Upper American Fork Hydroelectric Power Plant Historic District

American Fork Canyon is a canyon in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, United States. The canyon is famous for the Timpanogos Cave National Monument, which resides on its south side. It is named after the American Fork River, which runs through the bottom of the canyon. The area is accessed by State Route 92, through what is officially called the "Alpine Loop Scenic Byway." Visitors entering American Fork Canyon from the west can follow SR-92 up the canyon to the summit of the Alpine Loop, down the east side of Mount Timpanogos, past Sundance Ski Resort and then out into Provo Canyon to the south. Spurs off SR-92 take visitors to Tibble Fork Reservoir and Cascade Springs. A well-maintained gravel road continues east from Cascade Springs to Midway. This area is home to many hiking, biking, and equestrian trails with several established campgrounds. Tibble Fork Reservoir and Silver Lake Flats Reservoir are popular camping and fishing spots in the summer as well as offering excellent snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and backcountry skiing during the winter months.

Timpanogos Cave National Monument is a United States National Monument protecting the Timpanogos Cave Historic District and a cave system on Mount Timpanogos in American Fork Canyon in the Wasatch Range, near Highland, Utah, in the United States. The site is managed by the National Park Service. The 1.5-mile (2.4 km) long trail to the cave entrance gains 1,092 feet (333 m) height, but it is paved and fairly wide making it accessible for most people. The three caves of the system, one of which is specifically called Timpanogos Cave, are only viewable on guided tours when the monument is open, usually from May through September depending on snow conditions and funding. There is the standard tour going through the cave system, and an Introduction to Caving tour which teaches Leave No Trace caving and goes further into Hansen Cave.

Petersen Arboretum is an arboretum located in Petersen Park, Alpine, Utah, United States. It was established prior to 2003, when 150 additional trees were planted. Its collection has about 50 types of trees, including Big Tooth and Amur Maples, Tri-colored Oaks, and the Dawn Redwoods. The arboretum is located at Ridge Drive and 100 East.

The Edward Wadley House at 2445 N. Canyon Rd. in Pleasant Grove, Utah was built in 1893. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.It was built of soft rock.

The Moyle House and Indian Tower is a historic residence and watchtower in Alpine, Utah, United States, that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Alpine is a city on the northeastern edge of Utah County, Utah, United States. The population was 10,251 at the time of the 2020 census. Alpine has been one of the many quickly-growing cities of Utah since the 1970s, especially in the 1990s. This city is thirty-two miles southeast of Salt Lake City. It is located on the slopes of the Wasatch Range north of Highland and American Fork. The west side of the city runs above the Wasatch Fault.

The Alpine City Hall, located at North Main Street in Alpine, Utah, United States, was built in 1936.

The Alpine LDS Church Meetinghouse at 50 N. Main in Alpine, Utah was constructed during the period from 1857 to 1863. It includes Greek Revival architecture and was built by Thomas J. McCullough and others. It has also been known as Alpine Pioneer Relic Hall. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990. It was finished during 1863 and was dedicated later in 1863 by Brigham Young.

Lone Peak High School (LPHS) is a public high school in Highland, Utah, United States. Part of the Alpine School District, in northern Utah County, it was built in 1997 to serve students in the cities of Alpine, Highland, and Cedar Hills. Lone Peak High School was given athletic 5A status beginning at the 2005-2006 school year. However, it has since been given a 6A status. The school mascot is a knight.

The Neils Peter Larsen House, at 1146 N. One Hundred E. Pleasant Grove, Utah, was built in 1870. It is a soft rock house built to replace use of a dugout. Neils Peter Larsen had homesteaded a farm in 1862. The dugout and house served one of Larsen's three polygamous wives and a family; the other two wives and one family lived about a mile away.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987.
