The Bump Block-Bellevue House-Hawthorne Hotel is a historic seven-story building in Downtown Spokane, Washington. It was first built in 1890, and designed by architects Loren L. Rand and John K. Dow. It was expanded in 1909, and redesigned by architects Herman Preusse and Julius Zittel. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since August 10, 2000.

Lewis and Clark High School is a four-year public secondary school in Spokane, Washington, United States. Opened in 1912, it is located at 521 W. Fourth Ave. in the Cliff/Cannon neighborhood of downtown Spokane, bounded by I-90 to the north and MultiCare Deaconess Hospital to the west. It replaced South Central High School, destroyed by fire in 1910, and was named for the two leaders of the Corps of Discovery.

The Central Steam Heat Plant, commonly known as Steam Plant Square, or simply as the Steam Plant, is a historic building in Downtown, Spokane, Washington. Originally built to provide steam heating to more than 300 buildings in Spokane's city center, the Steam Plant served that purpose until the 1980s, when it was no longer viable. In the 1990s, the Steam Plant and adjacent Seehorn-Lang Building were converted into Steam Plant Square, a commercial, retail and restaurant center. The conversion maintained many of the industrial steam plant structures such as furnaces, boilers, catwalks and pipe networks, which can still be seen and explored by visitors and patrons. The Steam Plant's pair of 225 foot tall stacks have been a unique and iconic aspect of the city's skyline for more than a century, and are illuminated from their base at night. If the stacks were considered to be a building, they would rank as the third tallest in the city.The Steam Plant was listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) in December 1996, three months after it was listed on the Spokane Register of Historic Places. In 1999, it was listed as a contributing property to the West Downtown Historic Transportation Corridor, a district listed on the NRHP. The property was owned by Avista, the region's energy provider, for more than a century until being sold to a private developer in 2021.

The Seehorn-Lang Building is a historic building in Downtown Spokane, Washington. Since the late 1990s it has been commonly known as part of Steam Plant Square, a commercial and retail center which it forms together with the adjacent Central Steam Heat Plant building. Built in 1890, it is one of the oldest buildings in Spokane, as many buildings constructed prior were destroyed in the Great Spokane Fire of 1889. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) as well as the state and local historic registers. Additionally, it is a contributing property in the West Downtown Historic Transportation Corridor, a historic district added to the NRHP in 1999.

Knickerbocker is a historic Beaux Arts building in the Cliff/Cannon neighborhood of Spokane, Washington. It was designed by architect Albert Held and was built in 1911. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987. The building is also listed on the Spokane Register of Historic Places, under the name Knickerbocker Apartments.

The Moore-Turner Heritage Gardens are located in Edwidge Woldson Park, in Spokane's Cliff/Cannon neighborhood. Built between 1889 and 1932 as a residential garden for original property owner, Frank Rockwood Moore, on the grounds of his home, the property was later acquired by United States Senator George Turner in 1896. Turner hired Hugh Bryan in 1911 to make improvements to the Victorian-influenced design following the then popular Arts and Crafts movement. In 1945, the Spokane Park Board bought the property and combined it with the D.C. Corbin property to the east to form Pioneer Park, as it was then known. The gardens, maintained by the City of Spokane Parks and Recreation Department, opened to public use in 2007 following a three-year restoration project funded through donations, grants, and a major donation from Myrtle Woldson. The gardens include plants introduced prior to 1915, a tea house, a rose garden, perennial garden, and a pond. The historic garden is a contributing property to the Marycliff-Cliff Park Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places and in 2008, it won the Valerie Sivinski Award for Outstanding Achievement in Historic Preservation from the Washington State Department of Archaeology and Historic Preservation.

The Holley-Mason Building is a historic six-story building in Spokane, Washington. It was designed by architect Albert Held in the Renaissance Revival style, and built in 1905 at a cost of $200,000 for the Holley-Mason Hardware Company. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since October 13, 1983.

