Mukainada Station (向洋駅, Mukainada-eki) is a passenger railway station located in the town of Fuchū, Aki District, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan. It is operated by the West Japan Railway Company (JR West).

Mazda Motor Corporation (マツダ株式会社, Matsuda Kabushiki gaisha), also known as simply Mazda, is a Japanese multinational automotive manufacturer headquartered in Fuchū, Hiroshima, Japan. The company was founded on January 30, 1920, as Toyo Cork Kogyo Co., Ltd., a cork-making factory, by Jujiro Matsuda. It changed its name to Toyo Kogyo Co., Ltd. in 1927 and started producing vehicles in 1931. The name Mazda was derived from Ahura Mazda, the god of harmony, intelligence and wisdom in Zoroastrianism, as well as from the surname of the founder. Mazda is one of the largest automakers in Japan and the world. In 2015, it produced 1.5 million vehicles for global sales, of which nearly one million were made in Japan and the rest in various other countries. It ranked as the 15th-largest automaker by production volume globally in 2015. Mazda is known for its innovative technologies, such as the Wankel engine, the SkyActiv platform, and the Kodo Design language. It also has a long history of motorsport involvement, winning the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1991 with the rotary-powered Mazda 787B. Mazda has several alliances and partnerships with other automakers, such as Toyota, Nissan, Isuzu, Suzuki and Ford.

As of 30 April 2023, the town had an estimated population of 52,768 in 23926 households and a population density of 5,100 inhabitants per square kilometre (13,000/sq mi). The total area of the town is 10.41 square kilometres (4.02 sq mi).

Mazda Stadium Hiroshima (MAZDA Zoom-Zoom スタジアム広島, Matsuda Zūmu-Zūmu Sutajiamu Hiroshima), also called New Hiroshima Municipal Stadium (広島市民球場, Shin-Hiroshima Shimin Kyūjō), is a baseball stadium in Minami-ku, Hiroshima, Japan. It is used primarily for baseball and is the home of the Hiroshima Toyo Carp of the Japanese Central League. The ballpark has a capacity of 32,000 people and opened on April 10, 2009. It replaced First Hiroshima Municipal Stadium and initially retained the old ballpark's official name. The stadium architecture is considered to be labeled as a retro-classic ballpark.

Higashi-ku (東区, lit. "eastern ward") is one of the eight wards located in Hiroshima, Japan. It is located on the uppermost delta of the Ōta River.Within Higashi-ku is the Fudoin Temple in Ushita-shinmachi. Fudoin dates back to the 14th century and was built by shōgun Ashikaga Takauji as one of 60 Ankoku-ji temples which were constructed in all provinces across Japan. The Kondo (main hall) of the Fudoin Temple, one of the largest remaining structures in the medieval Kara style in the country, is the only designated national treasure in Hiroshima City.

Actor's School Hiroshima (アクターズスクール広島, Akutāzusukūru Hiroshima), commonly abbreviated to ASH, is a performing arts school in Hiroshima, Japan, founded in 1999. It is managed by the production company TSS Production, a subsidiary of Shinhiroshima Telecasting, and is located within TSS Production offices. It has a longstanding business relationship with the talent agency Amuse, Inc. In October 2017, ASH opened a branch school near Fukuyama Station in Fukuyama, the second-largest city in Hiroshima Prefecture.

The Hiroshima City Museum of Contemporary Art (広島市現代美術館, Hiroshima-shi Gendai Bijutsukan) is an art museum founded in 1989. It is in Hijiyama Park in Hiroshima, Japan. The building was designed by architect Kisho Kurokawa. It was the first public contemporary art museum to open in Japan, and its exhibitions focus on post-1945, contemporary emerging artists and artworks that link contemporary art with Hiroshima.
