Johnson House in Franklin, Tennessee, along with the James Scales House, another Williamson County house, are notable as late 19th century central passage plan residences that "display period decoration at eaves and porch.": 43  It has been described as I-house architecture.The 1.5-acre (0.61 ha) property, including two contributing buildings and two contributing structures, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.Dates of historic significance for the property include c.1820, c.1840, and c.1875.

A 1988 study of historic resources in Williamson County identified the Herbert house as one of the "best examples", along with the Beasley-Parham House, of double pen dogtrot houses in the county: "Both houses were built with two log pens joined by an open breezeway or dogtrot and each pen has an exterior chimney. Both residences had the breezeways enclosed with weatherboard siding by the end of the 19th century. The original form and plan of the double pen dogtrot style is evident in both residences."It was built, remodelled, or has other significance in c.1830 and c.1910. It includes double pen and Dogtrot architecture. When listed the property included three contributing buildings on an area of 5.5 acres (2.2 ha).The property is denoted as Williamson County historic resource WM-152.

The Little Harpeth River is a 16.3-mile-long (26.2 km) tributary of the Harpeth River in Tennessee, just south of Nashville. Via the Harpeth, Cumberland, and Ohio rivers, it is part of the Mississippi River watershed. The Little Harpeth rises in Williamson County, Tennessee near the community of Clovercroft. From there it flows north-northwest, entering and largely draining the Nashville suburb of Brentwood, where it crosses the golf course belonging to the local country club. The Brentwood area marks where the stream begins a largely west-northwest course. Crossing into Davidson County, it passes Edwin Warner Park, one of the largest municipal parks in the Southern United States, and provides a lovely setting for some of the picnic areas. From there, it flows into the main Harpeth River (colloquially called the "Big Harpeth") near the Bellevue area of Nashville. Its major tributaries are Beech Creek and Otter Creek, which is impounded several miles above its confluence with the Little Harpeth to form Radnor Lake, the focal point of Radnor Lake State Natural Area.

The John Crafton House (also known as Ralroth Farm) is a historic property in Franklin, Tennessee, United States, that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on April 13, 1988. It was built, remodeled, or has other significance in about 1813 and c. 1830. It includes Hall-parlor plan and other architecture. When listed the property included one contributing building, one contributing structure and one non-contributing structure on an area of 2.8 acres (1.1 ha).It is a one-story a one-story, brick house was built in two stages. The original section was built c.1813 and includes its original nine panel door, with a main facade built in Flemish bond and side facades laid in five- and seven-course common bond.The property was covered in a 1988 study of Williamson County historical resources.

The Joseph Wilson House was a property in Franklin, Tennessee built in c.1861. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988. The house was destroyed by fire on August 30, 2016, and was subsequently removed from the National Register.

The bank that it once housed was opened in 1906 and operated until October 1932, when it was forced to close during the Great Depression.Sherwood G. Jenkins (1843-1915) was a promoter of the Bank of Nolensville and was president at his death in 1915.

Fred J. Page High School (commonly referred to as Page High or PHS) is a public high school in Franklin, Tennessee, United States. The school serves the eastern section of Williamson County for students in grades 9–12. The school is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and bears the name of former Williamson County Schools Superintendent Frederick Jackson Page.

Rudderville is an unincorporated community near Franklin in Williamson County, Tennessee. It is the location of Fred J. Page High School.

The Bostick Female Academy, also known as Triune School, is a property in Triune, Tennessee that was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. At one time Triune had five private schools, including a Porter Female Academy that was destroyed in 1863 in the American Civil War. On the board of the Porter Female Academy was a Dr. Jonathan Bostick, a planter who later bequeathed funds to establish a female academy in Tennessee. This was to replace the Porter Academy. Following delays due to litigation of Bostick's will, the Bostick Female Academy was built and opened in 1892.The school building was designed in a Late Victorian style of architecture. The listing was for an area of 2 acres (0.81 ha) with just one contributing building.The building is an L-shaped building built in c.1892.The building operated as a private school until about 1900, then as a public school until 1957. Since then it has been used as a private home.
