Jack Stephens Center is a 5,600-seat multi-purpose arena on the campus of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in Little Rock, Arkansas, United States and was built in 2005. It is home to the school's men's basketball, women's basketball, men's wrestling, and women's volleyball teams, known as the Little Rock Trojans, and named in honor of billionaire philanthropist Jackson T. Stephens, who donated $22.4 million for the construction of the facility. The facility is located on the north end of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock campus, adjacent to the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture Cooperative Extension Service State Office. It features a full court practice gymnasium, named in honor of former Trojans basketball star Derek Fisher, academic support spaces, a weight room, and training rooms.The Trojans had previously played in Barton Coliseum, Verizon Arena and the Statehouse Convention Center. During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the area hosted meetings of the State of Arkansas House of Representatives

Broadmoor is a neighborhood of 553 homes in central Little Rock, Arkansas, located in the University District. It was developed west of Hayes Street on the western edge of the city beginning in 1953. A portion of the neighborhood lies on land occupied by the former hunting lodge of Raymond Rebsamen. A small lake near the lodge, Rebsamen Lake, was expanded in 1954 and is now known as Broadmoor Lake. The Broadmoor Property Owners Association was formed on April 30, 1954, upon the petition of the developer, E.L. Fausett, of Broadmoor Builders, Inc. Petition to Grant Certificate of Incorporation and Constitution of the Broadmoor Property Owners Association, Book 8, pages 22 through 26 of the Benevolent Association Records of Pulaski County, Arkansas. On September 19, 1978, the City of Little Rock created the Broadmoor Recreational Improvement District Number Two of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. City of Little Rock Ordinance Number 13,510. The District encompasses the entire Broadmoor Addition and has the authority to assess taxes on lots to finance improvements to common areas, such as the park, lake, and clubhouse. Fifty years later, the neighborhood is now in the heart of the city, 10 minutes from just about everything in town. It is across the street from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in the University District, that has grown to be Arkansas's second-largest university. Little Rock (Quapaw: I’i-zhinka, lit. 'Little rock') is the capital and most populous city of the U.S. state of Arkansas. The city's population was 204,405 in 2022. The six-county Little Rock metropolitan area is the 81st-most populous in the United States with 748,031 residents according to the 2020 census.As the county seat of Pulaski County, the city was incorporated on November 7, 1831, on the south bank of the Arkansas River close to the state's geographic center in Central Arkansas. The city derived its name from a rock formation along the river, named the "Little Rock" by the French explorer Jean-Baptiste Bénard de la Harpe in 1722. The capital of the Arkansas Territory was moved to Little Rock from Arkansas Post in 1821. Little Rock is a cultural, economic, government, and transportation center within Arkansas and the American South.
