Cornish House (Little Rock, Arkansas)

The Schaer House is a historic house at 1862 Arch Street in Little Rock, Arkansas. It is an asymmetrical two story brick house in the Tudor Revival style, designed by Thompson and Harding and built in 1923. Its main roof extends from side to side, with a hip at one end and a gable at the other. On the right side of the front facade, the roof descends to the first floor, with a large half-timbered cross gable section projecting. It also has an irregular window arrangement, with bands of three casement windows in the front cross gable, and on the first floor left side, with two sash windows in the center and the main entrance on the right.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

The Fred W. Parris Towers are a residential apartment highrise at 1800 South Broadway Street in Little Rock, Arkansas. Built in 1972, it is a fourteen-story skyscraper, with a steel frame clad in masonry, housing 250 residential units. It was designed by Wittenberg, Delony & Davidson for the city as public senior housing, and exemplifies a design principle espoused by Le Corbusier known as the "tower in a park", with a large landscaped green area surrounding the building.The apartments were listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2017.

The Croxson House is a historic house in Little Rock, Arkansas. It is a two-story frame structure, with a side gambrel roof that has wide shed-roof dormers, and clapboard siding. A porch extends across the front, supported by heavy Tuscan columns, with brackets lining its eave. The house was built in 1908 to a design by the noted Arkansas architect Charles L. Thompson. It is well-preserved example of Thompson's Dutch Colonial designs.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982, and was included in an enlargement of the Governor's Mansion Historic District.

The Hemingway House is a historic house at 1720 Arch Street in Little Rock, Arkansas. It is a 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame structure, with complex massing and exterior typical of the Queen Anne period. A projecting bay on the left has a distinctive array of arched windows on the first floor, and a projecting trio of sash windows set in a bracket-supported surround, with a Palladian window in the gable above. The house colors were selected with the assistance of "Dr. Color," Bob Buckter, noted San Francisco color consultant, earning it a place in the 1994 book, America's Painted Ladies: The Ultimate Celebration of Our Victorians." The porch has delicate turned posts, in a distinctive tapered shape with flared bases and knobs at the top. The house was designed by the noted Arkansas architect Charles L. Thompson and construction was completed in 1894. The Hemingway House is one of the oldest examples of Thompson's work that is still standing. The property on which the house sits was purchased in 1890 by Wilson E. Hemingway, then serving as a Justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court, and his wife Helen. Judge Hemingway resigned from the Court in 1893 and entered private practice with U. M. Rose and, his son, George B. Rose, forming what was then called Rose, Hemingway and Rose. Today, it is the Rose Law Firm. Judge Hemingway remained a partner in the firm until his death in 1922. The Hemingway House was sold in the 1920s, falling into disrepair as a boarding house. Its deterioration was halted in 1982, when it was purchased by Mr. Charles Hogan, who meticulously restored the carriage house and the exterior of the main residence, with the help of Witsell, Evans & Rasco, Architects. Work continued on the interior of the house when it was purchased by Scott and Sharon Mosley in 1986. The couple completed the interior restoration and landscaping, living in the residence until 2010. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Central Presbyterian Church of Little Rock was located in the Quapaw Quarter area of Little Rock. The original Central Presbyterian Church building is Christ Temple Cathedral, formerly the home of Central Presbyterian Church, is a historic church building at 1921 Arch Street in Little Rock, Arkansas. It was built in 1921 to a design by Thompson & Harding in Late Gothic Revival and Bungalow/Craftsman style. Its exterior is clad in yellow brick, with half-timbered stuccoed elements in its gable ends. Its main entrance consists of three segmented-arch openings, set in a projecting section between two brick piers with stone banding. The present church congregation using this building is affiliated with the United Church of Christ. The church building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.in 2014 a church plant named Central Presbyterian Church (PCA) was started in the Hillcrest Neighborhood and was renamed Central Hope Church in 2019.

The Frauenthal House is a historic house in Little Rock, Arkansas. It is a two-story stuccoed structure, three bays wide, with a terra cotta hip roof. Its front entry is sheltered by a Colonial Revival portico, supported by fluted Doric columns and topped by an iron railing. The entrance has a half-glass door and is flanked by sidelight windows. It was designed in 1919 by Thompson & Harding and built for Charles Frauenthal.The house was listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) in 1982.

The Marshall House is a historic house at 2009 Arch Street in Little Rock, Arkansas. It is a two-story wood-frame house, covered by a hip roof with extended eaves showing exposed rafter ends. A temple-front portico projects from the center of the main facade, with massive fluted Doric columns supporting a fully pedimented and modillioned gable. It was built in 1908, from designs by Charles L. Thompson.The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. It was selected as the most representative home built in 1908 in this region as part of the nationwide competition sponsored by the National Association of Realtors in honor of its Diamond Jubilee 75th Anniversary.

The Deane House is a historic house at 1701 Arch Street in Little Rock, Arkansas. It is a 1+1⁄2-story wood-frame structure, basically rectangular in plan, with gables and projecting sections typical of the Queen Anne style. A single-story turret with conical roof stands at one corner, with a porch wrapping around it. The porch is supported by heavy Colonial Revival Tuscan columns, and has a turned balustrade. The house was probably built about 1888, and is one of the earliest documented examples of this transitional Queen Anne-Colonial Revival style in the city. It was built for Gardiner Andrus Armstrong Deane, a Confederate veteran of the American Civil War, and a leading figure in the development of railroads in the state.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.

The French–England House is a historic house at 1700 Broadway in Little Rock, Arkansas. It is a large and elaborately-decorated two story American Foursquare house, with a tall hip roof with flared eaves, narrow weatherboard siding, and a high brick foundation. A single-story porch extends across much of the front, with Ionic columns and a modillioned and dentillated cornice. The house was designed by noted Arkansas architect Charles L. Thompson, and was built in 1900.The house was listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 1982 for its architecture.

The Rogers House is a historic house at 400 West 18th Street in Little Rock, Arkansas. It is a large two story brick building, with an eclectic combination of Georgian Revival and American Craftsman features. It was designed by Arkansas architect Charles L. Thompson and completed in 1914. It has a green tile hip roof with extended eaves that show Craftsman style rafter ends, and is pierced by gabled dormers, which also have extended eaves, with large brackets for support. A half-round entry portico projects from the front, supported by monumental fluted Ionic columns. The house is one of Thompson's more imposing designs.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Remmel Apartments and Remmel Flats are four architecturally distinguished multiunit residential buildings in Little Rock, Arkansas. Located at 1700-1710 South Spring Street (even numbers) and 409-411 West 17th Street, they were all designed by noted Arkansas architect Charles L. Thompson for H.L. Remmel as rental properties. The three Remmel Apartments were built in 1917 in the Craftsman style, while Remmel Flats is a Colonial Revival structure built in 1906. All four buildings are individually listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and are contributing elements of the Governor's Mansion Historic District.

The England House is a historic house at 2121 Arch Street in Little Rock, Arkansas. It is a broad two-story brick building, capped by a hip roof with gabled dormers. The main facade has a porch extending across its facade, supported by large brick piers. Its basic form is reminiscent of the Prairie School of design, but the house has Classical elements, including its (now enclosed) south side porch, which is supported by large Tuscan columns. The house was built in 1914 to a design by architect Charles L. Thompson.The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982, and is included in Governor's Mansion Historic District.
