Crescent Girls' School

Delta Sports Complex, formerly named as Delta Sports and Recreation Centre, is located in Bukit Merah, Singapore beside the Redhill MRT station. Its central location is designed to serve the sporting needs of many people of different ages, with a well maintained hockey pitch it has also contributed to the local development of hockey, with occasional competitions held there. Opened to the public on 7 November 1997, the sports complex has continued to expand ever since. The Delta Sports Complex facilities includes ActiveSG Gym, swimming pool, hockey pitch and an indoor sports hall. The public swimming facility was closed for renovation and upgrading on 1 September 2019. It was greatly delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and it is supposed to finally reopen on 31 July 2022.

Redhill MRT station is an above-ground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the East West Line (EWL) located in Bukit Merah, Singapore. The station is situated along Tiong Bahru Road, at the junction with Jalan Tiong. On the EWL, it's between the Tiong Bahru and Queenstown stations. The station opened on 12 March 1988, when the MRT line extended from Outram Park station to Clementi.

Gan Eng Seng School (GESS) is a co-educational government secondary school in Bukit Merah, Singapore. Founded in 1885 by philanthropist Gan Eng Seng, the school is the first school established by the overseas Chinese community in Singapore and is one of the oldest schools in the country. GESS was a boys' school for 102 years before it became co-educational in 1987. The school was also the first in Singapore to form a parent-teachers' association in 1950. Currently, GESS is recognised among the top 50 schools in Singapore by the Ministry of Education. The school's founding site at Telok Ayer Street was designated as a national historical site by the National Heritage Board in 1997.

Henderson Secondary School (Abbreviation: HSS; Chinese: 达善中学; pinyin: Dá Shān Zhōng Xúe) was a co-educational, single session, government school in Bukit Merah, Singapore and was established in 1974. It was located at 100 Henderson Road, Singapore 159544. It was closed and merged with Bukit Merah Secondary School in 2017.

Bukit Merah Secondary School (BMSS) is a co-educational government secondary school in Bukit Merah, Singapore. BMSS has established itself as a Value-Added school since 1993, offering the Express, Normal Academic and Normal Technical streams leading to a Singapore-Cambridge GCE Ordinary Level or Singapore-Cambridge GCE Normal Level certificate.

2 Cable Road is a bungalow on Cable Road in Tanglin, Singapore. Completed in 1913, it was built for Municipal Commissioner Mohamed Namazie.

Tiong Bahru Secondary School (TBSS, 立道中学), established in 1966 and merged with Delta Secondary School in 1991, was one of the first bilingual integrated (混合中学) secondary schools built after Singapore Independence (August 9, 1965). It had both Chinese and English streams, attracting students from nearby primary schools in Tiong Bahru, Bukit Ho Swee and Delta Road areas.

Tiong Bahru Park is a public park between Henderson, Bukit Merah and Lower Delta Road in Singapore. First developed around 1967, it combined with a nursery site in 1977 and in 2000, it was redeveloped to give it an image which suited the theme of 'Old frame, New images'.The 3.3-hectare park today is able to meet the recreational needs of different groups of park users and is of a livelier atmosphere. Many children have great enjoyment with the tilting train in the adventure playground and the 2 zip-lines that have been newly added. With more trees and palms planted, the environment of the park is enhanced with more shades and greenery. Visitors can also carry out their exercises and workouts and even foot reflexology here.
