Dar Khalifa (Arabic: دار خليفة), or The Caliph's House, is a large, historical landmark and private home in walled grounds. It is located in Ain Diab, an affluent suburb of Casablanca that was also host to a sprawling shanty town until the area was redeveloped. Constructed in a traditional Moroccan style, with numerous "riads", or garden courtyards, the property extends to some 5000 square metres, and is situated on a cliff overlooking the Atlantic shore. As its name suggests, the mansion was once owned by a wealthy Khalif or ruler.It is now home to the author Tahir Shah who is renovating the property, and it will become the headquarters of the educational and cultural non-profit organisation, The Scheherazade Foundation.

The Ain-Diab Circuit (Arabic: دارة عين الذئاب, romanized: Dāra ʿAyn aḏ-Ḏiʾāb) was a Formula One road circuit built in 1957, southwest of Ain-Diab in Morocco, using the existing coast road and the main road from Casablanca to Azemmour that ran through the Sidi Abderhaman forest. Prior to 1957, the Anfa Circuit and the Agadir circuit were used for the Moroccan Grand Prix. The 4.724 miles (7.603 km) course was designed by the Royal Automobile Club of Morocco and given a full blessing from Sultan Mohammed V. It took six weeks to construct. The site hosted a non-championship F1 race in 1957. On 19 October 1958 the course was the venue for the 1958 Moroccan Grand Prix, the final round in the 1958 Formula One season. It was won by Stirling Moss driving a Vanwall, completing the 53 laps in 2h 09m 15.1s. Mike Hawthorn driving a Ferrari 246 finished second and in doing so became the first British Formula One World Champion. During the race, the engine on the Vanwall of Stuart Lewis-Evans seized and the car spun and crashed. He was fatally burned, dying in hospital in England eight days later.

Ain Diab (Arabic: عين الذئاب) is a commune located at the Corniche of Casablanca, Morocco. The commune is affluent and famous for the fashionable stretch of coastline known as the Corniche. There are numerous hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, and Lalla Meryem Beach and Ain Diab Beach. There is also the ribat and island of Sidi Abderrahman, which is now connected to the mainland by bridge. Ain Diab hosted a round of the Formula One World Championship in 1958. Amongst the notable residents is the British-born writer Tahir Shah. The first McDonald's franchise in Africa and in the Arab world opened on Ain Diab in 1992.

Founded in 1992, ESCA School of Management is a Moroccan business school located in downtown Casablanca, Morocco. It is a member of the Conference of Grandes Écoles (Morocco) and international associations including AACSB, EFMD, AABS, and GBSN, and a signatory to the Principles for Responsible Management Education initiative of the United Nations. The school has produced over 3,000 graduates and annually educates 1,100 students, executives, and leaders through its 17 national and international programs and ESCA Executive Education. ESCA collaborates with sixty international partners (universities and business schools in Europe, America, Asia, and Africa) and hosts international students and participants each year through exchange programs, seminars, and study trips. Since 2010, ESCA School of Management has been ranked as the top Business School in Morocco and third in Africa in 2019 by the international rating agency Eduniversal. It has also been featured in the Jeune Afrique ranking of the best business schools in Francophone Africa, where it ranked first in 2013.

Casablanca Finance City Tower (Arabic: برج القطب المالي للدار البيضاء) or CFC Tower is a 28–story office building in Casablanca, Morocco. At 136 meters in height, it is the tallest structure in Morocco, with the exception of the minaret of the Hassan II Mosque. It is located in the Casablanca Finance City, built at the site of the former Casablanca–Anfa Airport. It was designed by Morphosis Architects.

Casablanca Finance City (CFC) (Arabic: القطب المالي للدار البيضاء) is an economic and financial center located in Casablanca, Morocco. Its goal is to act as a bridge between north and south by attracting international institutions and investors to invest and operate in North, West, and Central Africa, with Casablanca serving as the gateway to the region. The center focuses on three business categories: financial companies, professional services providers, and regional or international headquarters of multinationals. CFC was established by law No. 44-10 in December 2010, which created the "CFC Status." The Casablanca Finance City Authority is responsible for managing and promoting CFC. Companies with this status are eligible for tax incentives, exchange control facilitation measures, and other benefits. They can also relocate to the CFC real estate development compound, located at the former Anfa Airport. As of the end of 2015, a hundred groups had obtained CFC status. In 2014, Casablanca Finance City joined the Global Financial Centres Index, and in April 2016, it was ranked as the top African financial center and the 33rd international economic hub.

The Collège-Lycée Léon l'Africain is a French international secondary school in Casablanca, Morocco. It serves the levels collège (junior high school) and lycée (senior high school).

The Raja-Oasis Sports Complex (or simply Oasis Complex) is the training ground and academy headquarters of Moroccan football club Raja Club Athletic. Opened in 1932, the complex is located southwest of Casablanca, in the Oasis neighborhood, about 24 km away from Mohammed V International Airport. The complex includes the training centre for the first team, the women's team and the youth teams as well as the player-development centre in association with Raja CA Academy located in Bouskoura. It was one of the first football centres to comply with international standards in Africa, and the first Moroccan academy to adopt the "sport-study" system that combine both football and education. It was chosen by the technical direction of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation as the best club training centre in 2021.

The Stade Père Jégo is a multi-purpose stadium in Casablanca, Morocco. It is used mostly for football matches and is the home ground of Racing Casablanca. The stadium was named after Moroccan footballer and manager Père Jégo. The stadium currently holds 5,000 spectators.

The Mohammed V Stadium (Arabic: ملعب محمد الخامس, French: Stade Mohammed V) is a multi-purpose stadium which is part of the Mohammed V Athletic Complex (المركب الرياضي محمد الخامس) which is named after King Mohammed V and situated at the heart of Casablanca, Morocco, in the western part of the Maârif neighborhood. The stadium has a seating capacity of 46,000, making it the oldest football stadium in Morocco. It primarily hosts association football matches, serving as the home ground of the Morocco national football team and local rival football clubs Wydad AC and Raja CA. In 1997, the stadium set a record of attendance of 110,000 during the Casablanca football derby and a match between the Moroccan national team against Ghana. The same record attendance was repeated during Morocco's match against Argentina in 2004.

Morocco Mall (Arabic: مول المغرب) is the largest shopping mall in Africa with 590000m² of floor space in Casablanca, Morocco. Morocco Mall, which opened on December 1, 2011, was designed by Architect Davide Padoa of Design International, a global architecture boutique with its headquarters in London. Kuncara Wicaksana under the principal of Davide Padoa developed the Architectural Concept until the Design Development stage. The project site coordination was led by Miguel Fernandes and Catia Zizzi

Salle Mohamed V is an indoor sporting arena located in Casablanca, Morocco. The capacity of the arena is 12,000 people.
