Baldwin Boys' High School (abbreviated BBHS, informally referred to as Baldwins) is a private all-boys school for boarders and day-scholars, founded in 1880 in Bangalore, India. The school is run by Methodist Church in India under the chairmanship of a bishop. The school is located in Richmond Town, in the downtown area of the city and prepares students for the ICSE. It is one of the largest and oldest schools in the region and counts multiple personalities of eminence in the public sphere among its alumni. Sister school Baldwin Girls' High School is a five-minute walk away down Alexandria Street.

National Military School is an upcoming underground metro station on the North-South corridor of the Pink Line of Namma Metro in Bangalore, India. This metro station is stated to become operational around March 2025.

Ferdinand Kittel Nagara, commonly known as Austin Town, is named after Ferdinand Kittel. It is a locality of the Bangalore Cantonment, named after British the Collector and Municipal President of the Civil and Military Station, Sir. James Austin. Located in the central part of Bangalore, the suburb is known for having produced some of India's best football players, with the game being very popular. In the age of IPL, the dream of the children of Austin Town is to be playing for the best football clubs one day. In 1998, the BBMP renamed Austin Town as F. Kittel Nagar, after an 18th-century linguist and Protestant German missionary of the Basel Mission, Rev. Ferdinand Kittel. However, the name has not caught on and continues to be popularly known as Austin Town.Austin Town was established in 1920 by the building of a number of small cottages for the benefit of lower income groups, and rented out for a nominal sum. The Collector Austin was the encouragement for this project, and hence the suburb was named after him. These cottages were in great demand by poor Indians and Anglo Indians. The neighbouring suburbs are Agram, Neelsandra and Vannarpet, which was the localities where the laborers of the nearby brick kilns called Shoolay (now renamed as Ashok Nagar). The Sanitary works of Austin Town was designed by W H Murphy, Executive Engineer, Municipal Council, Bangalore Civil and Military Station, after whom Murphy Town gets its name.

Richmond Town Methodist Church (RTMC) is the first Methodist Church to be established in Bangalore in India. The church was started in 1875 by William Taylor on Kingston Road in what is now called Richmond Town. The many Methodist churches in Bangalore all originated from the Richmond Town Methodist Church. There are different wings in the church that cater to all ages – Sunday school, Methodist Youth Fellowship, Women's Society for Christian Service (WSCS), Methodist Men and Senior Citizens. The Church has a Senior Citizens home on the campus.

As per the latest updates, this metro station, under the second phase, covering the total underground distance of 13.8 km (Dairy Circle - Nagawara) is expected to be operational around December 2026.

It is the home of the Karnataka Lions of the World Series Hockey. It has a seating capacity of 7,000 people. The stadium hosted seven home matches of Karnataka Lions in World Series Hockey. It will also host the first semi-final of World Series Hockey in 2012.
