Alisher Navoiy is a station of the Tashkent Metro on Oʻzbekiston Line. The station was opened on 8 December 1984 as the western terminus of the inaugural section of the line, between Alisher Navoiy and Toshkent. On 6 November 1989 the line was extended to Chorsu. It is named after Alisher Navoiy. The station column type with underground and ground-based lobby. Transfer to the station Paxtakor of Chilonzor Line is available.

The Sheikh Hovendi at-Tahur Complex (other names: Sheikhantaur mausoleum; Uzbek: Shayx Xovandi Tohur majmuasi) is an architectural complex, centered around the Mausoleum of Sheikh Hovendi at-Tahur (Sheikhantaur). It is one of the most important architectural monuments of Tashkent, Uzbekistan. It is located in the center of Tashkent in the quadrangle formed by the streets of Alisher Navoi, Shaykhantohur and Abdulla Kadiri.

Tashkent City Park (Uzbek: Tashkent City bog`i) is a city park in the center of Tashkent, the largest recreational park area in Uzbekistan. Located on the territory of the international business center Tashkent City. The functional model of the park, within which scenarios for using the park territory were programmed, was developed by the Russian company KB Strelka.The designers of the park were the companies Prime Tower Group, Özgüven mimarlik (Turkey) and Spectrum (Russia), and the developer of the landscape concept was SF Landscape Architecture (Italy). The landscape design of the park, including the arrangement of green spaces, was developed by the Turkish company MDesign. The general contractor for the project was Discover Invest. The official opening of the park took place on October 13, 2019.

Tashkent City (International Business Center “Tashkent City”, Uzbek: “Tashkent City” xalqaro biznes markazi, “Tashkent City” IBC) is a business center under construction in Tashkent. The construction of the project is carried out with financial investments from private investors.The commercial concept of the project was developed by the American company Cushman & Wakefield.Of the 8 projects for the future business center, the concept proposed by the Turkish architectural company Tabanlıoğlu Architects was chosen.

Ilkhom Theatre (Ильхом Театр Марка Вайля) is a theatre company based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Founded by Mark Weil (Марк Яковлевич Вайль) in 1976, it was the first independent theatre in the Soviet Union, and remains self-supporting to this day.Weil was murdered in September 2007. The murderers claimed that they took action due to his portrayal of Muhammed in his play Imitating the Qu'ran. Three men were sent to prison for between 17 and 20 years,His last production was the Greek tragedy The Oresteia; despite his murder the day before it was scheduled to open, the actors went ahead because, according to them and to Mark Weil, the show must go on.In 2011 Ilkhom Theatre won one of the Prince Claus Awards.

Nest One is a mixed-use development complex in the very center of Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. Nest One is the tallest building in Uzbekistan and the second tallest structure in the country after TV Tower of Uzbekistan (375 m tall). It is a multifunctional skyscraper, 266.5 m tall, located on the 4th lot of Tashkent City International Business District (TCIBC). The central and tallest tower of the complex consists of 51 floors and includes residential apartments, offices, restaurants, sports areas and other public spaces. In the adjacent buildings of the complex are office space and a proposed five-star hotel "The Ritz-Carlton". The total area of the project is 187.284 sq.m. The total area of the land plot is 14.779 sq.m. The project budget is more than 200 million dollars. After construction, "Nest One" will become the first skyscraper and the tallest building in Uzbekistan, as well as the second tallest building in Central Asia, after the Abu Dhabi Plaza complex in Astana, Kazakhstan.

Gafur Gulom is a station of the Tashkent Metro on Oʻzbekiston Line. The station was opened on 6 November 1989 as part of the extension of the line between Alisher Navoiy and Chorsu. It is named after Gafur Gulom, an Uzbek poet, writer and translator. The station was decorated by artist S. Sultonmuradov. To finish the station used marble, granite, metal, glass, composition of artistic ceramics. Columns supporting a set of stations have many faces, the upper part of the column is thickened. Illuminating station lights hidden in the domes.

O'zbekiston (English: Uzbekistan) is a station of the Tashkent Metro on Oʻzbekiston Line. The Hazrati Imam complex (also known as Hastimom or Hastim) is an architectural monument dating from the 16th to 20th centuries, located in the Olmazor district of Tashkent city, Uzbekistan. The complex consists of the Moʻyi Muborak madrasa, the Qaffol Shoshi mausoleum, the Baroqxon Madrasa, the Hazrati Imam mosque, the Tillashayx mosque, and the Imam al-Bukhari Islamic Institute. The ensemble was built near the grave of Hazrati Imam, the first imam-khatib of Tashkent, a scholar, one of the first Islamic preachers in Tashkent, a poet and an artist.According to historical sources, Hazrati Imam was also a master of making locks and keys, for which he received the nickname “Qaffol”, meaning “locksmith”. He also spoke 72 languages and translated the Old Testament (Torah) into Arabic.Today, the Hazrati Imam complex is located in the “Old City” part of Tashkent, and survived the strong earthquake of 1966. In 2007, by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov, the Hazrati Imam (Hastimom) public association was established, and construction and renovation works were carried out to restore the original historical appearance of the Hazrati Imam complex.

The Oliy Majlis ([ɑˈliː mæd͡ʒˈlis]) is the parliament of Uzbekistan. It succeeded the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 1995, and was unicameral until a reform implemented in January 2005 created a second chamber. The legislative chamber has 150 deputies elected from territorial constituencies. The Senate has 100 members, 84 elected from the regions, from the Autonomous Republic of Karakalpakstan and from the capital, Tashkent, and an additional 16 nominated by the President of Uzbekistan. Both houses have five-year terms.
