Guilderland Cemetery Vault is a historic burial vault located in Guilderland Cemetery at Guilderland in Albany County, New York. It was built in 1872 and is a small one story cobblestone building. It is built of coursed cobblestones with smooth ashlar quoins and rounded arch door.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

The Apple Tavern in Guilderland, New York was built in 1760 (or 1765). It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. The listing included four contributing buildings on a 6.3-acre (2.5 ha) area. The tavern was built in 1760 (or 1765) on what was, or became, the Schoharie Turnpike or Schoharie Road or Old Schoharie Road. Its original owners were owners Hendrick (Henry) Appel and his wife, Eve. It was renovated significantly in the 19th century. In 1803 it was the site of meeting to form the town of Guilderland.In the 1980s and later it has been operated as a bed and breakfast, antique shop, and wedding and event venue known as the Appel Inn.

The original house was built about 1790 and is a small Dutch house that is located to the rear of the present structure. A substantial addition was completed in the mid-19th century. It is a two-story, five bay wide farmhouse with a center entrance and gable roof. Also on the property is a vernacular barn complex.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

St. Mark's Lutheran Church is a historic Lutheran church on Main Street in Guilderland Center, Albany County, New York. It was built in 1872 in a vernacular Italianate style. It has curved arched windows and a bracketed cornice. It features a square bell tower with pedimented cornice and steeple. St. Mark's served the Lutherans until 1973, when the town leased it as a community center. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Helderberg Reformed Dutch Church was a historic Dutch Reformed church at 140 Main Street in Guilderland, Albany County, New York. It was built in 1895 in a vernacular Late Gothic Revival style. The church burned and was demolished in 1986. The Reformed congregation which occupied the church was chartered in 1767. They erected a new church building in Guilderland Center in 1987. The original cornerstone of the historic church was laid into the edifice of this new church building. Helderberg Reformed Dutch Church was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Freeman House is a historic home located at Guilderland in Albany County, New York. The original house (the center and eastern section) was built about 1734; a western addition was built about 1750; and a rear ell was added about 1800. It is a two-story Dutch Colonial house with a gable roof and built of large, smooth finished beams. It is one of the finest and oldest colonial period buildings in Guilderland, and may be the oldest frame house in Guilderland. Following the American Revolution, the home belonged to Revolutionary War veteran Barent Mynderse.When photographer Nelson E. Baldwin photographed the house in 1937 as part of the Historic American Buildings Survey, it was covered in a synthetic brick siding, which has since been removed. A historic marker stands in front of the house.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.