The Davenport Hotel is a hotel located in Spokane, Washington. Originally a successful high-end restaurant, it is one of the possible places where the first Crab Louis (reportedly named after Louis Davenport) was created and served. The hotel was designed by architect Kirtland Cutter and built in 1914 for $2 million ($54.1 million in 2021 dollars) with an opulent lobby and new amenities for the time such as air conditioning, a central vacuum system, pipe organ, and dividing doors in the ballrooms. Commissioned by a group of Spokane businessmen to have a place to host and entertain their guests, the hotel is named after Louis Davenport, an influential businessman and the first proprietor and overseer of the project. The hotel underwent expansions in 1917 and 1929 and in 1925, it became the broadcast studio for the newly relocated KHQ radio station. Davenport bought out all other interests in the hotel and became sole owner of the property in 1928 and owned the hotel until 1945, when he sold the hotel. After changing hands many times, the hotel was remodeled and re-positioned as a motel in the early 1960s. After another change in ownership in 1967 and their subsequent bankruptcy, the hotel was foreclosed on and the property slowly fell into disrepair. After several attempts at renovation by various groups, the property was facing demolition by the mid 1980s. In 2002, the hotel was bought for $6.5 million and completely restored in a $38 million ($57.2 million in 2021 dollars) renovation by developers Walt and Karen Worthy, reopening on July 15, 2002. The Davenport Hotel has 284 guest rooms and is rated as a Four-Diamond hotel by the American Automobile Association and as a 5-star hotel by the Northstar Travel Group. The hotel was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975, and today it operates under the name The Historic Davenport Hotel within The Davenport Hotel Collection brand along with its three sister hotels and is affiliated with Marriott as part of their Autograph Collection Hotels chain.

Bing Crosby Theater is a performing arts theater located in Spokane, Washington which was designed by theater architect Edwin W. Houghton. The theater was originally built in 1914 as an 800-seat movie theater called Clemmer Theater. Between May and October 1925, local singer Bing Crosby was a regular performer at the theater.Over the years the theater fell into disrepair until it was purchased by a local company in 1988 and refurbished. The theater was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in December 1988. It was re-opened as the Metropolitan Performing Arts Center and was used for concerts, lectures, and movies. The Met was purchased by local businessman Mitch Silver in 2004 and in 2006 renamed after Bing Crosby when a local historian noticed that the city did not have any landmarks named after the multimedia star, who grew up in Spokane.

The Montvale Hotel is a boutique hotel in Spokane, Washington. Originally built in 1889 as an SRO (Single Room Occupancy Hotel), the Montvale Hotel also served Spokane as an apartment building, a brothel, and as a youth hostel during Expo '74 and then was abandoned for 30 years. It was restored and re-opened in January 2005 as a 36-room boutique hotel, becoming one of Spokane's premier hotels with The Davenport Hotel and the Hotel Lusso. With the demolition of the Pennington Wing at the Davenport Hotel, the Montvale gained the distinction as Spokane's oldest hotel. Kilmer and Son's Hardware was located on buildings' main floor for over 60 years. Kilmer once employed Henry J. Kaiser. Currently located in the same building as the Montvale Hotel is Scratch Restaurant and is located on the street level of the building.

The Peyton Building and Peyton Annex is a historic seven-story building and annex in Spokane, Washington. The building was designed by Cutter & Malmgren, and built in 1898. It was built on the site of a former building known as the Great Eastern Building, designed by Herman Preusse and completed in 1890. The annex was designed by Robert Sweatt, and built in 1908. It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since March 15, 2005.

The STA Plaza (The Plaza or Spokane Transit Authority Plaza), is a transit center located in Downtown Spokane, Washington. It is the main hub of customer service and transit operations for the Spokane Transit Authority (STA), with 31 out of its 52 bus routes connecting with The Plaza. Transit operations through the Plaza resemble that of an airline hub, with bays of buses arriving and departing in waves, providing timed transfer opportunities for passengers. It is one of Spokane Transit's four primary transit centers, along with the Spokane Community College, Pence-Cole Valley, and West Plains transit centers.
