Elizabeth Quay Bus Station, formerly the Esplanade Busport, is a Transperth bus station, located at the southern edge of the Perth CBD in Western Australia, next to the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre and Elizabeth Quay railway station. It has 35 stands and is served by 55 Transperth routes operated by Path Transit, Swan Transit and Transdev WA. It is also served by South West Coach Lines services.

Elizabeth Quay railway station, formerly known as Esplanade station, serves the southern end of Perth's central business district including Elizabeth Quay and the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. It is part of the Transperth network.

The Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre is a privately owned convention centre located in Perth, Western Australia.

The Allan Green Conservatory was a pyramid shaped botanical display facility on the Esplanade Reserve in Perth, Western Australia.It was built in 1979 as part of the state's 150th anniversary celebrations and was designed to provide a public display of exotic tropical plants and rare palms not normally seen in Perth. It included internal elevated pathways. It was named after William Allan McInnes Green, town clerk and chief executive officer of the City of Perth for many years.Patronage to the conservatory declined from about 1996, and in 2006 the City of Perth closed the facility while considering redeveloping the facility for café/restaurant use. After investigating its commercial options, the City decided to close the facility indefinitely in light of the State Government's planned developments on the Esplanade Reserve. The conservatory was demolished in June 2012 as part of the Elizabeth Quay project, in which it and other heritage elements are proposed to be memorialised by signage.

Print Hall is a four level bar/restaurant at Brookfield Place in Perth, Western Australia. Opened in 2012, and housed in the former headquarters of Perth's daily newspaper, The West Australian, it has been described by The New York Times in 2014 as "... one of the city's most celebrated new restaurants, ... featuring soaring ceilings and a bright white atrium." The establishment features Print Hall Bar, Print Hall Dining Room, The Apple Daily Bar and Eating House, Bob's Bar and Small Print Baker and Roastery.

Brookfield Place is a skyscraper within the Brookfield Place office complex in Perth, Western Australia. It is currently the second tallest building in Western Australia. Located at 125 St Georges Terrace, the major tenant is BHP. Construction commenced in April 2008 and was completed in 2012. The project is estimated to have cost around A$500 million. Other tenants include PwC, Allianz, Barrick Gold, Navitas and Servcorp. Developers Brookfield lodged a development application for the second stage of Brookfield Place in July 2011, for a 30,000 m2 (320,000 sq ft) 16-storey office tower to be situated to the south of the main tower fronting Mounts Bay Road. Tower 2 was completed in 2015, with major tenants including Multiplex, Westpac, Wesfarmers, Ashurst, Corrs Chambers Westgarth and Deloitte. Retail tenants in the Brookfield Place complex include Montblanc and Daniel Hechter.

Capitol Theatre was a George Temple-Poole designed theatre and cinema located at 10 William Street Perth. The theatre was officially opened on 4 May 1929 by the Mayor of Perth, James T. Franklin. The opening night included a screening of Gene Stratton-Porter's Freckles and performances by the Capitol Theatre orchestra, Leah Miller's Beauty Ballet and a vaudeville act by Syd Roy's Lyricals. The theatre featured a 40 ft by 20 ft illuminated sign above its roof on the William Street facade, art nouveau stencil work in the lounge foyer and the upper crush area, a bust of the late Rudolph Valentino in the foyer and a 16 ft by 12 ft chandelier, containing 300 lights. Reportedly the lips on Valentino's bust were constantly red with the adoring kisses of his Perth fans. The bust is currently part of the WA Performing Arts Museum collection at His Majesty's Theatre. In the 1930s it was a popular cinema destination. In the 1940s and 1950s the theatre was regularly used for formal functions relating to the state of Western Australia, and the city.Lonnie Donegan, the UK King of Skiffle opened his first tour of Australia on 28 and 29 October 1960 at this theatre. On the bill were also Miki and Griff a UK country duo. Entrepreneur and later Lord Mayor, Thomas Wardle bought the theatre in 1966, as a theatre and Bob Dylan performed in it on his first visit to Perth in that year. Wardle sold it in 1968 and it was demolished soon after to make way for an office building. The chandelier from the theatre now hangs in Melbourne's Princess Theatre. Similar to the nearby Esplanade Hotel and Barracks Arch, the Capitol Theatre was demolished prior to the city or state of Western Australia having any effective heritage legislation—demolition of significant historical structures was carried out with little regard to the city's heritage.

Embassy Ballroom was a dance hall on the corner of William Street and The Esplanade in Perth, Western Australia that operated between 1928 and 1982.

The Elizabeth Quay Jetty is located at the western side of Elizabeth Quay inlet on the Swan River in Perth, Western Australia.

The 1910 Perth Technical School building is located at 137 St Georges Terrace, Perth, Western Australia, adjacent to the Old Perth Boys School building, which had served as part of the school's former temporary premises since opening of classes there on 16 May 1900.: 3 A restrained and incomplete example of the Federation Free Medieval architectural style, designed by government architect Hillson Beasley, this is one of the few examples of the style surviving in central Perth.

The Esplanade Hotel was a hotel on The Esplanade across from Esplanade Reserve in Perth, Western Australia. Its demolition in 1972 was controversial because of the building's beauty and popularity.Its early history appears in James Sykes Battye's 1912 Cyclopedia of Western Australia. Various proprietors owned the property over time, including N. W. Harper, who sold it in 1927 to J. Paxton, whose daughter Elsie May Plowman became sole licensee in 1957.It was located opposite the Perth Bowling Club on the Esplanade Reserve.The hotel was one of nine in the Perth area to have orders to remove its verandahs in 1962 but its owner Elsie May Plowman responded with a successful court action against the Perth City Council regulation.

Elizabeth Quay is a mixed-use development project in the Perth central business district. Encompassing an area located on the north shore of Perth Water near the landmark Swan Bells, the precinct was named in honour of Queen Elizabeth II during her Diamond Jubilee. The project includes construction of an artificial inlet on what was previously the Esplanade Reserve, and modifications to the surrounding environs including Barrack Square, with the project opening nine sites for potential development. Completed facilities were initially projected to include 1,700 residential apartments, 150,000 square metres (1.6 million square feet) of office space and 39,000 square metres (0.42 million square feet) of retail space. Planning Minister John Day and Premier Colin Barnett turned the first ground at the Esplanade Reserve on 26 April 2012, and Barnett announced the name "Elizabeth Quay" on 28 May 2012. Construction of the inlet and associated infrastructure were completed in January 2016, ahead of the Perth International Arts Festival and Fringe World. The quay was officially opened on 29 January 2016. Construction of the associated buildings will be completed at varying times thereafter, with the first – The Ritz Carlton Hotel and an adjacent residential tower – opening on 15 November 2019.
