Bremgarten bei Bern is a municipality in the Bern-Mittelland administrative district in the canton of Bern in Switzerland.

The Felsenau power plant (German: Kraftwerk Felsenau) is a hydroelectric power plant located on the river Aar in Bern, Switzerland. It was built in 1909 by the city's utility company, Energie Wasser Bern. After a 1989 modernisation, the turbine hall is now used as a museum. The plant's current power output is 11.5 megawatts. The main building was designed by Eduard Locher and Alfred Brunschwyler in a then-popular historicising style as a "palace of technology". The 1989 expansion is by Vladimir Grossen and Bea Baumann.

Stadion Neufeld is a multi-use stadium in Bern, Switzerland. It is the home ground of FC Bern and the junior team of BSC Young Boys. The capacity of the stadium is 14,000 spectators, including 3000 seats.BSC Young Boys used the stadium from 2001/02 to 2004/05, during the construction of Stade de Suisse. It would also host the 1954 European Championships in Athletics.

The "Gymnasium Neufeld" in Bern is a state grammar-school of the canton "Bern". An instruction course leads to the grammar-school general qualification for university entrance. This school is popular for its concerts. The "Gymnasium Kirchenfeld" (another grammar school in Bern) wasn't large enough to receive that much children and young adults. The government had to build up a new school. The project begun 1962 and ended in 1965. The architect were Hans Andres and Felix Wyler. The building was built up in the "Laenggasse Quartier" next to the forest named "Bremgartenwald". It was dedicated in 1966.

The Halen Estate (Siedlung Halen) is a housing development near Berne, Switzerland. It was designed and built by the Atelier 5 architectural partnership from 1957 to 1961. Located in a wooded area north of the city, the development is an important example of 20th century Modernist architecture (Structuralism), and as such is listed on the Inventory of Swiss Heritage Sites.

Bremgarten Castle (German: Schloss Bremgarten) is a castle in the municipality of Bremgarten of the canton of Bern in Switzerland. It is a Swiss heritage site of national significance.

Bern Felsenau railway station (German: Bahnhof Bern Felsenau) is a railway station in the municipality of Bern, in the Swiss canton of Bern. It is an intermediate stop on the 1,000 mm (3 ft 3+3⁄8 in) gauge Zollikofen–Bern line of Regionalverkehr Bern-Solothurn.

The Swiss Alcohol Board (SAB) was a federal authority of the Swiss Confederation. It was integrated into the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security (FOCBS) in early 2018.The SAB was responsible for the enforcement of the Swiss Alcohol Act, which governs the production and importation of spirits and ethanol, as well as trade in and advertising of spirits. The aim of this legislation was health protection (Art. 105 of the Swiss Federal Constitution). Fermented beverages, such as wine and beer, are not included in the scope of application of the Alcohol Act.

St. Paul's Church (German: Pauluskirche) is a Reformed Church in Bern, Switzerland built by Swiss architect Karl Moser from 1902 to 1905 in an Art Nouveau style. It a cultural property of national significance in Switzerland and one of the best examples of Art Nouveau in the country. The bell tower is 36 m high and contains 5 bells. The facade of the church features a relief sculpture with a representation of the Apostle Paul with a sword. The stained glass windows are by the artist Max Laeuger from Lörrach. The interior features blue and green hues, with rich gold decoration painting.Restorations on the church were carried out in 2009, which included the replacement of the organ. The contract for the construction of the new organ was given to Metzler in Dietikon. The new organ, which features 37 stops and 2294 pipes, was returned to its original 1905 location at the front of the church, having previously been moved during renovation carried out during 1969–70. Restoration was also carried out on the "Angel Window", which was to be returned to the North gallery, as well as the painting of the vault.

Radio RaBe (Berne's cultural radio), a non-commercial community radio station, is an AMARC and UNIKOM-Radios member station based in Berne/Switzerland. The station is governed as a registered association and is financed through membership dues from more than 1000 members. Radio RaBe broadcasts weekly in some 15-20 languages. The 30+ music programs cover a wide range of musical styles: reggae, blues, world music, as well as music from nearly all European countries, such as the Balkans or Italy. RaBe provides Bern and the surrounding region with an important community resource of essential information and support for the integration of the foreign community in Berne. On 17 June 2011 it was announced that Radio RaBe has been awarded the Cultural Prize of Canton Berne 2011. The prize includes a cash award of 30,000 Swiss Francs.

The Swiss Agency for Therapeutic Products (Swissmedic) is the Swiss surveillance authority for medicines and medical devices, registered in Bern. It began operations on 1 January 2002 as successor of Interkantonale Kontrollstelle für Heilmittel (IKS), which was itself the successor of Schweizerische Arzneimittelnebenwirkungszentrale (SANZ). Swissmedic is affiliated to the Federal Department of Home Affairs.
