Cricklade Town Bridge is a road bridge at Cricklade, Wiltshire, England across the River Thames. It is a Grade II listed building.

Cricklade is a town and civil parish on the River Thames in north Wiltshire, England, midway between Swindon and Cirencester. It is the first downstream town on the Thames. The parish population at the 2011 census was 4,227.

Jenner's School is a Grade II* listed former school in Bath Road, Cricklade, Wiltshire, England. It was built in 1652 and then became a workhouse. It became a school again in the 19th century and is now a community hall.

St Sampson's is the Church of England parish church of the town of Cricklade, Wiltshire, England. A large aisled church with a central tower, the present building dates from the late 12th century but has fragments of Anglo-Saxon work. The church is a Grade I listed building. The dedication is to Saint Samson of Dol, born in Wales in the late 5th century, who was one of the founders of Christianity in Brittany.

The River Key is a tributary of the River Thames in England which flows through Wiltshire.

Cricklade railway station was on the Midland and South Western Junction Railway in Wiltshire, England. The station opened on 18 December 1883 on the Swindon and Cheltenham Extension Railway line from Swindon Town to the temporary terminus at Cirencester Watermoor. The S&CER line then amalgamated with the Swindon, Marlborough and Andover Railway to form the M&SWJR, and through services to the junction at Andoversford with the Great Western Railway's Cheltenham Lansdown to Banbury line, which had opened in 1881, began in 1891. Cricklade station was on the southern edge of the town of Cricklade, and was a passing place on the M&SWJR line, which was mostly single track. It was one of the busier stations on the line, with both passengers and freight traffic, and there was a large volume of milk traffic. As a whole, traffic on the M&SWJR fell steeply after the Second World War and the line closed to passengers in 1961, with goods facilities at Cricklade being withdrawn in July 1963. No trace of the station remains, as link roads around the town now use the rail alignment and land beside the roads has been used for housing.

North Meadow, Cricklade (grid reference SU094946) is a hay meadow near the town of Cricklade, in Wiltshire, England. It is 24.6 hectares in size. It is a traditionally managed lowland hay-meadow, or lammas land, and is grazed in common between 12 August and 12 February each year, and cut for hay no earlier than 1 July. This pattern of land use and management has existed for many centuries and has resulted in the species rich grassland flora and fauna present on the site. Over 250 species of higher plant occur in the meadow, but it is of particular note as it holds by far the largest British population of the snake's-head fritillary (Fritillaria meleagris). The 500,000 fritillaries which flower each year represent 80% of the British population.

Calcutt is a hamlet about 3⁄4 mile (1.2 km) east of Cricklade in Wiltshire, England. It lies near the River Thames and is divided by the A419 Swindon-Cricklade-Cirencester road. The River Key passes close to the west of the hamlet and joins the Thames a short distance to the north. The Domesday Book of 1086 records a small settlement of nine households at Colecote, held by Odo of Winchester. The Andrews and Dury map of 1773 and again in 1810 has the name of the hamlet as Corkett, while the Ordnance Survey map in the 1890s has Calcott (not to be confused with Calcott, Kent or Calcott, Shropshire). Calcutt has two Grade II* listed buildings: Calcutt Court Farmhouse, south of the A419, from the 18th century; and Calcutt Farmhouse, north of the road, from the late 18th or early 19th.

Latton is a village and civil parish in Wiltshire, England, 1.5 miles (2.4 km) north of Cricklade, on the county border with Gloucestershire. The village is bypassed by the A419 road from Swindon to Cirencester. The parish includes the hamlet of Eysey, formerly a village with its own church and parish. Watercourses form several of the parish boundaries. In the northeast (also the county boundary) the boundary is the Ampney Brook; in the south, the Thames and its tributary the River Ray; in the northwest the River Churn, another tributary of the Thames.

Down Ampney (pronounced Amney) is a medium-sized village located in Cotswold district in Gloucestershire, in England. The population taken at the 2011 census was 644.It is off the A417 which runs between Cirencester and Faringdon (in Oxfordshire) on the A420, and about 3 miles (4.8 km) north of Cricklade, which is on the A419 which runs from Cirencester to Swindon, Wiltshire.

Royal Air Force Down Ampney or more simply RAF Down Ampney is a former Royal Air Force station located 1.8 miles (2.9 km) north east of Cricklade, Wiltshire and 3 miles (4.8 km) south west of RAF Fairford, Gloucestershire. The airfield operated during the Second World War from February 1944 until February 1947.Down Ampney was part of a group of airfields dedicated to air transportation, alongside RAF Broadwell and RAF Blakehill Farm.

Hayes Knoll is a hamlet between Swindon and Cricklade in north Wiltshire, England. It is in the civil parish of Purton, about 0.8 miles (1.3 km) west of the village of Purton Stoke and 2 miles (3.2 km) south of Cricklade. The North Wilts Canal, which linked the Wilts & Berks Canal at Swindon with the Thames and Severn Canal at Latton, north of Cricklade, passed close to the hamlet, where there was a lock. The canal was opened in 1819 and abandoned in 1914; since 2007 it has been under restoration as part of the Cricklade Country Way.The hamlet has given its name to Hayes Knoll station on the Swindon and Cricklade Railway.
