In 2006 the Frankfurt Consulate General relocated most all of its operations to a single facility - a former hospital, once operated by the U.S military, and before that by the German military during World War II. The refurbished and now modified building is quite large and expansive. The Frankfurt Consular district covers the German states of Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, Baden-Württemberg, and Saarland.

Berkersheim is a quarter of Frankfurt am Main, Germany. It is part of the Ortsbezirk Nord-Ost. Berkersheim had been an independent town until 1910 when it was suburbanised. It is located in the north-eastern part of Frankfurt and borders the districts of Harheim to the north, Frankfurter Berg to the west, Preungesheim and Seckbach to the south and the town of Bad Vilbel to the east.

FRTC Frankfurt (Fire and Rescue Training Centre, Feuerwehr- und Rettungstrainingscenter) is a firefighting training facility at Eckenheim in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. It is notable for having its own standard gauge rail system and mock-Frankfurt U-Bahn underground station. Following two years of construction work, the centre opened in 2013 with an "open house" event for the public on 15 June 2013. As of 2019 the facility had been open for six years, and remained one of the most modern in Germany.The facility additionally offers direct three-year training as a fire fighter.

Bornheim is a quarter of Frankfurt am Main, Germany. It is part of the Ortsbezirk Bornheim/Ostend. In the past, Bornheim was called Das lustige Dorf ("The merry village"), because it was the red-light district of Frankfurt up to some 120 years ago. It still retains some of its lively charm and is said to be the younger crowd's hangout, shared with Sachsenhausen. The main street of Bornheim is Berger Straße, a cosmopolitan boulevard with many bars, pubs and restaurants and two of Frankfurt's most traditional cider houses, Solzer and Zur Sonne. The Holy Cross Church with the Holy Cross - Centre for Christian Meditation and Spirituality of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Limburg, known for its modernist architecture, is located in Bornheim. Two underground lines (U4 and U7) run through Bornheim.

The Holy Cross Church (German: Heilig-Kreuz-Kirche) is a Catholic church in the Bornheim district of Frankfurt am Main (Germany). It is similar in design to the Frauenfriedenskirche (Church of Our Lady of Peace) in Frankfurt-Bockenheim. It was built by Martin Weber from 1928 to 1929, on a rise then known as Bornheimer Hang. The church is an unusual example of interwar modernism as sacred Bauhaus architecture. The church was finally completed on 25 August 1929 and handed to the Catholic congregation of Bornheim. It was damaged in the Second World War, and afterwards rebuilt with money donated for this purpose. It is a branch church of the parish of St. Josef and is part of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Limburg. The diocese dedicated it from 1 August 2007 as the location of a Holy Cross - Centre for Christian Meditation and Spirituality. The centre was directed from August 2007 until July 2018 by the Franciscan Helmut Schlegel OFM, who worked there until June 2019 as a retreat and meditation leader and priestly co-worker. Since November 2018 the centre is directed by the theologian Samuel Stricker, who works with a team of contributors, for example from the order of Medical Mission Sisters.Since the beginning of the restoration of the interior of St. Leonhard in Frankfurt-Altstadt, the services of the local St. Leonhard's International English-Speaking Catholic Parish have been held in the Holy Cross Church since 7 May 2011. This remains the home of the Holy Cross Church even after the end of the work in St. Leonhard.

It is based at the Holy Cross Church in Frankfurt-Bornheim and is dedicated to services, contemplation, meditation, retreats, counseling, and other events such as concerts.

Riederwaldstadion is a stadium in Seckbach district of Frankfurt am Main in Germany. It was home pitch for Eintracht Frankfurt U23 until 2008, when Eintracht Frankfurt U23 moved.The stadium was destroyed during World War II in 1943 and was rebuilt in 1952.
