the 19th-tallest building in the country and Metro Manila as well. The 250-unit condominium was the first self-funded residential condominium of Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts’ Kuok Group in the country, and all units were sold-out as of 2006.

It is the second of three buildings being constructed as part of The Residences at Greenbelt (TRAG) complex, and is the highest of the three. It is the 11th-tallest building in the country and Metro Manila as well with a height of 204.5 metres from the ground to its architectural spire.The building has 57 floors above ground, which includes a 4-level podium with commercial establishments, and 3 basement levels for parking. It is considered to be one of the most prestigious residential building in the Philippines.

Makati Shangri-La, Manila was a hotel located in Makati and one of the three hotels managed by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts in Metro Manila, Philippines. Opening on April 27, 1993, the hotel had 696 rooms and suites at the time of its temporary closure in 2021. While the hotel has been closed, its two-level Shangri-La Retail Arcade, which hosts retail and office spaces at the ground and second levels, remains open.

Makati Tuscany is a 27-storey residential building in Ayala Avenue, in Makati beside Discovery Primea. It has a height of 95 m (311.68 ft). It was completed in 1976.
