Viby Jylland railway station is a tram-train and railway station serving the district of Viby J in the city of Aarhus in East Jutland, Denmark.The station is located on the Fredericia-Aarhus Line from Fredericia to Aarhus. It offers regional train services to Aarhus, Esbjerg, Herning and Skjern. The train services are operated by DSB and Arriva. The station is also located on the Odder Line between Aarhus and Odder, part of the Aarhus light rail system. In 2016 to 2018, the Odder Line was temporarily closed along with the Grenaa Line while it was being reconstructed to form part of the Aarhus light rail system including electrification.

Aarhus Business College is a business school of secondary education in Aarhus, Denmark. The school offers educational programmes in business and management on a secondary level to post-primary youth, Higher Commercial Examination Programme (HHX) and supplementary courses for adults seeking to maintain qualifications. Last but not least Aarhus Business College has two new types of educations called EUX Business and EUD Business. EUX is an education that combines a 2-year secondary education with a 2-year internship in a company, and EUD is 1 year in school and a 2-year internship in a company. It is an independent self-owned institution under the Danish government, managed by a board composed of members from the business community in conjunction with a rector that oversees day-to-day operations. Business Academy Aarhus is a school of higher education in Aarhus, Denmark founded on 1 January 2009. The academy is an independent self-owning institution subordinated to the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Higher Education. Degree programmes offered are mainly applied degrees, especially in technology, IT and business. The academy grants undergraduate and academic degrees but not master's or doctoral degrees. In addition to full-time studies the academy offers supplemental education, part-time programmes at bachelor's level and short-term courses for people who need to strengthen their qualifications. The academy is one of the largest business academies in Denmark.The academy has 5,000 full-time students including 600 international students and 5,000 part-time students and about 400 employees.

Viby J (or just Viby) is a former town and now a district, in the southwestern part of Aarhus in Denmark. The district has almost 30,000 inhabitants. The "J" stands for Jutland, as there is another town called Viby on the island of Zealand, officially referred to as Viby Sj and also a village on Funen.

Rosenhøj (lit.: Rose-hill) is a public housing project in Viby J, a southern district of Aarhus, Denmark. Rosenhøj consists of concrete apartment blocks, with a total of 808 rentals, built in 1967-70. The area underwent a thorough renovation in the years 2014-17, updating the buildings to contemporary climate regulations, and also adding 22 new rowhouse rentals and outdoor sports facilities among other improvements.In the 2000's, Rosenhøj has been increasingly attractive to immigrants. In 2001, 22% of the inhabitants where immigrants; in 2008 more than 52% where immigrants. Nearly all of the inhabitants under the age of 18 has an immigrant background. The majority of immigrants in Rosenhøj comes from Afghanistan, Somalia and Turkey.

Holme Church (Danish: Holme Kirke) is a church located in Holme Parish in Aarhus, Denmark in the neighbourhood Højbjerg, south of Midtbyen. The church is today a parish church within the Church of Denmark, serving a parish population of 10.296 (2015). The Holme pastorate is shared with the Lyseng Church to the south.

Ravnsbjerg Church (Danish: Ravnsbjergkirken) is a modern church located on the hill of Ravnsbjerg in Viby J. The church was designed by the Danish architect Christian Frederik Møller and his architectural firm C. F. Møller Architects as part of the new development of Aarhus in 1970, which resulted in the suburbs being moved out of the old city areas. The church's building materials are primarily red and brown bricks in combination with exposed bearing structures in wood. Sculptor Erik Heide created the church's wood and granite decorations.

Kongsvang tram stop is a tram station serving the district of Viby in the city of Aarhus in Jutland, Denmark. The tram stop is located on the Odder Line between Aarhus and Odder, part of Aarhus Letbane (Aarhus light rail). The Fredericia-Aarhus Line passes through the station. Until 2016 this was a railway halt, part of Aarhus Nærbane. From 2016 to 2018, the station was temporarily closed along with the Grenaa Line while being reconstructed and electrified to form part of the Aarhus light rail system.

Fredens Church (Danish: Fredenskirken, Peace Church) is a church in Aarhus, Denmark. The church is located in the district of Viby, 3 km south of Aarhus city centre. It is a parish church within the Church of Denmark, servicing a parish population of 7.145 (2015). Fredens Church was built between 1958 and 1960 from designs by architects F. Niclasen and Aksel Skov when Fredens Parish was created from northern areas of Viby Parish in 1960. The church features the church room, a chapel and community facilities which encloses a courtyard. The name of the church and parish means "The peace" and refers both to hope for peace following the Second World War and the Fredensvang neighbourhood the church is situated in.Fredens Church maintains friendly relations with a Catholic church in Pesaro, Italy at the Adriatic Sea with frequent visits between the two congregations.

Åby Church (Danish: Åby Kirke) is a church located in Åby Parish in Aarhus, Denmark. The church is situated in the neighbourhood Åbyhøj, west of Midtbyen. The church is today a parish church in the Church of Denmark, serving a parish population of 10.925 (2015). The Åby Church pastorate is shared with the Åbyhøj Church to the north.
