No. 12 Hill

Oi Man Estate (Chinese: 愛民邨) is a public housing estate in No. 12 Hill, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It is the largest public housing estate in Kowloon City District and has a total of 12 residential blocks which were completed between 1974 and 1975. It was officially opened by the Acting Governor Sir Denys Roberts on 20 November 1975.Chun Man Court (俊民苑) is a Home Ownership Scheme court on No. 12 Hill, near Oi Man Estate. It consists of 12 blocks built in 1981.

Princess Margaret Road (Chinese: 公主道; lit. "Princess Road") is a road in Kowloon, Hong Kong, forming a part of Route 1. Originally called Nairn Road (楠道) with the English name after a town in Scotland and the Chinese name after the nanmu trees that grew there, the road was renamed to commemorate the 1966 visit to Hong Kong of Princess Margaret, Countess of Snowdon.Princess Margaret Road starts near at Gascoigne Road, runs northward, cutting through the hills between Quarry Hill, No. 12 Hill and Ho Man Tin proper, and reaches the intersection of Argyle Street and Waterloo Road.Depicted in the movie The Legend of Speed, it actually is a popular road for illegal street racing.

The British Military Hospital was a hospital in Hong Kong for the use of the British garrison. It was located at 10–12 Borrett Road from 1907 to 1967. It was built between 1903 and 1906, and officially opened on 1 July 1907. Often referred to simply as the Bowen Road Hospital, the first generation hospital was a 150-bed hospital constructed of red brick. It consisted of two blocks, each of 3 storeys, configured with wards and a central administrative block. It had commanding views of Victoria Harbour.During the Japanese occupation, a portion of the hospital was used for the care of prisoners of war. It continued in use until 1967, when it was turned over to the colonial government. The facility was moved to a site in Kowloon.

Sheng Kung Hui Tsoi Kung Po Secondary School (TKP, Chinese: 聖公會蔡功譜中學) is a secondary school in Homantin, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It is managed by the Anglican (Hong Kong) Secondary Schools Council Limited. This school was founded in 1982. It is a Co-educational secondary School. Fat Kwong Street (Chinese: 佛光街) is a street in Ho Man Tin, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Hong Kong Metropolitan University (HKMU) is a university in Ho Man Tin, Hong Kong. Established as the Open Learning Institute of Hong Kong by the Hong Kong government in 1989, HKMU now consists of five schools, namely the School of Arts and Social Sciences, Lee Shau Kee School of Business and Administration, School of Education and Languages, School of Nursing and Health Studies, and the School of Science and Technology.HKMU is the only self-financing university set up by the government. It began as a distance-learning-based university, but is now in effect two universities in one. It has started to offer full-time programmes since 2001 and has participated in Hong Kong's centralised joint university admission system (JUPAS) since 2007. Currently, it has a headcount of more than 9,600 students on its full-time face-to-face programmes, occupying one-sixth of all undergraduate students in Hong Kong. The current president is Professor Lam Kwan Sing. It adopted its current name on 1 September 2021.

Fo Pang (Chinese: 火棚) is an area located in a valley of Kowloon, Hong Kong. It is at the northeast of Danger Flag Hill and south of Ho Man Tin proper. It is about present-day Wylie Road and east of Wah Yan College, Kowloon. Before the construction of the college, the No. 1 Kowloon Cemetery for Europeans was located in the area and closed on 15 December 1933. (Ko, 2001) The Kowloon-Canton Railway passes through the area.

Queen Elizabeth Hospital (Chinese: 伊利沙伯醫院; Cantonese Yale: Yīleihsābaak Yīyún), QE or QEH in short, is one of the largest acute general hospitals in Hong Kong. It was named after Queen Elizabeth II. The hospital is a major tertiary hospital in southern Kowloon, with over 1,900 beds. It employs more than 500 physicians and surgeons. The hospital was once the largest in the Commonwealth.

Ho Man Tin Estate (Chinese: 何文田邨) is a public housing estate in Quarry Hill, Kowloon City District, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It consists of 9 residential blocks and a shopping arcade, including 8 blocks and the shopping arcade of Ho Man Tin (South) Estate (Chinese: 何文田(南)邨).Kwun Fai Court (冠暉苑) is a Home Ownership Scheme court in Quarry Hill, next to Ho Man Tin Estate. It consists of 2 blocks built in 1999. The blocks were originally the rental housing of Ho Man Tin Estate, but they were converted to HOS housing finally and sold to the residents affected by the clearance of Valley Road Estate, Ho Man Tin Estate and Hung Hom Estate privately.Kwun Hei Court (冠熹苑) is a Home Ownership Scheme court in Quarry Hill, next to Ho Man Tin Estate. It has 1 block built in 2000. Kwun Tak Court (冠德苑) is a Home Ownership Scheme court in Sheung Tak Street, Ho Man Tin. It comprises 3 blocks with totally 603 flats in two sizes - 445 to 483 square feet and 562 to 568 square feet sold at an average price of HK$8,551 per square foot. It was completed in 2019.

Pui Ching Middle School (Chinese: 香港培正中學) is a Baptist secondary school in Ho Man Tin, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Founded in 1889, it currently has sister schools in Macau and Guangzhou.

Valley Road Estate (Chinese: 山谷道邨) was a public housing estate in Valley Road, Lo Lung Hang, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It was originally a squatter area, but was destroyed by fire in 1961. In 1962, the British Hong Kong Government constructed a total of 16 blocks (Block 1 to 12, Block 14 to 17), namely the Valley Road Government Low Cost Housing Estate (山谷道政府廉租屋邨), on the site. In 1973, the estate was renamed Valley Road Estate. It was demolished in 2001 and 2002.The Ho Man Tin station of the MTR, an interchange station between the Kwun Tong line and Sha Tin to Central Link, was built on part of the vacant site of the former estate. In June 2010, another part of the site was sold to Sun Hung Kai Properties for HK$10.9 billion through land auction. Its auction price was the second highest in Hong Kong property history.

The Hong Kong Housing Authority Exhibition Centre (Chinese: 香港房屋委員會展覽中心) is managed by Hong Kong Housing Authority. It is located on the 4/F of Block 3, Hong Kong Housing Authority Headquarters, Ho Man Tin. Permanently closed in March, 2022.
