Infant Jesus Church is a Roman Catholic church in Bangalore. Established in 1971, in Vivek Nagar area of Bangalore, the church is dedicated to Infant Jesus. It is known as the Infant Jesus Shrine and was built to commemorate the historic Infant Jesus of Prague; since then numerous miracles have been attributed to the shrine leading to its increasing popularity. A new church building adjacent to the old building was added in 2005.

Ferdinand Kittel Nagara, commonly known as Austin Town, is named after Ferdinand Kittel. It is a locality of the Bangalore Cantonment, named after British the Collector and Municipal President of the Civil and Military Station, Sir. James Austin. Located in the central part of Bangalore, the suburb is known for having produced some of India's best football players, with the game being very popular. In the age of IPL, the dream of the children of Austin Town is to be playing for the best football clubs one day. In 1998, the BBMP renamed Austin Town as F. Kittel Nagar, after an 18th-century linguist and Protestant German missionary of the Basel Mission, Rev. Ferdinand Kittel. However, the name has not caught on and continues to be popularly known as Austin Town.Austin Town was established in 1920 by the building of a number of small cottages for the benefit of lower income groups, and rented out for a nominal sum. The Collector Austin was the encouragement for this project, and hence the suburb was named after him. These cottages were in great demand by poor Indians and Anglo Indians. The neighbouring suburbs are Agram, Neelsandra and Vannarpet, which was the localities where the laborers of the nearby brick kilns called Shoolay (now renamed as Ashok Nagar). The Sanitary works of Austin Town was designed by W H Murphy, Executive Engineer, Municipal Council, Bangalore Civil and Military Station, after whom Murphy Town gets its name.

Niki is an artificial intelligence company headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka. It was founded in May 2015 by IIT Kharagpur graduates Sachin Jaiswal, Keshav Prawasi, Shishir Modi and Nitin Babel. The Niki android app was launched for a limited beta in June, 2015, then released for public during YourStory's TechSparks 2015, and is a Tech30 company. The company raised an undisclosed amount in seed funding from Unilazer Ventures, a Mumbai-based VC firm founded by Ronnie Screwvala, in October 2015. This was followed by another seed funding round by Ratan Tata in May 2016. The company then raised US$2 million in Series A round of funding from SAP.iO, existing investors and some US and Germany-based investors, among others. The Agaram Cemetery is an old Protestant cemetery in Bangalore. Located inside the land of the Army Service Corps and behind the Army Officers Mess, it is the oldest Christian cemetery in Bangalore and is not publicly accessible. The oldest grave from 1808 is that of Sgt. Major Kelly, HM 59th Regiment of Foot. Two 40 foot ionic columns commemorate officers of his Majesty's 13th Light Dragoons. The cemetery was used until 1870. The cemetery was overgrown and was partly restored through the activism of Admiral Oscar Stanley Dawson.

Rashtriya Military School Bangalore (Rashtriya Military School Bangalore or King George Royal Indian Military College) is a military boarding school in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Langford Town is an upcoming underground metro station on the North-South corridor of the Pink Line of Namma Metro in Bengaluru, India. This metro station serves the Langford Town area. As per the latest updates, this metro station, under the second phase, covering the total underground distance of 13.8 km (Dairy Circle - Nagawara) is expected to be operational around December 2026.
