Tiller Upper Secondary School

City Syd is one of the largest shopping centres in Norway, and the largest in Midt-Norge, with a turnover of NOK 1.7 billion in 2004. It is located in Tiller, in the Heimdal area of Trondheim. City Syd opened in 1987 and was remodeled and expanded in 2000. It is now 38,000 m2 and has 72 stores on three floors. It is owned by the Trondheim Cooperative, Trondos and Storebrand.

Tiller or Tillerbyen is a neighborhood in the borough of Heimdal in the city of Trondheim, Norway. It is located in the southwestern part of Trondheim Municipality in Trøndelag county. Tiller Church is located in the neighborhood. The European route E6 highway passes through Tiller from north to south, connecting Trondheim with Melhus. The highway was rebuilt as a four-lane motorway from 2011-2019. Tiller has large commercial areas including shopping centers and around 300 businesses, especially in Tillerbyen. Among the shopping centers in this area, City Syd is the best known. Tiller IL is the sports club based in Tiller.

Trondheim Heliport, Rosten (ICAO: ENRT; Norwegian: Trondheim helikopterplass, Rosten) is a heliport situated in Vestre Rosten in the Tiller neighborhood of Trondheim Norway. Used exclusively for air ambulance missions, it serves as a base for a Eurocopter EC-135P2+ operated by Norsk Luftambulanse (NLA) on contract with the National Air Ambulance Service. The original heliport was situated at Brøset Hospital and opened in 1988. The base moved to Vestre Rosten in the mid 1990s.

Heimdal Station (Norwegian: Heimdal stasjon) is a railway station located in Heimdal in Trondheim, Norway. Located 12 km south of Trondheim Central Station on the Dovre Line, it is served by express trains between Trondheim and Oslo Central Station as well as the regional train services Trøndelag Commuter Rail and Nabotåget, all operated by SJ Norge. The station is staffed.

Tiller Church (Norwegian: Tiller kirke) is a parish church of the Church of Norway in Trondheim municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. It is located in the Tiller area in the city of Trondheim. It is the church for the Tiller parish which is part of the Heimdal og Byåsen prosti (deanery) in the Diocese of Nidaros. The white, wooden church was built in a long church style in 1901 by the architect Johan Kunig. The church seats about 200 people.

Heimdal is a borough in the city of Trondheim in the municipality of Trondheim in Trøndelag county, Norway. It covers the western and southwestern parts of the municipality. The village area that is also called Heimdal is located in the southeastern part of the borough, near Heimdal Church. This area around the Heimdal Rail Station was until 1964 the center of two separate local municipalities: Tiller and Leinstrand. The western part of Heimdal borough consists of the rural areas of Byneset, also a separate municipality until 1964. Tillerbyen, the eastern part of Heimdal, is a recent development, planned to ease the pressure on central Trondheim from the commercial boom in the city.

Heimdal Upper Secondary School (Norwegian: Heimdal videregående skole) is one of the largest upper secondary schools in the county of Trøndelag, Norway. It is located about 10 km (6 mi) south of the city centre of Trondheim. The school has approximately 700 students, 140 employees and the current headmaster is Ivar M. Husby.

Heimdal Church (Norwegian: Heimdal kirke) is a parish church of the Church of Norway in Trondheim municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. It is located in the village of Heimdal, about 1.5 kilometres (0.93 mi) south of Kolstad Church. It is the church for the Heimdal parish which is part of the Heimdal og Byåsen prosti (deanery) in the Diocese of Nidaros. The modern, white, concrete church was built in a rectangular design in 1960 using plans drawn up by the architect Herman Semmelmann. The church seats about 180 people.

Bratsberg Power Station (Bratsberg kraftverk) is a hydroelectric power station located in Trondheim in Sør-Trøndelag County, Norway, owned by Statkraft. It operates at an installed capacity of 124 MW, with an average annual production of 650 GWh. The power plant is fed from the Selbusjøen reservoir, connected with a 12 km long tunnel, offering a gross head of 147 m. The power plant has two Francis turbines.

National Road 706 (Norwegian: Riksvei 706) is a road running through Trondheim, Norway. It runs from the E6 at Sluppen, runs along Osloveien and then the Marienborg Tunnel to Ilsvika, then runs through Nordre avlastningsvei, including the Ilsvika Tunnel and the Skansen Tunnel, across Nidelv Bridge before following Haakon VII's gate until reaching the E6 at Rotvoll.

Selsbakk Station is a railway station at Selsbakk in Trondheim, Norway on the Dovre Line. The station is located 6.4 kilometers south of Trondheim S and is served by local trains to Røros. The station was opened 1890 as part of Trondhjem–Støren Line, but moved somewhat in 1919 when it got a new station building when the line was converted to standard gauge and became part of the Dovre Line.

It is located in the Kolstad area of the city of Trondheim, about 1.5 kilometres (0.93 mi) from the nearby Heimdal Church. It is the church for the Kolstad parish which is part of the Heimdal og Byåsen prosti (deanery) in the Diocese of Nidaros. The modern, concrete church was built in a rectangular design in 1986 using plans drawn up by the architect Nils Henrik Eggen. The church seats about 460 people.
