Cetara is a town and comune in the province of Salerno in the Campania region of south-western Italy. It is located in the territory of the Amalfi Coast.

The Port of Salerno (Italian: Porto di Salerno) is a port serving Salerno, southwestern Italy. The port of Salerno, located in the gulf of the Tyrrhenian Sea, is registered in the class of II category of seaports. It is one of the major domestic ports and plays an important role in the industrial and commercial system of the center-south. In 2009, 18,426,447 tonnes and 562,782 passengers passed through the port. The port is 350 metres (1,150 ft) in length, and the West Quay is 1,180 metres (3,870 ft) long and the East Quay is 1,550 metres (5,090 ft) long. Manfredi Pier is 380 metres (1,250 ft) in length.

The Accademia Musicale Jacopo Napoli (English: Jacopo Napoli Academy) is a music institute in Cava de' Tirreni. It was founded in 1987 by Felice Cavaliere and named after Jacopo Napoli, famous Neapolitan composer. It organizes Master classes in the major musical instruments as well as singing, string instruments and conducting. The music courses have been presented by the Academy Jacopo Napoli of Cava de’ Tirreni since 1987 and annually attract hundreds of young musicians from all over the world who receive advanced training under the guidance of internationally renowned teachers and performers. Among the teachers at the Academy are Leonid Margarius, Sonig Tchakerian, Marco Fiorini, Gabriele Geminiani and many others. Today, the summer Academy of Cava de’ Tirreni can be considered as one of the major musical training programmes in the Country due to the outstanding level of the renowned teaching staff on its roster and the artistic level and number of the participants. The Academy organizes also the Festival of Chamber Music "Le Corti dell'Arte", which takes place in August, where artists such as Michele Campanella, Maxence Larrieu, and François-Joël Thiollier have performed. The Festival takes place in the ancient courts of the noble palaces of the Old Town of Cava de' Tirreni. For almost a decade, the Academy has organized a prestigious course of orchestral conducting held by Bruno Aprea; it aimed at the production of operas that have been performed in concert. During the past years, the Academy organized many events; one of the most important is the Amalfi Coast Music & Arts Festival in collaboration with the Center for Musical Studies in Washington. The Academy organized also manifold concert seasons and the International Singing Competition "Vissi d'Arte", in Eboli. Cava de' Tirreni (Italian: [ˈkaːva de tirˈrɛːni]; Cilentan: A Càva) is a city and comune in the region of Campania, Italy, in the province of Salerno, 10 kilometres (6 miles) northwest of the town of Salerno. It lies in a richly cultivated valley surrounded by wooded hills, and is a popular tourist resort. The abbey of La Trinità della Cava is located there.

The Salerno Harbor station is a maritime station located on the pier of the commercial port of the city of Salerno, and is directly linked with the newly built "Piazza della Libertà" (Freedom Square) and the city's waterfront. In 2013 the Ministry of Cultural entered the maritime station in the selected group of high-quality architectural interventions.

Erchie is an Italian village and hamlet (frazione) of the municipality of Maiori in the Province of Salerno, Campania. It is part of the Amalfi Coast and its population is 83.

Minerva's Garden (Giardino della Minerva) is located in the heart of the old town of Salerno, in a zone known as the "Plaium montis" in the Middle Ages. It is halfway along an ideal route that runs along the axis of the walled and terraced vegetable gardens, climbing from the Municipal Park, near the river Fusandola, towards the Arechi Castle.

Stadio Simonetta Lamberti is a multi-purpose stadium in Cava de' Tirreni, Italy. The stadium opened in 1969 and holds 5,200 spectators. The pitch is 110 × 65 metres. It is currently used, mostly, for football matches and is the home ground of the Cavese 1919.

The State Archives of Salerno (Italian: Archivio di Stato di Salerno) is a public archival institution located in Salerno, Italy. It preserves historical records produced by governmental and administrative institutions that operated in the province of Salerno and forms part of the national archival network administered by the Italian Ministry of Culture. The archive preserves documentation relating to the historical institutions of the territory, including records from the administrations of the Kingdom of Naples and the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, as well as those produced by the local offices of the Kingdom of Italy and the Italian Republic. It also holds records from courts, state offices, and other public institutions active in the province.

Salerno Cathedral (or Duomo) is the main church in the city of Salerno in southern Italy and a major tourist attraction. It is dedicated to Saint Matthew, whose relics are inside the crypt. The cathedral was built when the city was the capital of the Principality of Salerno, over a more ancient church (the Church of S. Maria degli Angeli and S. Giovanni Battista) probably from the last Ancient Roman centuries.

Capo d'Orso Lighthouse (Italian: Faro di Capo d'Orso) is an active lighthouse located on the steep Amalfitan Coast in the municipality of Maiori, Campania on the Tyrrhenian Sea.
