Millennium IT Towers is an information technology (IT) park situated in the city of Visakhapatnam, India. It was set up for the growth of information technology and as an initiative in making Visakhapatnam city as a Financial-tech (Fintech) Capital in the state of Andhra Pradesh by the APIIC and Government of Andhra Pradesh. Millennium IT Tower 1 was inaugurated by then Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh N. Chandrababu Naidu on 15 February 2019

Fintech Valley Vizag is an initiative of the Government of Andhra Pradesh to promote business infrastructure in the state, and attract investors and multinational corporations to set up offices. Fintech Valley was founded by N. Chandrababu Naidu then Chief Minister of the Andhra Pradesh state in December 2016 with the goal of enhancing Visakhapatnam City as a financial technology capital in Andhra Pradesh.

Rushikonda is a neighbourhood situated on Visakhapatnam and Bheemili road. Visakhapatnam Metropolitan Region Development Authority undertakes the development activities related to infrastructure and tourism.

Beach Road, also known as Beach Road is a major roadway in Visakhapatnam. It is home to tourist destinations such as RK Beach and Kailasagiri. The Beach Road has cultural importance with the presence of buildings and structures such as, Rajiv Smruthi Bhavan (city's cultural hub), Annamayya Mandapam, AU Convention Center and organising rallies, city parades etc.

Shilparamam Jathara is an arts and crafts village and all so Sculpture park located in Madhurawada, Visakhapatnam, India. The village was conceived with an idea to create an environment for the preservation of traditional crafts. There are ethnic festivals round the year. Shilparamam, a crafts village, started in the year 2009, is situated just about few kilometers from Visakhapatnam city. Sprawling over 28 acres (110,000 m2) of land in the Madhurawada, Shilparamam main motive is to showing traditional culture to the common people. That's the main reason the state government established this platform.Shilparamam is located in beautiful natural conditions area sculpted with woodwork, jewelry, clothes and local crafts of each region of the country. mostly they are rural artwork.

Pothinamallayya Palem or PM Palem, is a residential neighbourhood situated in Visakhapatnam city in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is located in the Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation area. It is located to the north of Visakhapatnam city on National Highway 16 (NH16) to Srikakulam. This place is well connected to other parts of the city such as Asilmetta and Maddilapalem. The only international cricket stadium in Andhra Pradesh (Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium) is located here.

Madhurawada is a major business and residential area of Visakhapatnam in the state of Andhra Pradesh. It is located on the Visakhapatnam-Vizianagaram stretch of National Highway 16 around 16 km from the city center of Visakhapatnam. This region is famous for its Visakhapatnam IT Special Economic Zone, located in the proposed digitally-enabled smart urban city. Among the state Tourism Department's six major projects announced in 2018, planning has begun on a Special Tourism Zone with 250 acres for hotels, an amusement park, and oceanarium.This suburb consists of many popular tourist sites, such as Pothinamallayya Palem, Chandrampalem, Mithilapuri VUDA colony, Revallapalem, Ganeshnagar, and Port colony.

Dr. Y. S. Rajashekar Reddy ACA–VDCA Cricket Stadium (also known as Dr. Y. S. Rajashekar Reddy Andhra Cricket Association–Visakhapatnam District Cricket Association Cricket Stadium; formerly known as ACA–VDCA Cricket Stadium) is a multi-purpose stadium in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. It is primarily used for international cricket matches. The stadium has two-tiers and was designed to avoid any restricted view seats, eliminating pillars or columns which come in the field of view of spectators in some of the Indian stadiums. The pitch is known to be batsman-friendly.

Yendada is a neighbourhood situated on Visakhapatnam and Madhurawada road.

The Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering (Autonomous) Rushikonda (GVPCE) is a private college that was established in the year 1996. The educational trust, Gayatri Vidya Parishad (GVP) is formed, managed and promoted by academicians and technocrats in Visakhapatnam, India. The college offers instruction to 1200 undergraduate students in seven branches of engineering: chemical, civil, computer science and engineering, electronics and communication engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and information technology. The institution also offers Master of Computer Applications program affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada. All the under graduation programs are accredited by NBA in 2006

Indira Gandhi Zoological Park is located amidst Kambalakonda Reserve Forest in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. It is the third largest zoo in the country.The zoological park is named after the former Prime Minister of India, Indira Gandhi. It was declared open to the public on 19 May 1977. It covers an area of 625 acres (253 ha). It is situated in Visakhapatnam amidst the scenic Eastern Ghats of India. It is surrounded by the Eastern Ghats on three sides and Bay of Bengal on the fourth side. Nearly eighty species of animals numbering to about eight hundred are present in the zoo. In collaboration with Stardust Ventures, Vizag zoo launched a web portal for animal adoption, to engage the community with latest events. It also allows general public to adopt an animal for certain time period. IGZP conducts various events regularly, like E-Webinars and Quizzes and also provides E-Certificates for the participants. The webinars are interactive sessions organized with various experts, and are streamed live over YouTube. The zoo is about 11 kilometres (6.8 mi) from the Visakhapatnam railway station on the National Highway 5 near Yendada. It has entrance and exit gates situated oppositely, with one towards National Highway 5 and the other towards Beach Road at Sagar Nagar. It is open to public daily except Monday. In February 2022, the zoo was received accreditation from the World Association or Zoos and Aquariums (WAZA) for coordinating a successful dhole breeding programme.
