Parma Creek is a river of the state of New South Wales in Australia.

The Parish of Tomerong is one of about 76 parishes located in St Vincent County on the South Coast of New South Wales. Part of the colony of NSW around the settlement of Sydney, was divided into nineteen counties and St Vincent was the southernmost of these. Parish maps were used to record land holdings, ownership and use. The parish is now located in the local government area of the City of Shoalhaven but was previously part of the Clyde Shire. The Parish of Tomerong stretches from Currambene Creek in the north to Tomerong village in the south; west to the Parish of Yerriyong and east to the Parish of Currambene. It encompasses part of the villages of Tomerong and Falls Creek and has the major transport route of the Princes Highway passing from north to south.

The Australian Fleet Air Arm Museum, formerly known as Australia's Museum of Flight, is a military aerospace museum located at the naval air station HMAS Albatross, near Nowra, New South Wales. The museum was opened in 1990, although efforts to preserve artifacts related to Australia's naval aviation history began in 1974. The museum houses aircraft used throughout the history of the Fleet Air Arm, the naval aviation branch of the Royal Australian Navy (RAN), along with other aircraft of relevance to Australia's aviation history, and memorabilia relating to Australian aircraft carriers. The museum includes 34 aircraft and helicopters in its collection. It is open to the public daily, except for major public holidays. The museum building is also home to Albatross Aero Club.

HMAS Albatross is the main naval air station for the Royal Australian Navy's (RAN) aviation branch, the Fleet Air Arm. The base, located near Nowra, New South Wales, was formally established in May 1942 as Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) base RAAF Nowra, then was transferred to the Royal Navy as HMS Nabbington in 1944, and operated as a naval air station until it was decommissioned in late 1945. In 1948, the airfield was commissioned into the RAN as HMAS Albatross, as the primary shore base for the Fleet Air Arm. Since 2011, five squadrons of the Fleet Air Arm operate from Albatross. The current commander of the base is Captain Robyn Phillips, RAN. The base is home to the military airport Naval Air Station (NAS) Nowra (IATA: NOA, ICAO: YSNW), completed in June 1941.

HMS Nabbington, was a Royal Navy (RN), Mobile Operational Naval Air Base (MONAB), that was established at the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) base RAAF Nowra at Nowra, New South Wales, in Australia during the final stages of the Second World War. HMS Nabbington was also known as MONAB I and Royal Naval Air Station Nowra (or RNAS Nowra).

Woollamia is a beach-side locality in the City of Shoalhaven in New South Wales, Australia. It lies about 18 km southeast of Nowra on the western side of Currambene Creek about six km northwest of Huskisson. At the 2016 census, it had a population of 560.

Nowra Hill is a suburb of Nowra in the City of Shoalhaven in New South Wales, Australia. It lies southwest of Nowra on the western side of the Princes Highway. HMAS Albatross is located on the western edge of the suburb. At the 2016 census, it had a population of 2,095.

South Nowra is a suburb of Nowra in the City of Shoalhaven in New South Wales, Australia. It lies south of Nowra on both sides of the Princes Highway. It includes a strip of light industry along the highway. At the 2016 census, it had a population of 1,928.

Worrigee is a suburb of Nowra in the City of Shoalhaven in New South Wales, Australia. It lies southeast of Nowra. At the 2016 census, it had a population of 5,068.

Tomerong is a village in the South Coast region of New South Wales, Australia. It is located approximately 180 kilometres by road south from the state capital Sydney and 20 kilometres south of the commercial centre of the City of Shoalhaven, Nowra in the County of St Vincent. The village is eight kilometres inland of the western shores of Jervis Bay. Its population at the 2021 census was 1,194.With a history of farming and sawmilling, the village and its environs is now primarily low to medium density residential, providing easy access to tourist areas such as Huskisson on Jervis Bay and the commercial centre Nowra. West and south west of the village the land is predominantly State Forests and Crown Land adjoined by the Morton National Park.

St John the Evangelist Catholic High School, or the colloquial St John's, is an independent co-educational secondary day school, located in Nowra, New South Wales, Australia. The school provides a religious and general education to Catholic and non-Catholic families. Administered by the Catholic Education Office of the Diocese of Wollongong, the Catholic systemic school caters for students from Year 7 to Year 12 and serves the Shoalhaven and surrounding regions. St John's has approximately 1,000 students, most of whom come from Catholic families.

West Nowra is a suburb of Nowra in the City of Shoalhaven in New South Wales, Australia. It lies west of Nowra. At the 2016 census, it had a population of 1,406.
