The Chaddsford 2017 Cabernet Franc was selected as a finalist in the 2019 PA Sommelier Judgement Day awards. Under current winemaker Gabriel Rubilar, Chaddsford 2020 Sparkling Sémillon was recognized as the Best Sparkling wine in the state of PA at the 2022 PA Sommelier Judgement Day awards.The winery is known for producing approachable, food-friendly wines and sharing them in a casual, fun environment. The Barns-Brinton House is an historic brick house located between Hamorton and Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania in Pennsbury Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. It was constructed in 1714 by William Barns, who operated it as a tavern from 1722 until his death in 1731. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1971.

Brinton-King Farmstead, also known as the Joseph Brinton Farmstead, is a historic home located in Pennsbury Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. It is a 2+1⁄2-story, stuccoed stone Pennsylvania farmhouse built in five stages. The earliest stages dates to about 1780 and 1795. Later modifications occurred by 1838, in about 1889 with its remodeling to the Queen Anne style, then about 1910. It features a wraparound porch with turned supports, spindlework, and round brackets. The house was adapted for use as a restaurant in 1948. Also on the property is a contributing 2+1⁄2-story, stone and frame bank barn with a gable roof.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.

William Harvey House is a historic home located in Pennsbury Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. The original house was built c. 1715, and is a 2+1⁄2- to 3+1⁄2-story, stone banked dwelling. It is the earliest of the five Harvey family homes in Pennsbury Township.William Harvey, a maker of malt, immigrated from Lye, Worcestershire, England prior to 1715. He purchased 300 acres of land in 1715. He died in 1754, leaving the house to his son, William Harvey. That son owned the house when it was in the line of fire during the Battle of Brandywine in 1777. A local legend holds that he refused to leave his home until a 12-pound cannonball came through the kitchen wall, however, a later register of damages from the British occupation shows a loss of farm animals, hay, and oats, but no claim for household goods.Descriptions of the property from the will of the grandson of the original William Harvey show that no structural changes were made to the house between 1821 and a remodel sometime after 1926. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1971.

It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973 and converted to a Bed and Breakfast in 1999.

Fairville, Pennsylvania is an unincorporated area in southern Chester County which developed in the early nineteenth century about a mile north of the Pennsylvania-Delaware border. It is a linear village along the Kennett Pike (Pennsylvania Route 52) that runs between Kennett Square, Pennsylvania and Wilmington, Delaware. Businesses along the road served both travelers on the road and residents of nearby farms. The village or hamlet extends about 500 yards along both sides of Kennett Pike from Fairville Road to Hickory Hills Road.About 1900 Phillip DuPont built a mansion just south of Fairville Road. It is included in the defined Fairville Historic District, which was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1996. The Harlan Log House, which was built about 1715, is about a half mile west of the village on Fairville Road.
