Rosia Water Tanks

The Victualling Yard was a victualling facility in the British Overseas Territory of Gibraltar built for supplying Royal Navy ships while anchored at Rosia Bay.

Parson's Lodge Battery is a coastal battery and fort in the British Overseas Territory of Gibraltar.

Rosia Bay is the only natural harbour in Gibraltar, the British Overseas Territory at the southern end of the Iberian Peninsula. Formerly referred to as Rosia Harbour, it is located on the southwest side of Gibraltar. Rosia Bay was the site of the Royal Navy Victualling Yard complex which was constructed in the early 19th century, allowing vessels to anchor and obtain provisions, including food and water. Vice Admiral Horatio Nelson obtained supplies for his Mediterranean Fleet at Rosia Bay. It was to that same anchorage that his vessel HMS Victory was towed after Nelson's death in the 1805 Battle of Trafalgar. The area is also the location of gun batteries, including Parson's Lodge Battery at the south end of the bay and Napier of Magdala Battery at the north end. In the 21st century, Rosia Bay was the focus of controversy following the government's demolition of the historic Rosia Water Tanks and construction of the affordable housing development Nelson's View, which necessitated the relocation of the owners of the adjacent 19th century Rosia Cottages.

The Rosia Batteries are a group of artillery batteries in the British Overseas Territory of Gibraltar.

Painter's Cave is a cave in the British Overseas Territory of Gibraltar.It is located close to Royal Naval Hospital. It is a narrow cave, approximately 5–6 meters long. It has an entrance about 3 meters high. The cave has old graffiti from 1877 when it was discovered. It has two floors loosely connected and various rock formations.

Camp Bay (or El Quarry in Llanito) is a small rocky beach in the British Overseas Territory of Gibraltar. It is located off Rosia Road along the territory's west coast overlooking the Bay of Gibraltar. Parson's Lodge Battery overlooks the northern end of the bay.

The Gibraltar Broadcasting Corporation (GBC) is Gibraltar's public service broadcaster. It has provided the community with a radio and television service since 1963.

Devil's Fall is a cave in the British Overseas Territory of Gibraltar.

The Gibraltar Artificial Reef, or simply the Gibraltar Reef, is the ongoing artificial reef project for the Mediterranean waters surrounding the British overseas territory of Gibraltar. The initiative was started in 1973 by Dr. Eric Shaw of the Helping Hand Trust. There are more than 40 dive sites to visit in Gibraltar. Biodiversity is claimed to be high on both natural and artificial reefs.It consists of a collection of sunken wrecks designed to give marine wildlife an environment to breed and colonise. The reef project has been the centre of political disagreements between Spain and the UK government.

Buena Vista Battery was an artillery battery near the Buena Vista Barracks at the southern end of the British Overseas Territory of Gibraltar. It is located on a slight ridge in front of the nearby Buena Vista Barracks, which was once the base of the Royal Gibraltar Regiment.

Hardy Town was a temporary civilian settlement established near the south end of the Gibraltar peninsula during the Great Siege of Gibraltar (1779–83). The intensive Spanish and French bombardment reduced the town of Gibraltar to ruins and prompted many of its inhabitants, and eventually the off-duty members of the British garrison, to relocate to a spot out of range of the enemy's land-based guns (though as they discovered, they were still vulnerable to naval gunfire). After it became known for its appalling conditions, a British quartermaster named Hardy was put in charge of the settlement and it acquired his name. Hardy Town was eventually abandoned and torn down after the siege ended and the population moved back to Gibraltar's main town within the city walls.

South Barracks were barracks built for the garrison in what is now the British Overseas Territory of Gibraltar. The barracks were built in the 1730s and were on the west side of Gibraltar overlooking the docks and the harbour. The barracks now house St. Joseph's First and Middle School.
