Stanley Street (officially in French: rue Stanley) is a north–south street located in downtown Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It links Doctor Penfield Avenue in the north and De la Gauchetière Street in the south. Molson's Bank was located on the street and at one time employed Joachim von Ribbentrop.

Martlet House (formerly Seagram House) is a Scottish baronial style building at 1430 Peel Street in Downtown Montreal, Quebec. The building was completed in 1928 by architect David Jerome Spence, with additions in 1931, 1947 and 1955.Previously the Montreal headquarters of Seagram Company Ltd., the building was donated to McGill University by Vivendi Universal, which had acquired the property in 2002 after its merger with Seagram. The university spent $1.5 million renovating the site in order to house its Development and Alumni Relations department, which moved there in 2004.

George Stephen House (also known as the Mount Stephen Club Building) is a mansion located in what was the Golden Square Mile in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The George Stephen House is located on Drummond Street in Downtown Montreal, between De Maisonneuve Boulevard and Saint Catherine Street. It is best known for being home to the Mount Stephen Club from 1926 to 2011. The mansion was built for George Stephen, 1st Baron Mount Stephen (1829–1921). It has been used by various Hollywood stars for period films. These stars include Alec Baldwin, Christopher Plummer, Eric Roberts, Jennifer Love Hewitt and Richard Chamberlain.The mansion was designated a National Historic Site of Canada in 1971, as the best example of a Renaissance Revival house in Canada and due to its association with George Stephen.

The Mount Stephen Club was a gentlemen's club in Montreal, located inside the George Stephen House, built in 1880-1883. Considered a lair of the wealthy community of Anglophone Montrealers, It was founded in 1926 as a private business club for men by Noah Timmins, J.H. Maher and J.S. Dohan, and named after the house's first owner, George Stephen. Starting in 1964, women were allowed to come in by the same entrance as men, on Thursdays only, and in the-mid 1970s, women became equal members to men in the club until it closed in 2011.Various well-known people have visited Mount Stephen Club over the years, including Princess Margaret, Countess of Snowdon, Prince Andrew of Southend, Princess Benedikte of Denmark, John Diefenbaker, Pierre Trudeau, Brian Mulroney, Percival Molson, Lucien Bouchard, Louise Harel, Edgar Bronfman.

Peel Street (officially in French: rue Peel) is a major north-south street located in downtown Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The Street links Pine Avenue, near Mount Royal, in the north and Smith Street, in the Southwest borough, in the south. The street's southern end is at the Peel Basin of the Lachine Canal. The street runs through Montreal's shopping district. The Peel Metro station is named for the street.

Drummond Street (officially rue Drummond) is a north–south street located in downtown Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Spanning a total of 1.2 kilometres, it links Doctor Penfield Avenue in the north and De la Gauchetière Street in the south. A mix of businesses are located on this street such as bookstores, pubs and restaurants. A branch of the YMCA and George Stephen House, the final location of the Mount Stephen Club, are also on this street.

Les Cours Mont-Royal is an upscale shopping mall in the city's downtown core of Montreal, Quebec, Canada, which was converted from the former Mount Royal Hotel.

Les Tours Lépine (also known as The Lépine Towers or Le 1200 Ouest de Maisonneuve) are twin skyscrapers located at 1200 de Maisonneuve Boulevard in the Golden Square Mile neighbourhood of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The towers contain both condominiums and commercial spaces, with a total of 340 units. The project was built by Montreal-based luxury developer René Lépine Sr., head of Groupe Lépine.In total, the buildings amount to 52,025 square meters, which make them 559,990 square feet in size. The structure of the buildings is made of reinforced concrete. The facades of the towers are made with a curtain wall system.The twin towers were built on the former site of the Drummond Court building. Lépine purchased Drummond Court with plans to demolish it, as it was in poor physical condition. The demolition of Drummond Court started in 2000 and construction on the Lépine Towers began immediately after. The twin structures were completed in 2005.The name of the buildings were changed by the new owners to 1200 Ouest de Maisonneuve when René Lépine sold the towers to El-Ad Canada.

Peel station is a Montreal Metro station in the borough of Ville-Marie in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is operated by the Société de transport de Montréal (STM) and serves the Green Line. The station opened on October 14, 1966, as part of the original network of the Metro.

Enterspace is an outdoor stainless steel sculpture by Maurice Lemieux, installed in front of the building at 2000 Peel Street at the corner of De Maisonneuve Boulevard, near Montreal's Peel station exit, in Quebec, Canada.

Holt Renfrew Ogilvy, formerly and still colloquially Ogilvy (French: La Maison Ogilvy), is a Canadian department store located on Saint Catherine Street West in the downtown core of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It has been owned by the Selfridges Group, which itself is owned by British-Canadian businessman Galen Weston, since 2011. Through this ownership, it is affiliated with the Canadian department store Holt Renfrew and the European department stores Arnotts, Brown Thomas, de Bijenkorf, and Selfridges. The store is the only one of four major west-end retailers in Montreal that still operates with its original name, and is nicknamed the "grande dame of Saint Catherine Street".Ogilvy originated as a dry goods store, and was founded in 1866 by James Angus Ogilvy. The store moved into its present-day location on the corner of Saint Catherine Street West and Rue de la Montagne in 1912, and was considered a full-line department store by 1920. It now houses several departments of store-within-a-store designs for luxury goods brands including Burberry, Hermes, Prada, Louis Vuitton, and Dior. The store was rebranded to Holt Renfrew Ogilvy in 2019, and completed a significant renovation and expansion in 2020; it provides for the consolidation of the existing Holt Renfrew on Sherbrooke Street West into the larger, 23,000-square-metre (250,000 sq ft) Ogilvy building.

The Dominion Square Building (French: Édifice Dominion Square), also known as the Gazette Building (French: Édifice Gazette), is a landmark office building in Downtown Montreal facing Dorchester Square on its northern side. It is located at 1010, Sainte-Catherine Street West, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The building is named after the old name of the Square and its southern access is provided by Dorchester Square Street, which connects Peel Street to Metcalfe Street and offers access to a 600-lot parking garage under the building. The building was acquired for $78.25 million in 2005 by David Azrieli of Azrieli Holdings Inc.
