Holttum Hall is a historic building in the Singapore Botanic Gardens. Previously the office and laboratory of Richard Eric Holttum, the director of the gardens, it currently houses the Singapore Botanic Gardens Heritage Museum, which is also known as the SBG Heritage Museum.

Saint George's Church (Chinese: 圣乔治教堂; pinyin: Shèng Qiáozhì Jiàotáng) is an Anglican church located on Minden Road in Singapore's Tanglin Planning Area, off Holland Road.Constructed between 1910 and 1913, the church was built for the British troops stationed in Tanglin Barracks which was once the General Headquarters of the British Far East Land Forces. The church's community comprises members from Singapore and many other countries. They are bound by a common desire to follow Jesus Christ, and to seek God’s purpose for their lives.

Napier MRT station is a future underground Mass Rapid Transit station on the Thomson–East Coast line in Tanglin, Singapore, being built at the junction of Napier Road, Holland Road and Cluny Road. It will be located around Gleneagles Hospital, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Australian High Commission, British High Commission, United States Embassy, INTERPOL Global Complex for Innovation and the Tanglin Gate of the Singapore Botanic Gardens. It is also the nearest station to the Dempsey Hill shopping alfresco dining areas.

Istana Wooden York is an abandoned two-storey palace at the former Tyersall Park, bounded by Holland Road and Tyersall Avenue, near the Singapore Botanic Gardens in Singapore. Before it was rebuilt in 1935 it was known as Istana Woodneuk. It suffered a major fire in 2006 and has been deemed beyond repair. The remains of the palace, as well as the land it sits on, is private land belonging to the State of Johor. It is not charted on most modern maps and is currently not accessible to the public. The former palace is commonly confused with the demolished Istana Tyersall, which is nearby. The most obvious difference between the two former palaces is the colour of the roof tiles: Istana Tyersall had red tiles, while those of Istana Woodneuk were blue.

Gleneagles Hospital is a private hospital on Napier Road, Singapore next to Napier MRT station. It provides medical and surgical services. It is part of Parkway Pantai, itself a subsidiary of the Malaysian–Singaporean private healthcare group IHH Healthcare.

The Embassy of the Philippines in Singapore is the diplomatic mission of the Philippines in Singapore. It is one of the 17 embassies and high commissions that operate within their diplomatic compound. The chancery is located at 20 Nassim Road in Tanglin, while the official residence is at 17 Victoria Park Road in Bukit Timah Planning Area.

Burkill Hall is a historic bungalow in the Singapore Botanic Gardens. It is the last Anglo-Malayan plantation-style house in the region and possibly in the world.

Istana Tyersall is a demolished historical palace that used to be in the former Tyersall Park bound by Holland Road and Tyersall Road near the Singapore Botanic Gardens in Singapore. The land it was formerly built on is currently restricted from the public.The demolished palace had long been confused with the dilapidated Istana Woodneuk due to its proximity, which was located on another smaller hill not far away. The difference with the roof tiles of these former palaces is that while Woodneuk was blue, Tyersall was red.

Eden Hall, on Nassim Road, is the British High Commissioner's official residence in Singapore. It was built in 1904 for Ezekiel Saleh Manasseh, a merchant who sold rice and opium, and originally came from Baghdad, and it was designed by the architect R. A. J. Bidwell, who also designed the Raffles Hotel and the Goodwood Park Hotel.The architect Leonard Manasseh, the nephew of Ezekiel Saleh Manasseh, was born there in 1916.Ezekiel Manasseh died in the Changi Prison hospital in May 1944 during the Japanese occupation of Singapore, and in 1957, his stepson Vivian Bath retired to Australia and sold Eden House to the British government for the nominal sum of £56,000 and stipulated that there must be a plaque at the bottom of the flagpole: "May the Union Jack fly here forever".

Symphony Lake is a lake in the Singapore Botanic Gardens, Singapore.Built in 1974, it is an artificial lake and feature a large stage known as the Shaw Foundation Symphony Stage built on an islet in the middle of the water body. The stage is most known as the venue for the Singapore Symphony Orchestra's monthly SSO in the Park open-concept concerts, hence giving the lake its name. Symphony Lake is located in the Central Core of Singapore Botanic Gardens.
