Burrs Mill Brook is a 7.9-mile-long (12.7 km) tributary of Friendship Creek in southern New Jersey in the United States.

Sooy Place (pronounced so-ee) is an unincorporated community located within Tabernacle Township in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The settlement is located in a rural part of the township centered on the intersection of Sooy Place Road and Powell Place Road. The area is a mix of forestland, some properties with single-family residences, and two horse farms. Per a historical marker present at the intersection, the settlement was also home to Pine Tavern, a travelers' stop for those traveling to Speedwell Furnace near Chatsworth.

Burlington County is a county in the South Jersey region of the U.S. state of New Jersey. The county is the largest by land area in New Jersey and ranks second behind neighboring Ocean County in total area. Its county seat is Mount Holly. As of the 2020 census, the county was the state's 11th-most-populous county, with a population of 461,860, its highest decennial count ever and an increase of 13,126 (+2.9%) from the 448,734 recorded at the 2010 census, which in turn had reflected an increase of 25,340 (6.0%) from the 423,394 enumerated at the 2000 census. The most populous place in the county was Evesham Township with 46,826 residents as of the 2020 census. Washington Township covered 102.71 square miles (266.0 km2), the largest area of any municipality in the county. The county is part of the South Jersey region of the state. Burlington County is located east of the Delaware River and borders Philadelphia, the nation's sixth-largest city. It is part of the Philadelphia-Camden-Vineland, PA-NJ-DE-MD combined statistical area, also known as the Delaware Valley. However, the county stretches across the state, and its southeast corner reaches tidal estuaries leading to New Jersey's Great Bay, which separates the county from the Atlantic Ocean.

Ong's Hat (also Ong) is a ghost town in Pemberton Township, Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. It is located on Magnolia Road (County Route 644) west of the Four Mile Circle, where New Jersey Route 72 intersects with New Jersey Route 70. It is the northern terminus of the Batona Trail. Although it was never more than one hut ("Ong's Hut") it still appeared on some maps as of 2006. A road in the area is named Ong's Hat Road. It is also called the Buddtown-Ong's Hat Road. It was completed in 1929, replacing an earlier dirt path.

Friendship Creek is a 9.4-mile-long (15.1 km) tributary of the South Branch Rancocas Creek in southern New Jersey in the United States.

Leisuretowne is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) located within Southampton Township, in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2010 United States Census, the CDP's population was 3,582.Leisuretowne is a retirement village, with a standing rule of having prospective residents reach the age of 55 before purchasing a home. Two thirds of the CDPs residents are 65 years of age or older.

DeMastro Vineyards is a winery in the Vincentown section of Southampton in Burlington County, New Jersey. DeMastro has 31 acres of grapes under cultivation, and produces 7,000 cases of wine per year. The winery was incorporated in 1990. The winery's name is an amalgamation of the owners' surnames.

Tabernacle Township is a township in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2020 United States census, the township's population was 6,776, a decrease of 173 (−2.5%) from the 2010 census count of 6,949, which in turn reflected a decline of 221 (−3.1%) from the 7,170 counted in the 2000 census. The township, and all of Burlington County, is a part of the Philadelphia-Reading-Camden combined statistical area and the Delaware Valley.Tabernacle was incorporated as a township by an act of the New Jersey Legislature on March 22, 1901, from portions of Shamong Township, Southampton Township and Woodland Township. Retreat is an unincorporated community and former hamlet located within Southampton Township in Burlington County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. The area consists of some residential houses grouped together along Big Hill Road and Retreat Road. A large cranberry bog exists to the southeast of the community while Leisuretowne retirement community is located southwest of here. Most of the remaining area consists of forestland.The community was originally named New Retreat during the American Revolutionary War by a Continental Army soldier who used the site for a cannonball manufacturing. The site was concealed from the British army who at the time was occupying present-day Mount Holly. Retreat was later home to cotton mills which operated until the 1840s.

The Brendan T. Byrne State Forest (formerly the Lebanon State Forest) is a 37,242 acres (150.71 km2) state forest in the New Jersey Pine Barrens. Its protected acreage is split between Burlington and Ocean Counties.

Greenwood Branch is a 9.3-mile-long (15.0 km) tributary of the North Branch Rancocas Creek in the southern New Jersey Pine Barrens in the United States.Greenwood Branch, born of the confluence of Mount Misery Brook and Pole Bridge Branch, ends at the North Branch Rancocas Creek just below New Lisbon.
