The Mercer Hotel

Sartiano's is an Italian-American restaurant with locations in SoHo New York, and within Wynn Las Vegas on the Las Vegas Strip. The New York location opened in 2023 and is located within the Mercer Hotel. The Las Vegas location, titled as "Sartiano's Italian Steakhouse", opened in Wynn in March 2026, adjacent to Zero Bond.

Fanelli Cafe is a historic New York City restaurant and bar considered the city's second-oldest food-and-drink establishment in the same locale, having operated under various owners at 94 Prince Street since 1847. It served as a gathering place for artists during the transition of Manhattan's SoHo neighborhood from a manufacturing area to an arts community.

The Scholastic Building is the 10-story headquarters of the Scholastic Corporation, located on Broadway between Prince and Spring Streets in the SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan, New York City. Built in 2001, it was the first new building to be constructed in the SoHo-Cast Iron Historic District, replacing a one-story garage built in 1954. It is the only building in New York ever to be designed by Italian architect, Aldo Rossi. Originally conceived of in his New York office, it was completed and refined by disciple of his, Morris Adjmi. It is respectful of the neighboring buildings and pays homage to the district's cast iron architectural identity. The cast iron architecture that defines this neighborhood straddles between the classical and industrial periods of New York's past. According to historian William Higgins, "the building’s columnar Broadway façade, in steel, terra-cotta, and stone, echoes the scale and the formal, Classical character of its commercial neighbors. The rear façade, on Mercer Street, extracts a gritty essence from its more utilitarian surroundings of plain cast iron and weathered masonry." The Scholastic Building was designed and assembled using a "kit of parts" methodology, which is similar to a time when the facades of SoHo's cast-iron buildings were built by ordering the building elements and ornaments in parts from a catalog, having them cast off-site in foundries, and assembled on site.

155 Mercer Street is a former firemen's hall, now commercial building, located on Mercer Street, in the SoHo neighborhood of New York City. Built in 1855 the building featured an ornate façade designed by Field & Correja which was largely removed over a series of changes between 1893 and the mid-1970's, with the last fire company leaving the building in 1974. The Dia Art Foundation acquired the building, opening the Masjid al-Farah Sufi mosque within it in 1980. They also installing Dan Flavin artworks in 1982. The mosque closed in 1985 with Dia turning the building into rehearsal and performance space largely for contemporary dance the same year. In 1996, while dealing with financial troubles, Dia sold the building to the Joyce Theatre Foundation who continued to run it as a rehearsal and performance space for contemporary dance. Joyce sold the building in 2012 after which it was renovated to echo it's original design. 155 Mercer has since been used as a commercial property with a prominent storefront.

The Guggenheim Museum SoHo was a branch of the Guggenheim Museum designed by Arata Isozaki that was located at the corner of Broadway and Prince Street in SoHo, Manhattan, New York City. The museum opened in 1992 and closed in 2001 after hosting exhibits that included Marc Chagall and the Jewish Theater, Paul Klee at the Guggenheim Museum, Robert Rauschenberg: A Retrospective, and Andy Warhol: The Last Supper, which served as a key part of the museum's permanent collection. The closing was initially hoped to be temporary, but the museum closed permanently in 2002.Initial attendance was forecast to be 250,000 visitors a year, but the museum drew between 125,000 and 200,000 its first year, and attendance did not increase in subsequent years. The museum restructured in 1999 to shrink its exhibition space from 27,000 to 20,000 square feet to reduce its operating costs.

Prince Street is a historic street in SoHo, Manhattan, known for its historic architecture and high-end boutiques. Prince Street runs approximately 0.6 miles (0.97 km) from Sixth Avenue to the Bowery, crossing Broadway. The street has been the location of historical landmarks, such as St. Patrick's Cathedral in the 1850s. 203 Prince Street is a historic townhouse built in 1834 that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Prince Street Pizza is highly popular pizzeria famous for its Sicilian "SoHo" squares and pepperoni slices.

The Prince Street station is a local station on the BMT Broadway Line of the New York City Subway. Located in SoHo, Manhattan, it is served by the R train at all times except late nights, the W train on weekdays, the N train during late nights and weekends, and the Q train during late nights. The station opened in 1917, had its platforms extended in the late 1960s, and was renovated in the late 1970s and in 2001.

The Real World (retrospectively referred to as The Real World: New York, to distinguish it from subsequent installments of the series) is the first season of MTV's reality television series The Real World, which focuses on a group of diverse strangers living together for several months as cameras follow their lives and interpersonal relationships. It was created by producers Mary-Ellis Bunim and Jonathan Murray. The cast consisted of seven people, ranging in age from 19 to 26, most of whom were already living in New York City when the series taped. The cast was filmed living in a SoHo loft from February 16 to May 18, 1992, and the series premiered May 21 that year. This is the first of three seasons to be filmed in New York City. In 2001, the show returned to the city in its tenth season, and again in 2008 for its twenty-first season, set in the borough of Brooklyn. In 2021, the original cast reunited for The Real World Homecoming: New York.As the first season of one of the first series in what is now considered the reality television genre, The Real World: New York is sometimes credited with pioneering some of the conventions of the genre, including bringing together a group of participants who had not previously met, and the use of "confessional" interviews with participants to double as the show's narration (though in the first season, the confessional interviews were sparse and were not taped in a separate, private room, as would become common later). Some, however, have credited an earlier series, the 1991 Dutch TV show Nummer 28, for these innovations.

Ross Global Academy Charter School, Ross Global, or RGA, was a public charter school located in Lower Manhattan. It opened in September 2006 with more than 160 students and its enrollment eventually grew to 400. It was closed in 2011 by New York City and state officials for various reasons, including poor performance.The school was developed in collaboration with New York University's Steinhardt School and Ross School in East Hampton, which follows a spiral curriculum designed by William Thompson and Ralph Abraham. The school was initially slated to be housed in the same building as the NEST+m school, in the Lower East Side, a controversial decision which was eventually revised.In its inception, the school was housed within the New York City Department of Education's headquarters, the Tweed Courthouse at 52 Chambers Street. The school began its 2006–2007 school year at full enrollment on September 4, 2006, with students in grades K, 1, 2, 6, and 7. It was a project of the Ross School in East Hampton. RGA was founded by Courtney Sale Ross, who is a philanthropist and the widow of Steve Ross, the former CEO of Time-Warner.By 2009, RGA had expanded to serve grades K-8, and had moved to a new building on East 11th Street in the Lower East Side, which it stayed in until it closed in 2011. While the new building was beautifully designed, educational and behavioral issues were not up to standards. RGA asserted that the closure was due to a conflict of interest with the leadership of Girls Prep who were slated to occupy the building.

The Gallery was a disco in SoHo, Manhattan which was opened in February 1972 by disc jockey Nicky Siano and his older brother Joe Siano. The first location of The Gallery, located on 132 West 22nd Street, closed in July 1974. It reopened in November 1974 at 172 Mercer and Houston Streets and closed in October 1977. Famed DJs Larry Levan and Frankie Knuckles both worked at the club, but not at the DJ booth. Grace Jones and Loleatta Holloway both made their debut performances at The Gallery.

Staley-Wise Gallery is a fine art photography gallery located in New York City, focusing on fashion photography, as well as portraiture, landscape, still life and nudes. The gallery was founded in 1981 by Etheleen Staley and Taki Wise.
