Floral Park Cemetery is a Jewish cemetery in South Brunswick, New Jersey, where many prominent Hassidic Rabbis are buried, including Rabbi Shlomo Halberstam and Rabbi Naftali Halberstam of Bobov, Rabbi Hershele Horowitz of Spinka, Rabbi Yechezkel Shraga Mertz, Rabbi Avigdor of Tchenstchoiv, Rabbi Pinchos Shalom Rottenberg and his son Rabbi Menachem Yisroel Rottenberg of the Kosson, Rabbi Menachem Shlomo Taub of Kaliv, Rabbi Shalom Krausz Udvary Rov. Rabbi Moses Josef Rubin of Cimpulung and Rabbi Yitzchok Issac Langner the Stretiner Rebbe of New York City. The cemetery contains many holocaust survivors including Yecheskel (Chaskel) Steuer, Meir (Max) Miller, Gisella (Roth) Green, Irving (Israel) Green, Ruchma Lesser & sister Rivka Gutter, Beatrice Roth, Jerry Hans, and many others from countries such as Poland, Hungary and Germany. One of the many societies represented is the first Wodzislaw Society. This was a society of holocaust survivors from Poland. Wodzislaw was one of many small villages in Poland. The society met once a month in New York City. Across the street from the Floral Park Cemetery is the Washington Cemetery. Washington Cemetery is a separate cemetery from the Floral Park Cemetery, but both are under the same management. Many of the prominent Rabbis said to be buried in Floral Park Cemetery are actually buried in Washington Cemetery.

Dayton is an unincorporated community and census-designated place (CDP) located within South Brunswick, in Middlesex County, New Jersey, United States. At the 2010 United States Census, the CDP's population was 7,063.Dayton has a post office with its own ZIP code (08810) that encompasses the entire CDP, as well as some surrounding areas. The community was named for William L. Dayton, a local attorney who later served in the United States Senate or for Jonathan Dayton, the youngest person to sign the United States Constitution, who later served as a United States Senator from New Jersey. The area had been known as Cross Roads and was renamed in 1866 to avoid confusion with mail that was sent to another post office that shared the name.

Noor-Ul-Iman School (NUI) is a private, non-profit, tax-exempt educational organization recognized by the New Jersey Department of Education and accredited by the New Jersey Association of Independent Schools. It is a member of the New Jersey Association of Independent Schools, the Council of Islamic Schools of North America, the Islamic Schools League of America, and the New Jersey League of Islamic Schools (co-founded by NUI School). The school is located on the premises of the Islamic Society of Central Jersey in the suburban community of South Brunswick in Middlesex County, New Jersey, United States, about midway between New York and Philadelphia. The school was established in 1993. The classroom facilities for pre-K through twelfth-grade students are located in a contemporary-designed school building which opened to students in two phases, September 2012 and September 2014. In addition to classroom facilities, the school has a computer lab, library, biology/chemistry lab, physics lab, and an art/home economics room. NUI plans to build Phase III of the permanent school structure, which will provide a cafetorium, a gymnasium, and special-purpose classrooms.

Sand Hills is an unincorporated community located within South Brunswick Township in Middlesex County, New Jersey, United States. The settlement is named for Sand Hills, a small group of diabase hills which contains Middlesex County's highest point. The settlement is located approximately at the intersection of U.S. Route 1 (US 1), Sand Hills Road, and Major Road. There is a small cluster of houses and small businesses on Major Road just south of US 1 while more housing developments are found on the north side of the highway. Fast food restaurants, stores, and repair shops line US 1 through the area; this area of US 1 also has large inclines on both sides of the hills to climb from the relatively low and flat areas of the Atlantic coastal plain.

Cottageville is an unincorporated community located within South Brunswick Township in Middlesex County, New Jersey, United States. The settlement is located along Davidson Mill Road (formerly named Cottageville Road) at the former Newark–Trenton Fast Line right-of-way, now a PSE&G transmission line corridor. The trolley stop at the settlement allowed for summer cottages to be built in the area leading to the area's name. Today, some of the older homes remain in addition to a summer camp, forest land, and PSE&G's Deans substation.
